Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
Das Trennwandelement RAUWORKS split screen wurde für den Einsatz
an Doppelarbeitsplätzen im Büro entwickelt. Es ist akustisch wirksam
und dient zur Schallabschirmung und Schallabsoprtion.
Das Produkt ist individuell, stufenlos, mechanisch höhenverstellbar.
Der Stobezug ist austauschbar.
Allgemeine Sicherheitshinweise:
Nicht mehr benötigte Verpackungsmaterialien und Kleinteile von
Kindern fernhalten!
Nicht auf dieses Produkt stellen oder setzen.
Im montierten Zustand nicht anlehnen!
Der Tisch, an dem die Trennwand montiert wird, muss die Anfor-
derungen der DIN EN 527 erfüllen. Demnach muss der Tisch unter
anderem eine Abmessung von mindestens 1200×800×720mm
(B×T×H) haben und eine ausreichende Kippsicherheit gewährleis-
ten.
Nehmen Sie keine eigenständigen Reparaturen vor. Wenden Sie sich
in diesem Fall bitte an den Büromöbelhersteller oder den Händler, bei
dem Sie das Produkt erworben haben.
Nehmen Sie keine Änderungen am Trennwandelement RAUWORKS
split screen vor.
Betreiben Sie das Produkt nicht, wenn es beschädigt ist!

Utilisation conforme :
La cloisonnette RAUWORKS split screen a été développée pour les
postes de travail jumeaux. Elle possède une ecacité acoustique
orant une fonction d’écran et d’absorption phonique.
Le produit est réglable individuellement en hauteur par commande
mécanique à mouvement continu. Le tissu de revêtement est
remplaçable.
Consignes générales de sécurité :
Mettre le matériel d’emballage qui ne sert plus et les petites pièces
hors de portée des enfants ! Ne pas monter ou s’assoir sur ce produit.
Ne pas s’adosser au produit monté !
Le bureau recevant la cloison doit répondre aux exigences de la norme
DIN EN 527. Celui-ci aura entre autres les dimensions minimales de
1200×800×720mm (l×p×h) et devra disposer d’une stabilité
susante contre le basculement.
N’entreprenez pas de réparations vous-même. Pour cela adressez-
vous au fabricant de meubles de bureau ou au négociant chez qui
vous avez acquis le produit.
Ne réalisez aucune modification sur l’élément RAUWORKS split screen.
Ne pas utiliser le produit lorsque celui-ci est endommagé.

Use in line with specification:
The RAUWORKS lift screen was developed especially for use at double
workstations. It is acoustically eective and serves as a sound shield
and to absorb sound.
The height of the product can be adjusted using a motor.
The fabric can be replaced with an alternative colour.
General safety information:
Keep discarded packaging material and small parts out of the reach of
children!
Do not stand or sit on this product.
Do not lean against the screen in the assembled condition!
The desk to which the screen is to be fitted must fulfil the require-
ments of DIN EN 527. According to this, amongst other things, the
desk must measure at least 1200×800×720mm (W×D×H) and
is to be suciently stable.
Do not carry out any repairs yourself. Please contact the oce
furniture manufacturer or the distributor from which you purchased the
product to do this.
Do not carry out any modifications to the RAUWORKS split screen element.
Do not operate the product if damaged!

Aufschieben der Tischanbindungen auf das Trägerprofil
a. Aufschieben der Nutensteine der Tischanbindung (B) in die
vorgesehende Nut auf der Schmalseite des Trägerprofils (C). Die
Stellschraube muss am Trägerprofil nach unten zeigen (siehe
Darstellung).
b. Führen Sie den Schritt a für die Befestigung der zweiten Tischan-
bindung auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite des Trägerprofils
erneut durch.

