1. Purposes of Use and Features
1) Purpose of Use
(1) This product is manufactured with a purpose of use in repairs
and disassemble of smart phones.
(2) Its uses are prohibited except for the repair of smartphone.
2) Features
(1) This mobile dryer’s simple design delivers highly user friendly
operability.
(2) By a convective drying method, inside temperature anomaly has
been minimized.
(3) Door sensor is installed to prevent operation while the door is
opened.
(4) Safety circuitry is installed to protect the device from over
currents and overheating of the heater.
2. Installation of products
1) This products is designed operate in a rated voltage. Ensure that
the provided electricity isAC 220V before installing the products
2) Install the products on a solid and flat surface.
3) Ensure that there are clearances of at least 10 cm between all
sides of the products and the environment.
4) Avoid heat sources or direct sunlight.
5) Ensure to give adequate clearance for the door which opens to 180
degrees to the right.

3. Handling the products
1) Do not touch the power cord and other electrical components with wet
hands.
2) Do not operate the device with explosive or combustible substances, such
as batteries, fabrics, papers, alcohol, benzene and other flammable
solvents, left inside the products
3) Keep the device away from flammable substances.
4) Take caution when taking out the dried products because the shelf can be
very hot
5) Deformation and discoloration of dried products may occur if dried for long
time.
6) Do not load any products to be dried in any places other than the inside
shelf.
4. Operation of the products
1) Control Panel
2) Instruction
(1) Plug in the power code
(2) Turn on the POWER switch on the front panel.
(3) Using HEAT feature.
- Press the HEAT ON button on the front panel.
- Default temperature setting is 80℃and default time setting is 5
minutes.
- Device will make beeping sounds when the preset temperature is
reached.

- During the heating, heating and fan motor are stopped temporarily,
internal light turns on and button is not operated if opening the door.
- If closing the door, it approaches the set temperature and heating is
started for the remained time.
- If finishing the heating, three times of buzzer, “pipipi”, are ringing.
(4) Using WARM feature.
- Press the WARM ON button on the front panel.
- Default temperature setting is 50℃, and default time setting is
continuous.
- Temperature can be set and time cannot be set.(refer to the setting
method)
- During the warming, heating and fan motor are stopped temporarily,
internal light turns on and button is not operated if opening the door.
- If closing the door, set temperature is continually maintained.
- During the warmth keeping operation, warmth keeping function is
maintained automatically when finishing the heating function when
using heating function.
# The device stops its operation and inside lamp turns on if the door
is opened in the middle of operation. (Replace the lamp if the
lamp does not turn on.)
3) Manually setting temperature and time.
(1)Setting heating temperature and time.
Press and hold the HEAT ON button until the LED indicator turns
on.
After the LED indicator turns on, press the TEMP and TIME
adjustment buttons to set to desired temperature and time.
The setting is completed 3 seconds after the adjustment buttons are
released.
-TEMP adjustment range: 30℃~80℃in 1℃increments
-TIME adjustment range:1~30Minutes(1 min increments)
- Setting warming temperature.
Press and hold the WARM ON button until the LED indicator turns
on.
After the LED indicator turns on, press the TEMP adjustment
buttons to set to desired temperature
The setting is completed 3 seconds after the adjustment buttons
are released.
-TEMP adjustment range: 30℃~70℃in 1℃increments
(2) The settings will reset when the POWER switch is turned off.

5. Maintenance of the products
1) Unplug the power code when cleaning the products
2) Use dry cloths when cleaning the products
3) Do not pour water directly onto the products when cleaning the device
surroundings.
4) Tearing down of the products is strictly prohibited.
5) When the products is not in use for prolonged period of time, remove the
power plug from electrical outlet and store in a dry place.
6. Troubleshooting
1) When the product does not turn on.
(1) Make sure that the power is being supplied.
(2) Check if there is power failure/blackout.
2) When temperature does not rise.
(1) Check if the temperature rises while heating up.
(2) Make sure that the door is closed.
(3) Check whether the door sensor is working properly.
(4) Check if the set temperature is your desired temperature.
3) When the temperature is not controllable.
(1) See if there is any device which generates strong high frequency noise.
(2) See if foreign objects or oils entered the inside of the control panel.
(3) Reset the products by unplugging and plugging the power code and
see if the products turns on..
4) Measures by error CODE
(1) “DO”(Door Open Error)
- Indicated when door switch is not pressed although the door is
closed
ㅇCheck if door switch and its surroundings are damaged
ㅇConfirm if door switch is operated.
ㅇConfirm if door is transfigured.
(2) “HL”(Heat Low Error, low temperature)
- After starting heating function, 30 minutes are passed. But, it's
indicated if the temperature of 70℃ was not increased.

