• Accidental or intentional damage, abuse or neglect;
• Damage to handle bar grips or fabrics as a result of
normal handling and daily use;
• Airline/transport damage: check your Redsbaby product
carefully after it has been handled by the airline (or other
transporters) and if required, submit your claim directly to
your travel insurer/airline;
• Consumer dissatisfaction with the product in terms of
disliking the fit, weight, functionality, colour or style
(outside of the 30 Day Trial period);
• If the batch number sticker has been damaged or
removed; and
• When the product has not been used for normal use and
in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

How to make a warranty claim
To make a warranty claim, please send an email to
warranty@redsbaby.com.au with the following information.
The more detailed you are with your description of the
defect, the more quickly we will be able to repair or replace
your product.
• Subject line: “Warranty Claim”;
• A description of the warranty defect and photographs or
a video;
• Your contact details;
• Your order number; and
• Product batch number - the batch number is printed on
a sticker that is located on:
1. Stroller: the crossbar between the rear wheels on
the chassis.
2. Bassinet: the baseboard (can be accessed by
removing mattress and lining)
We will respond to your warranty claim within seven
(7) business days and depending on the nature of the
warranty claim either send out the replacement spare
part to resolve the issue at hand or request a repair at one
of our Australia-wide repair centres. Should we need to
arrange a collection and return of your product, we will ask
for confirmation of your collection address and arrange
collection of the product from your nominated address.