Pushing the desk attachments onto the mounting profile
a. Push the T-block of the desk attachment (B) into the designated
groove in the narrow side of the mounting profile (C). The
adjusting screw on the mounting profile (see illustration) must
point downwards.
b. Repeat step a to fix the second desk attachment to the opposite
side of the mounting profile.

a. Positionieren der Tischanbindung (B) in einem Abstand von
200 bis 300mm der Außenkante der Tischanbindung zur
Außenseite des Trägerprofils (C).
b. Schrauben der Tischanbindung mit Hilfe eines Innensechskant-
schlüssels 5mm fest anziehen. Das empfohlene Anzugsmoment
mit einem Drehmomentschlüssel beträgt 3Nm.
c. Führen Sie die Schritte a bis b auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite
des Trägerprofils durch.
Zu geringe Anzugskräfte beim Anziehen der Schrauben können ein
Lösen und Herabfallen des Trägerprofils mitsamt der Trennwand vom
Tisch verursachen und zu Verletzungen führen. Überprüfen Sie daher
die hinreichende feste Verbindung zwischen Trägerprofil und Tisch.

a. Positionnez les fixations (B) avec un espacement de 200 à
300mm entre le bord extérieur de la fixation et l’extrémité du
profilé support (C).
b. Serrez fermement les fixations à l’aide d’une clé Allen de 5mm.
Le couple de serrage à la clé dynamométrique est préconisé
à 3Nm.
c. Réalisez les étapes a) à b) sur le côté opposé du profilé support.
Un serrage insusant des molettes peut entraîner le détachement et
la chute du profilé support avec la cloison occasionnant un risque de
blessures. Veillez par conséquent à ce que le profilé support et le
bureau soient susamment solidarisés.

mounting profile

a. Position the desk attachment (B) at a distance of 200 to 300mm
from the outer edge of the desk attachment to the outside of the
mounting profile.
b. Firmly tighten the screws of the desk attachment with the help of
a 5mm hexagon socket wrench. The recommended tightening
torque with a torque wrench is 3Nm.
c. Repeat steps a to b on the opposite side of the mounting profile.
Tightening forces that are too low when tightening the screws could
cause the partition, including the mounting profile, to come loose and
fall o and lead to injury. Please therefore check that the connection
between the partition and desk is suciently secure.

a. Vor der Montage an die Tischplatte die Stellschraube an der
Tischanbindung an die Tischplattenstärke voreinstellen (auf
ausreichenden Abstand der Stellschraube zur Tischplatte achten).
b. Trägerprofil mit Hilfe der Tischanbindungen auf die Tischplatte
aufsetzen und durch Anziehen der Stellschrauben per Hand oder
mit Innensechskantschlüssel 4mm fest anziehen (siehe Darstel-
lung „Ansicht von unten auf die Tischanbindung“ auf Seite 10 und
den nebenstehenden Warnhinweis!). Das empfohlene Anzugsmo-
ment mit Drehmomentschlüssel beträgt 4±0,5Nm).
Aufschieben und Anschrauben des Trägerprofils an die
Tischplatte
Zu geringe Anzugskräfte beim Anziehen der Stellschrauben können ein
Lösen und Herabfallen des Trägerprofils mitsamt der Trennwand vom
Tisch verursachen und zu Verletzungen führen. Überprüfen Sie daher
die hinreichend feste Verbindung zwischen Trägerprofil und Tisch.
Nicht an Glasplatten montieren, diese können brechen –
Verletzungsgefahr!
Die Montage ist an gängigen Büroarbeitstischen, außer an Glastischen
(siehe Warnhinweis!), möglich. Bitte beachten Sie, dass je nach
Plattenmaterial (z.B. Weichholz) eine Druckfläche durch die Tischan-
bindung am Tisch verursacht werden kann.

