INSTALLATION GUIDE

This product is comparable to the corresponding Millipore cartridge. Please refer to
Millipore’s User Manual for a detailed instruction on installation.
A brief description of the installation process is described below:
Note: Per Millipore User Manual, the Cartridge needs to be rinsed out after installation.

Removing Cartridge Follow the steps below to remove the used cartridge.

Set the Milli-Q system to STANDBY
Mode.

l Push the Q-POD Plunger (or POD
Plunger) down once to
depressurize the Milli-Q System.
l After water stops being dispensed.
Push down the Q-POD Plunger (or
POD Plunger) again.

l Open the Milli-Q System right
door.
l Remove the used cartridge.

The system indicates that the cartridge
is removed.

Replacing Cartridge Adapters
Step

There are two original cartridge adapters
on the system for the cartridge. Each
adapter is fixed by two screws.
l Screw off the four screws with the
screw driver inside the cartridge
pack

l Remove the two original adapters

l Take out the RephiLe adapters from
the accessory bag
l Slide the locks (plungers) on both
adapters down to the lower position

l Install the two RephiLe adapters to
Milli-Q system with the original
screws to the original positions

Installing New Cartridge Follow the steps below to install the new cartridge.

l Remove the covers on the 2 ports of
the new cartridge.
l Wet the O-rings with water.

l Slide the locks on two adapters to
the upper position (unlock position)
l Slide in the RephiSolo U Pack
cartridge until it is fully seated

l Push the two locks of adapters
down to the lower position to lock
the cartridge
l The display will show that a new
cartridge is installed
