Problem
1. No power (green Line Power
Light does not turn on)
2. Fault Light activated (yellow
Fault Light is on)
3. Pad continues to vibrate
after pressing the Power
Button to turn off the system
Possible Solution
1. Make sure the power supply is plugged securely
into both the controller and the wall outlet.
2.Conrmthatyouareusingthepowersupply 
provided with your Relaxis.
3.Conrmthatyouareusinga“live”outlet.
4. Push the Power Button to turn on the system.
1. Push the Power Button to turn off the system.
2. Wait for 15 minutes.
3. Push the Power Button to turn the system back on.
1. Push the Power Button again to turn off the system.
2. If the pad continues to vibrate, unplug the power
supply from the wall socket and call your distributor.

4. Relaxis shuts off before the
end of the 35-minute
therapy cycle

Possible Solution
1. Check that the power supply is plugged
securely into the controller and the wall outlet.
2.Conrmthatyouareusingthepowersupply
provided with your Relaxis.
3. Push the Power Button to turn on the system.
4.ConrmthatthegreenLinePowerLight
turns on.
5. Adjust the vibration intensity to the setting
that feels best for you.
1. Push the Power Button to turn off the system.
2. Push the Power Button to turn the system
back on.
3. Hold down the Increase Intensity Button until
all of the Intensity Indicator Lights turn on.
4. Adjust the vibration intensity to the setting
that feels best for you.
