Do not remove the fixture from its packing by pulling on the power cord,
as a bad connection may result.
Do not connect electricity until your fixture is fully assembled.

Do not touch bulb when fixture is turned on or look directly at lit bulb.

PLUG-INASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION:

Do not use polishes or cleaners on the fixture.
Wipe clean with a soft, dry cloth.
1. Carefully remove all parts from the box and remove all plastic coverings.
2. Hold the sconce against a wall to determine a desired mounting location. Use a
pencil to mark the general location of the hole cutouts located on the mounting
plate (c1).

This portable luminaire has a polarized plug (one blade is wider than the other)
as a feature to reduce the risk of electric shock. This plug will fit in a polarized
outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the plug.
If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Never use with an extension
cord unless plug can be fully inserted. Do not alter the plug.
This fixture has been rated for one 4-watt Type G9 LED dimmable lightbulb
(35-watt incandescent bulb equivalent). To avoid the risk of fire, do not exceed
the recommended wattage.

3. Drill holes into the wall for inserting the wall anchors (b). Insert an anchor into
each hole in the wall. The wall anchors (b) are meant for concrete wall mounting
only. If the wall is made of materials other than concrete, please consult your
local hardware store for assistance.
5. Align the two side holes of the back plate (A) with the corresponding holes on
the mounting plate (c1). Screw the back plate screws (d) to tighten the back plate
until the sconce is secured to the wall.
6. Screw the cord cover (E) into the hole underneath the back plate (A).
7. Insert the bulb (D) into the socket (C).
8. Place the shade (B) onto the socket.
Install the fixture in upright direction, do not install upside down to avoid the
glass shade to fall.

2. Shut off power at the junction box where the sconce will be installed.
3. Cut the cord that comes through the hole underneath the back plate (A)
and remove it. Keep at least 6 inches (152.4mm) of cord. Use a pair of
wire-strippers to strip about a half inch of insulation for each wire on the cord.

plate (c2). Attach the mounting plate (c2) to the junction box with the provided
mounting screws (g).
