GENERAL EXPLANATION OF CHAIR
USER GUIDE
Prior to use, please read all instructions. We
recommend you keep this user guide in a safe place
for future reference.
CLEANING
Do not use high pressure cleaners, steam cleaners or harsh, caustic chemicals
for cleaning.
LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY
Your Rhythm Healthcare, LLC - LMA product is warranted to be free of defects in materials
and workmanship for the lifetime of the original consumer purchaser. This device was
built to exacting standards and carefully inspected prior to shipment.
This Lifetime Limited Warranty is an expression of our confidence in the materials and
workmanship of our products and our assurance to the consumer of years of dependable
service. In the event of a defect covered by this warranty, we will, at our option, repair or
replace the device. This warranty does no cover device failure due to owner misuse or
negligence, or normal wear and tear.
The warranty does not extend to non-durable components, such as rubber accessories,
casters, and grips, which are subject to normal wear and need periodic replacement.

> Use a non-abrasive detergent or household cleaner with warm water.
> Rinse with warm water and wipe dry.
> DO NOT USE AN ABRASIVE CLEANER OR CLOTH with this product, as damage may ensue.
Chair Assembly
Place the seat face down on a level surface. Insert the legs into the
frame. Depress brass button and push tube until it clicks into place.

Insert the L-shaped back tubes into backrest tubes until brass
button clicks into place. (B)
Turn the chair on side so tubing holes are facing upward. Insert (C)
Place chair upright so it’s resting on all four legs and insert arms
into frame. Depress both brass buttons and push down until the
brass buttons click into place. Repeat for opposite arm. Arms
should curve inwards toward each other.
Use the push buttons and numbered holes to adjust the stool to the
desired seat height. Be sure seat is level, stable and all buttons are
full engaged before using.
Adjust Leg Height
Adjust leg height by pushing button and sliding tube up or down.
Height will adjust one hole at a time.
Ensure all legs are adjusted to same height.
