INSTALLATION MANUAL EN
TRACK and the TRACK controller switch can be installed
individually or as a MASTER luminaire in a continuous row
SET. For a correct operation, it is not possible to connect
multiple TRACK controllers in a continuous row. Furthermore,
it is not allowed to connect the TRACK + TRACK controller to
a power supply connected to a socket controlled by a switch
or downstream of other electronic controllers or dimmer.
INSTALLATION OF A SINGLE LUMINAIRE
- Fix the clips (A) to the installation surface using the screws
(B) supplied in the package as shown in figure 1.
- Connect the power supply cable (D) to the TRACK controller
or to the input connector (C) of the TRACK then attach the
profile to the clips (A) fixed to the installation surface.
INSTALLATION OF LUMINAIRES IN CONTINUOUS ROW
- Fix the clips (A) to the installation surface using the screws
(B) supplied in the package as shown in figure 1.
- Connect the power supply cable (D) to the TRACK controller
or directly to the power supply connector (C) of the lighting
profile.
- If necessary, use the appropriate extension cables (F) or
interconnection connectors (G) for continuous row
- Finally, attach the profile to the clips (A) fixed to the
installation surface.
CONNECTING THE DEVICE TO THE POWER SUPPLY
Connect TRACK only to a safe power supply with 24Vdc
stabilised voltage (sold separately) and with power at least
10% higher than the total load. For the total load calculation
check plate data printed on the product label.
WARNING
Safety is guaranteed if these instructions are followed so they
must be kept. Installation may require involving qualified
personnel. Before installing the luminaire ensure that the
environmental conditions are in compliance with and suitable
for product characteristics. Before any operation on the
luminaire, disconnect the mains voltage.
INSTALLATION
The TRACK luminaires are recommended for under cabinet
and under shelf installation. Installation is possible with the
luminaire power cable axially or radially with respect to the
mounting surface. As regards special requirements, it is
nonetheless possible to install these units in other positions
as long as they do not interfere with the integrity of the wire
and/or connector installed on it.
The installation can therefore provide a SET of luminaires
connected in a continuous row with only one power cable
connected to the first luminaire that supplies power to the
luminaires connected in cascade.
The continuous line connection can not exceed the maximum
load of 72W @24Vdc.
The continuous row installation in which the TRACK
controller switch is included must be prepared connecting
this luminaire upstream of all the lamps and downstream of
the power supply cable.
ATTENTION:
The TRACK controller electronic switch must be connected
respecting the orientation of the connections
IN-OUT as shown in figure 4.
