breathe indoors. Please read all the information in this manual carefully before using your Air Purier. Our

UNPACKING
IMPORTANT: REMOVE PACKING MATERIALS
FROM THE PRE-FILTER AND MAIN FILTER
BEFORE USING THE AIR PURIFIER. (Fig 1)
•
Carefully remove the air purier from the carton and
remove the protective wrapping.
•
Gently pull o the front cover and set it aside.
•
Pull the pre-lter and main lter out of the unit using
the upper tab. Remove the protective wrapping.
•
Slide the main lter back into the unit, and while
holding the upper tab against the unit edge, re-insert
the pre-lter. Replace the front cover. It will click back
into place.
•
Discard or recycle all packing materials appropriately.
•
Read the warning label at the end of the electrical plug,
and leave it in place for the life of your air purier.
WARNING! TO REDUCE THE RISK OF ELECTRICAL SHOCK, THIS EQUIPMENT HAS A
GROUNDING TYPE PLUG THAT HAS A THIRD (GROUNDING) PIN. THIS PLUG WILL ONLY
FIT INTO A GROUNDING TYPE POWER OUTLET. IF THE PLUG DOES NOT FIT INTO THE
OUTLET, CONTACT QUALIFIED PERSONNEL TO INSTALL THE PROPER OUTLET. DO NOT
ALTER THE PLUG IN ANY WAY.

SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
• Do not operate the unit in a bathroom or any
room with high levels of humidity.
• Avoid placing anything on top of the unit as the
ow of air may be restricted and smaller items
may fall inside and damage it.
• Do not introduce any foreign object into the
vents.
• Do not handle the cord with wet hands.
• Do not let children operate or play with the unit;
improper use may cause electric shock.
• Do not remove the cartridge when the unit is
operating.
• For household use only, do not use outdoors.
GETTING STARTED
Read all instructions in this manual prior to
operation. (Fig. 2)
•
Place your air purier in a location where air can
circulate freely around and into the front vents
and out the top grill.
•
Avoid placing anything on top of your air purier
as it may restrict air ow and smaller items may
fall through the grill and damage the fan.
•
Do not use an extension cord and keep in a dry area.

HOW THE AEROSKYTM 10-STAGE
AIR PURIFICATION SYSTEM WORKS
is combination of pre-ltering stages substantially
reduces pollutants in the air before they reach the
Main Filter.
Pre-Filter
•
Stage 1: Electrostatic Filter: An electrostatically
charged lter made of polypropylene that
captures large particles of dust and lint.
•
Stage 2: Woven Polyester: A lter made from
woven polyester, which captures particles 15
microns and larger.
•
Stage 3: Polypropylene Pre-lter: A lter made
from polypropylene, which captures particles 10
microns and larger. (Fig. 3)
Main Filter
•
Stage 4: Tackied lter: A lter made from woven
polyester treated with non-migrating tack to
capture and hold particles 5 microns and larger,
such as animal dander.

Stage 5: HEPA Type Filter: A lter made from,
micro glass which captures 99% of particles that
are 0.3 microns or larger. (Fig. 4)
•
Stage 6: Antimicrobial Filter: A lter made of
polypropylene treated with a microbial biocide.
e lter captures microorganisms and the
microbial biocide prevents them from growing
on or through the lter.
•
Stage 7: High Capacity Activated Carbon Filter:
A lter made from 100% woven carbon, which
captures gases, tobacco smoke, and cooking
odors.
•
Stage 8: Woven Carbon Filter: A lter made from
woven polypropylene that is impregnated with
carbon, which will absorb gas, smoke and odors.
Five-Stage Main Filter
(Replaceable)
•
Stage 9: Ionization: Emits a mild electrostatic
charge that freshens stale room air.
•
Stage 10: Deodorizer: Attacks strong odors by
oxidizing pollutants at the molecular level and
destroying them, leaving behind fresher smelling
the air.