a. Avant d’installer le profilé support sur le plateau du bureau, réglez
les molettes des fixations en fonction de l’épaisseur du plateau
(veillez à laisser un espace susant entre la molette de réglage et
le plateau !).
b. Placez le profilé support avec la fixation sur le plateau du bureau
et serrez les boulons des molettes de réglage à la main ou à l’aide
de la clé Allen de 4mm (cf. image « fixation vue de dessous » à la
page 10 et avertissements ci-contre !). Le couple de serrage à la
clé dynamométrique est préconisé à 4±0,5Nm.
Faire coulisser le profilé support sur le plateau du bureau et
serrer
Un serrage insusant des molettes peut entraîner le détachement et
la chute du profilé support avec la cloison occasionnant un risque de
blessures. Veillez par conséquent à ce que le profilé support et le
bureau soient susamment solidarisés.
Ne pas installer sur des plateaux en verre, ceux-ci pouvant se briser,
occasionnant un risque de blessure !
Les cloisons peuvent être installées sur tous les bureaux courants sauf
avec un plateau verre (cf. avertissements !). Veuillez noter que les
fixations peuvent marquer les plateaux, par exemple lorsque ceux-ci
sont en bois tendre.

a. Prior to mounting to the desk top, pre-adjust the adjusting screw
on the desk attachment to the thickness of the desk top (ensure
that there is a sucient gap between the adjusting screw and the
desk top).
b. Place the mounting profile onto the desk top with the help of the
desk attachments and tighten by turning the adjusting screws by
hand or using a 4mm hexagon socket wrench (see illustration
„View from below of the desk attachment“ on Page 10 and the
warning next to it!). The recommended tightening torque with a
torque wrench is 4±0.5Nm.

Do not fit to glass panes, these can break - risk of injury!
Mounting is possible to conventional oce desks, except for glass
desks (see warning!). Please note that, depending on the material that
the desk top is made from (e.g. softwood), an indentation on the desk
may be caused by the desk attachment.

a. Einhängen der integrierten Haltewinkel von RAUWORKS split
screen (A) in der dafür vorgesehenen Nut auf der Schmalseite
des Trägerprofils (siehe Detaildarstellung auf Seite 12).
b. Bei Befestigung mehrerer split screens am Trägerprofil wieder-
holen Sie Schritt a.
Unbedingt auf korrekten Sitz der integrierten Haltewinkel in der Nut
achten, da sonst der erforderliche Halt der split screen am Trägerprofil
nicht gewährleistet ist. Als Konsequenz droht ein Herunterfallen der
Trennwand mit Verletzungsgefahr!
Bei Montage von einer einzelnen split screen weiter mit Schritt 6 auf
Seite 16.

a. Accrochez l’équerre de fixation intégrée du RAUWORKS split
screen (A) dans la rainure prévue à cet eet sur le chant du profilé
support (cf. présentation détaillée à la page 12).
b. En cas de fixation de plusieurs split screens, renouvelez l’étape a).
Veillez impérativement à ce que les équerres de fixation intégrées
soient bien fixées à leur emplacement dans la rainure, faute de quoi la
cohésion de la cloison avec le bureau ne peut être assurée. Le cas
échéant, ceci entraîne un risque de chute de la cloison et donc de
blessure.
En cas de montage d’un unique split screen, passez à l’étape 6 en
page 16.
Suspending the split screen on the mounting profile

a. Hook the integrated retaining bracket of the RAUWORKS split
screen (A) into the designated groove on the narrow side of the
mounting profile (see detailed illustration on Page 12).
b. When attaching several split screens to the mounting profile,
repeat step a.
It is essential to ensure that the integrated retaining bracket is
positioned correctly in the groove, otherwise the necessary stability of
the split screen on the desk cannot be guaranteed. As a consequence,
there is a risk of injury due to the screen falling down!
If installing a single split screen, proceed with step 6 on Page 16.