(3) “OH”(Over Heat Error)
- Indication for abnormal heating

7. Product Warranty
1) General Terms.
(1) The term of warranty for product failures due to manufacturing defects
expires in 1 year from the date of purchase.
(2) You can receive quicker and more precise service if the following items
are forwarded to us along with your warranty claim.

The Product Warranty does not include any faults that have been caused
as a result of one or more of the following points and are subject to cost
bearing repairs:
- Damages due to the user’s misuse, mishandling, and improper method of
storage.
- Improper change of the products intended use and improper changes or
repairs made to the products
- Force majeure and natural disasters such as fire, storms, flooding,
extreme voltages or other unforeseeable events.
- Damages due to use of the products in a manner that is not coherent to
the user manual.

1. 设备 用途和特点
1) 用途
(1) 本移动通讯 烘干机 是用于 A/S center
(2) 是用于 数码手机的 分解目.
(3) 禁止 用于 智能手机 修理以外的 产品.
2) 特征
(1) 本移动通讯 烘干机 是操作简单的 设备.
(2) 对流干燥的 方式使机内保持一个稳定的温度.
(3) 装载了 感应 装置 门打开时 自动 停止运作.
(4) 防止 过电流或 加热装置 过热 采用了 安全电路.
2.设备 安装
1) 本设备是额定电压 正常 运作的 基础上制造的。安装 设备之前
确认是否 AC 220V 一致.
2) 请把设备 安装在 坚硬平坦的 地方。
3) 设备 安装在 离周边10cm 以上的 位置（左右前后）
4) 不要 安装在 热源或者 直射光线的地方
5) 门能打开180度为止请考虑足够的安装空间

3. 设备 使用 注意事项
1) 不要用 湿手 触摸 Power cord 和电气设备
2) 烘干机 内部 不要 放爆炸物 和易燃化学品 等（电池，纤维，纸，
酒精，其他 可燃性 熔体）
3) 设备 周围 不要 放易燃物品。
4) 拿出 东西时 因搁板 很热 请注意 烧伤.
5) 烘干物 长时间 烘干时 会变形 或变色.
6) 设备 内部 搁板 以外的 空间 不要 存放 东西

2) 使用 方法
(1)电源线 连接 电源.
(3) 打开 前面的 电源开关.
(4) 加热时 按控制面板的 HEAT ON 按钮.
- 当按按钮时 红色LED时启动后 加热开始.
- 默认设置为 80℃的温度， 达到设置 温度后 加热 5分钟
- 温度和 时间是 可以 设置（请参照 说明）
- 达到 设置温度时 “哔”响出 蜂鸣声.
- 加热进行时 开门的话 加热和电机风扇暂时停止，
灯开着的 状态下 按钮不启动。
（灯打不打开时请更换 灯）
- 关掉 门时达到 设置 温度后 剩下时间 继续 加热
- 加热 结束后 “哔哔哔”响出 蜂鸣声.
※注意: 加热中 直接关掉 POWER 按钮时 设备 可能出
现故障。POWER 关闭时 先停止 加热后 温度 达到
50℃一下为止 等待.
(5) 保温时 按下 控制面板的 WARM ON.
- 按下 按钮时 蓝色LED 打开后 启动 保温.
- 默认 设置 温度是 50℃.
- 可以 温度 设置，时间 设置 不可以
(请参照 说明)
- 加热进行时 开门的话 加热和电机风扇暂时停止，
灯开着的 状态下 按钮不启动。
（灯打不打开时请更换 灯）
- 关掉 门保持 设置的 温度

