INTRODUCTION
The OREI HDA-935 is a video and audio separated converter with two sets of HDMI
outputs, one for TV 4K@60/HDR video and audio signals, another for eARC Soundbar,
and S/PDIF and analog 3.5mm stereo interface outputs.
1. Build-in three HDMI port, can support 4K@60, HDR, quick switching.
2. Video and audio separation function, simultaneous output of a set of HDMI
4K@60/HDR video and audio to the TV, a set of HDMI (eARC) to the Soundbar or
Amplifier, and support S/PDIF(Optical), Analog(stereo 3.5mm) interface.
3. The TV signal can be transmitted back to Soundbar (eARC) via eARC (ehanced
Audio Return Channel) to play high-quality surround sound.
4. Non-eARC function TV can enjoy the high-quality of eARC audio return.
5. Built-in eARC automatically detect the source of the signal (TV or external signal)

INSTALLATION CONSIDERATIONS
1. Please connect the cables to all devices first. (refer to “CONNECTION” section)
2. After the connection is complete, connect the power of each device and turn on
the power

CONNECTION
Connection external source
Step 1. Connect the HDMI cables from the external HDMI source devices to the input
port IN1 ~ IN3 of the HDA-935.
Step 2. Connect the HDMI cable from your TV to the output port TV(HDMI/eARC) of the
HDA-935.
Step 3. Connect HDMI cable(with eARC function) or Optical cable or 3.5mm audio
cable from Audio System (Soundbar, Amplifier, Speaker…) to the output port
Soundbar(eARC) or OPTICAL or AUDIO of the HDA-935.
Step 4. Set the audio format select AUDIO SELECT to 2CH or 5.1CH or 7.1CH (by
audio system).
Step 5. Connect the DC 5V/1A power adaptor to the microUSB DC 5V of HDA-935.
Step 6. After you finish the connection, one of the audio format indication LED (green)
and HDMI input select Indication LED will turn on
Connection streaming APP TV
Step 1. Connect the HDMI cables from the TV(with ARC function) to the output port
TV(HDMI/eARC) of the HDA-935.
Step 2. Connect HDMI cable(with eARC function) or Optical cable or 3.5mm audio
cable from Audio System (Soundbar, Amplifier, Speaker…) to the output port
Soundbar(eARC) or OPTICAL or AUDIO of the HDA-935.
Step 3. Connect the DC 5V/1A power adaptor to the microUSB DC 5V of HDA-935.
Step 4. After you finish the connection, one of the audio format indication LED (green)
and HDMI input select Indication LED will turn on.
Notes.
eARC auto detect function default value is external source.
When the streaming APP TV is successfully connected, the eARC indication LED
(green) will turn on.

OPERATION OPTION
Manual Operation mode
Press “SELECT” button to cycle through each of the inputs. When you select the
channel, there will be a LED on to present the channel. If you select channel 1, the “1”
LED will light on.
Remote control
Push number button 1~3 on the Remote Control
to switch between 3 source devices.
REPLACE REMOTE CONTROL BATTERY
1. Remove the screw from the back of the remote control.
2. Push in the tab on the battery tray, then pull out the tray.
3. Remove the old battery. Insert a new CR2025 battery with the + facing up, then
replace the back cover along with the screw.

TROUBLE SHOOTING
1. When there is no picture presented, please:
Make sure the direct connection from the source device to the display device
without the main unit is working.
Check if all connectors are connected properly; and check if all cables can
support the transmission speed. High Speed HDMI cables are recommended.
Check the power of main unit.
2. When resolution could not show in 4K.
Make sure your sources and displays are fully supporting 4K.
Make sure your HDMI cables are capable of transmitting 4K video signal.(Use
Premium HDMI cable)
3. When there is no audio by audio system
Make sure your audio system power is turned on and select correct source
position.
Make sure your audio cable is connected and non-destructive.
Make sure the HDA-935 audio select position matches the sound device.