Positionieren der split screens mit einem empfohlenenn Abstand von
2±1mm zwischen den Außenseiten der Rahmenprofile (siehe Pfeile
in der Darstellung auf Seite 14).
Zur Einstellung eines gleichmäßigen Abstandes der split screens
zueinander kann je nach Ausrichtung mit einer der Ausrichtschrauben
am integrierten Haltewinkel der seitliche Winkel eingestellt werden.
Sollte keine Einstellung notwendig sein, bitte die Schraube nicht
komplett einschrauben, sondern wie im Lieferzustand nur ca. 3mm
im Haltewinkel eingeschraubt lassen.
Festlegung und Ausrichtung des Abstands zwischen den
einzelnen split screens (horizontal)

Bei Positionierung in einem Abstand von < 1mm zwischen den
Außenseiten der Rahmenprofile besteht die Gefahr, dass die split
screens bei Höhenverstellung aneinander reiben. Dies kann zu
Oberflächenschäden am split screen führen und dessen Höhenverstel-
lung beeinträchtigen.
Positionnez les split screens espacés de 2 ± 1 mm, écartement
préconisé des bords extérieurs des profils d’encadrement (voir flèches
dans l’illustration à la page 14).
Pour obtenir un écartement régulier entre les split screens, procédez à
l’ajustement de l‘angle latéral à l‘aide de la vis de réglage située sur la
cornière de fixation intégrée.
Dans l‘éventualité où aucun réglage n‘est nécessaire, ne vissez pas
entièrement la vis dans la cornière de fixation, mais laissez une partie
vissée limitée à 3mm environ comme à la réception du matériel.

screens.

En cas d’espacement < 1mm entre les bords extérieurs des profilés
d’encadrement, les split screens sont susceptibles de frotter les uns
contre les autres suite aux réglages de hauteur. Ce qui peut occasion-
ner une détérioration des surfaces des split screens et avoir des
incidences sur le réglage en hauteur.
Position the split screens at the recommended distance of 2 ± 1 mm
between the outer edges of the frame profile (see arrow in the
illustration on page 14).
To achieve even spacing between the split screens, depending on the
alignment, one of the alignment screws of the integrated fixing bracket
for the lateral bracket can be adjusted.
If no alignment is required, please do not screw the screw in comple-
tely, but only screw it into the fixing bracket approx. 3mm as in the
delivery condition.
5Establishing and adjusting the spacing between the
indivdual split screen (horizontal)
If positioning takes place with a gap between the outer edges of the
frame profile < 1mm, there is a risk that the split screens will scu
each other when adjusting the height. This can cause damage to the
surface of the split screen and adversely aect the height adjustment.

a. Überprüfen Sie am vertikalen Rahmenprofil mithilfe einer
Wasserwaage, ob sich der split screen im rechten Winkel befindet.
Die Libelle der Wasserwaage muss sich genau zwischen der
Begrenzungsanzeige Ihrer Wasserwaage befinden (siehe De-
taildarstellung auf Seite 16).
b. Falls sich die split screen nicht im rechten Winkel befindet (siehe
Schritt a), kann durch Drehen der Ausrichtschraube mithilfe eines
Innensechskant-Schlüssels 4mm (siehe Detaildarstellung auf
Seite 16) der Winkel passend eingestellt werden.
Durch Drehen im Uhrzeigersinn (+) neigt sich die split screen in
Richtung des Tisches.
Durch Drehen entgegen des Uhrzeigersinns (−) neigt sich die split
screen vom Tisch weg.

c. Wiederholen Sie die Schritte a bis b am zweiten integrierten
Haltewinkel der split screen.
d. Bei Verwendung von mehr als einer split screen wiederholen Sie
die Schritte a bis c.
e.
Sofern Sie die split screens nicht im Winkel ausrichten, führt dies zu
einer funktionalen und optischen Beeinträchtigung des Trennwandsys-
tems (Winkelversatz). Beachten Sie daher unbedingt die nebenstehen-
den Hinweise zur Ausrichtung der split screen im Winkel.
a. Vérifiez la verticalité du montant vertical à l’aide d’un niveau à
bulle. La bulle doit être précisément entre les repères du niveau
(voir représentation détaillée en page 16).
b. En cas de défaut de verticalité (cf. étape a), vous pouvez adapter
l’angle en tournant la vis de positionnement à l’aide d’une clé
Allen de 4mm (voir représentation détaillée en page 16).
Tournez dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre (+) pour incliner
le split screen en direction de la table.
Tournez à l’inverse du sens des aiguilles d’une montre (−) pour
relever le split screen par rapport à la table.