- 启动 保温功能 时使用 加热功能，加热功能 停止后 继续
保持 保温功能.
3) 温度 和时间 手动设置
(1) HEAT（加热）温度 和时间 调整 方法
按下 HEAT ON 按钮时 按钮 LED 开着，这时用 TEMP(温度)
和TIME(时间) 来控制按钮。3秒过后 自动 储存
- TEMP(温度) 控制 范围：30℃~80℃
- TIME(时间) 控制 范围 :1~90分
※设置的 温度和 时间是POWER 开关 OFF 时自动储存
(2) WARM(保温) 温度 和时间 调整
按下 WARM ON时按钮的LED 开着，这时 按下 TEMP
(温度)和TIME(时间) 按钮来 调整。 调整后，松开按钮
时，3秒后，将被保存.
- TEMP(温度) 控制 范围： 30℃~70℃
- TIME(时间) 控制 范围 : 连续 动作（不能 调整）
※设置的 温度和 时间是POWER 开关 OFF 时自动储存
5. 设备的维护与管理
1) 清洁设备时拔掉电源开关
2) 清洁时 用干抹布
3) 清洁 设备时 不要让 设备外部 碰到水
4) 禁止 分解 设备。 任意 分解时 公司 不负责
5) 长时间 不实用 设备时 拔掉电源 存储在 干燥的 地方.

6. 异常时 措施
1) 打不开 电源时.
(1) 请检查电源.
(2) 请查看 设备 门是否 开启了.
(3) 请查看 是否 停电.
2) 温度 异常时.
(1) 加热时 查看 温度 是否 上升.
(2) 请查看 是否 开着 门.
(3) 请查看 门是否 关着.
(4) 请查看 设置 温度 是否 符合 温度.
3) 温度和 时间 设置 不了时
(1) 请确认 周边 是否 存在 高频噪声的设备.
(2) 请确认 Control panel 内部里 流入油或异物
(3) 拔掉 电源后 重新 插上 电源.
4) 错误 CODE 时措施
(1) DO(Door Open)
- 关上门的 情况下 开关 没有 反映的 情况
ㅇ门开关 周边损坏的 情况.
ㅇ确认门开关 是否 有问题.
ㅇ门是否 变形.
(2) HL(Heat Low, )
- 加热开始后 30分钟后也 温度 没有达到 70℃的情况
ㅇ加热装置 故障
ㅇ程序错误
(3) OH(Over Heat, )
- 异常 发热时 标记
ㅇ高温下的 故障
ㅇ程序错误

(2) 委托维修时 请确认 下面的项目，这样会跟准确的 进行.

(1) 본모바일건조기는 A/S센터에서 사용하는 제품입니다.
(2) 고장난 스마트폰의 분해를 목적으로 제작되었습니다.
(3) 스마트폰 수리이외의 용도로 사용을 금지합니다.
2) 특징
(1) 본모바일건조기는 조작이 간편하게 설계된 제품입니다.
(2) 대류 건조 방식으로서 건조기 내부의 안정적인 온도를
유지해 줍니다.
(3) 도어 센서를 부착하여 제품의 도어가 열려 있을 경우 작동이
되지 않도록 하였습니다.
(4) 과전류 및히터의 과승으로부터 기기를 보호하기 위한 안전
회로를 채택하였습니다.
2. 기기설치
1) 본기기는 정격 전압에서 정상 작동하도록 제작되어 있습니다.
기기를 설치하기 전에 AC 220V와일치하는지를 확인해주세요.
2) 바닥이 단단한 평면에 기기를 설치해 주시기 바랍니다.
3) 기기는 주변과 10cm이상(좌,우,뒷면,윗면) 공간을 확보하여
설치해 주시기 바랍니다.
4) 열원(Heat sources)이나 직사광선이 있는 곳에 설치하지 마시기
바랍니다.
5) 문은 우측으로 180까지 열리므로 충분한 설치 공간을 고려하여
주시기 바랍니다.