OPERATION
Operating your AeroSky
TM
Air Purier is very simple.
(Fig. 5)
• Plug the air purier into a properly grounded 220 V / 50 Hz power source.
• To turn it on, press the “ON/speed” button until you reach the desired low, medium, or high speed. is
will automatically turn on the ionization stage as well. To turn o ionization during operation, just press
the Ionizer button.
• e “ON/speed” light indicates the speed at which the air purier is operating.
• Press the “OFF” button to turn o the air purier.
• Use the Deodorizer for occasional removal of strong odors. To start, press the “Deodorizer” button until
you reach the desired time limit: 15 minutes, 2 hours, 4 hours, or 24 hours. To stop deodorizing before the
set time, press the “Deodorizer” button until deodorizing ceases.
Note: If you select “15 minutes” for the desired time, the Deodorizer will cycle on for 15 minutes, then cycle
o for 15 minutes, and so on, until turned o.
CAUTION
Do not use the Deodorizer function in a room in which people or pets are present as it may cause minor lung or throat
irritation.

Turn the air purier o and unplug it.
•
Gently pull o the front cover and set it aside.

Pull the pre-lter and main lter out of the
unit using the upper tab. Place them in the bag

e AeroSkyTM Air Purier is easy to maintain.
•
Use a so cloth to clean the outside of the air purier.
•
Approximately every three months, the lter check
light on your control panel will turn on and you will
hear a so beeping sound to tell you it is time to check
the condition of the pre-lter and main lter.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
•
Your pre-lter is cleanable, up to four times a year.
You may either vacuum it or wash it under the
faucet in the sink. Be sure it is completely dry
before placing it back in the air purier.
•
You may also vacuum the main lter if needed.
•
Both the main lter and pre-lter should be replaced
every 12 months, or earlier if you feel it is needed.

Replacing the Pre-Filter and Main Filter
•
Gently push it into the unit until the upper tab is
against the unit edge.
•
Now, follow this same step for the pre-lter. Be
sure to hold the upper tab while inserting the pre-
lter to avoid trapping it behind the cartridge.
•
To replace the front cover, gently slide the door on
to the slots, and gently push the top of the door
into the unit.
•
To reset the lter, press and hold the “Reset”
button, on the control panel until the light ashes
5 times.

Rena Ware warrants its AeroSky
TM
Air Purier to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship for two years from the
date of purchase, excluding the Deodorizer Coil which is
warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship
for 90 days from the date of purchase.
is Product is designed for residential use only. is
Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or blocking
of cartridge due to operation in extreme conditions or
commercial applications. e Warranty does not cover
defects resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accident,
use of frequency or voltage other than marked on the Product
or described in the instructions, repairs or alteration outside a
Rena Ware facility, or lack of maintenance. Use of replacement
parts other than genuine Rena Ware replacement parts or
removal of the specications label will void this Warranty.
e Warranty does not cover incidental or consequential
damages resulting from the use of this Product.
REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF WARRANTY
CLAIM
At its option, Rena Ware will repair or replace a Product,
or any part thereof, which is determined to be defective.
If a replacement is made, the Product for which the
replacement is made becomes the property of Rena Ware.
is remedy shall be the exclusive remedy available.
TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE
To obtain warranty service, send a detailed written
description of the claimed defect to the closest Rena Ware
Service Center. You may be required to return the Product,
at your expense, to the nearest Rena Ware Service Center in
order to obtain warranty service. For a list of our Customer
Service Centers around the world visit renaware.com. You
may also be required to provide proof of purchase. If, aer
inspection, Rena Ware determines that a covered defect
exists, Rena Ware will bear the cost of return delivery.
OTHER WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
is Warranty is in lieu of all other express warranties.
Any implied warranty shall be equal in duration to
the above express Warranty.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or
limitation of incidental or consequential damages or do
not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty
lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply
to you. is Warranty gives you specic legal rights. You
may also have other rights which vary from jurisdiction
to jurisdiction.
is Warranty applies to the AeroSkyTM Air Purier only.
Separate warranties apply to other Rena Ware products.
