Aach rubber feet evenly around edge
of base.
Insert cam screws (#3) into base.

Aached part B onto base over
cam screw.
Slide part C through slots on
parts A and B

Insert cam lock (#2) into part B
with arrow poinng down.
Turn to lock.
Note: Do not force! If cam lock does
not turn, remove wall, turn cam screw
counter clockwise so screw is higher.
Then reaach wall.

with arrow poinng down.
Turn to lock.