c. Renouvelez les étapes a) à b) au niveau de la deuxième équerre
de fixation intégrée sur le split screen.
d. Si vous utilisez plus d’un split screen renouvelez les étapes a) à c).
Ne pas respecter un angle droit peut entraîner des dysfonctionnements
fonctionnels et esthétiques pour le système de cloison de séparation
(déplacement angulaire). Tenez impérativement compte des indica-
tions figurant en regard, pour positionner le split screen à angle droit.
a. Check with the help of a spirit level on the vertical frame profile
whether the split screen is at right angles. The spirit level bubble
must be located exactly between the graduation lines on your
spirit level (see detailed illustration on Page 16).
b. If the split screen is not at right angles (see step a), the angle can
be adjusted accordingly by turning the alignment screw with the
help of a 4mm hexagon socket wrench. Turning it in a clockwise
direction (+) inclines the split screen towards the desk. Turning it
in an anti-clockwise direction (−) inclines the split screen away
from the desk.

c. Repeat steps a to b on the second integrated retaining bracket of
the split screen.
d. When using more than one split screen, repeat steps a to c.
e.
If the split screen is not aligned at right angles, this will adversely
aect the function and look of the partition system. It is therefore
essential to note the opposite information about aligning the split
screen in the bracket.

a. Durch Drehen der Fixierschraube im Uhrzeigersinn (+) mithilfe
eines Innensechskant-Schlüssels 4mm wird die split screen am
Trägerprofil befestigt. Fixierschraube fest anziehen (siehe
nebenstehenden Warnhinweis)! Das empfohlene Anzugsmoment
mit Drehmomentschlüssel beträgt 1,5±0,5Nm).
b. Wiederholen Sie Schritt a am zweiten integrierten Haltewinkel der
split screen.
c. Bei Verwendung von mehr als einer split screen wiederholen Sie
die Schritte a bis b.

Zu geringe Anzugskräfte beim Anziehen der Fixierschrauben können ein
Kippen der split screen verursachen. Dies kann zum Aushängen und
Herabfallen der split screen vom Trägerprofil führen und Verletzungen
verursachen.
Überprüfen Sie daher die hinreichend feste Verbindung zwischen
integrierten Haltewinkel und Trägerprofil.
a. Pour fixer le split screen au profilé support, tournez la vis de
fixation dans le sens des aiguilles d’une montre (+) à l’aide d’une
clé Allen de 4mm. Serrez fermement la vis de fixation (voir
l’avertissement ci-contre) ! Le couple de serrage à la clé dynamo-
métrique est préconisé à 1,5±0,5Nm.
b. Renouvelez l’étape a) au niveau de la deuxième équerre de
fixation intégrée sur le split screen.
c. Si vous utilisez plus d’un split screen renouvelez les étapes a) et b).

En cas de serrage insusant des vis de fixation, le split screen est
susceptible de basculer, ce qui peut amener le split screen à se
décrocher de son profilé support et à causer des blessures dans sa
chute.
Veillez par conséquent à ce que l’équerre de fixation intégrée et le profilé
support soient susamment solidarisés.
a. By turning the fixing screw in a clockwise direction (+) with the
help of a 4mm hexagon socket screw, the split screen is fastened
to the mounting profile. Tighten the fixing screw firmly (see
warning opposite)! The recommended tightening torque with a
torque wrench is 1.5±0.5Nm.
b. Repeat step a on the second integrated retaining bracket of the
split screen.
c. When using more than one split screen, repeat steps a to b.

Tightening forces that are too low when turning the fixing screws could
cause the split screen to tilt. This may lead to the hinge on the split
screen coming undone and falling o the mounting profile and may
cause injury. Ensure therefore that the connection between the retaining
bracket and mounting profile is suciently secure.
