1.2 Note sulla sicurezza per l'installazione
1 Avvertenze generali
PERICOLO
Tutte le operazioni di installazione, manutenzione
e smontaggio devono essere svolte con l'alimen-
tazione elettrica staccata.
PERICOLO
Isolare l'alimentazione del combustibile.
ATTENZIONE
L'installazione deve essere svolta da personale
qualificato, come indicato in questo manuale e in
conformità con gli standard e le disposizioni di leg-
ge in vigore.
CAUTELA
Dopo aver tolto ogni imballaggio assicurarsi
dell’integrità del contenuto. Nel dubbio, non utiliz-
zare il kit ricambio; rivolgersi al fornitore.
Attendere il completo raffreddamento dei compo-
nenti a contatto con fonti di calore.
Effettuate tutte le operazioni di manutenzione, pu-
lizia o controllo, rimontare il cofano e tutti i dispo-
sitivi di sicurezza e protezione del bruciatore.

2.1 Descrizione kit
Il kit consente ai bruciatori previsti per funzionamento a meta-
no, di bruciare GPL. Il kit si compone di:

2.3 Trasformazione
Procedere come segue:
Togliere gli elettrodi, rimuovendo le piastrine di fissaggio e
facendo attenzione a nono rompere le ceramiche.
Togliere le piastrine di fissaggio/regolazione del tubo cen-
trale.
Sostituire il distributore gas con quello fornito nel kit, facendo
attenzione ai due fori per gli elettrodi.
Inserire il tubo centrale fornito nel kit e rimontare le piastrine
di fissaggio, regolandole secondo le istruzioni bruciatore
(stessa regolazione del metano).
Rimontare gli elettrodi posizionandoli come illustrato
nell’istruzione del kit.

2.4 Regolazione testa di combustione
È la stessa prevista per funzionamento a metano (Fig. 3).
2.5 Collegamenti elettrici
Per i collegamenti elettrici al bruciatore, fare riferimento al ma-
nuale d’istruzione del bruciatore stesso.
2.6 Pressione in camera di combustione
La pressione in camera di combustione è la stessa prevista per
funzionamento a metano.

1.1 Garantie und Haftung
Die Garantie- und Haftungsansprüche verfallen bei Personen-
und / oder Sachschäden, die auf einen oder mehrere der folgen-
den Gründe zurückzuführen sind:
Eingriffe durch nicht zugelassenes Personal;
Vornahme von nicht genehmigten Änderungen am Gerät;
Versorgung des Brenners mit ungeeigneten Brennstoffen;
Defekte in der Anlage zur Brennstoffzufuhr;
falsch ausgeführte Reparaturen und / oder Überprüfungen;
Verwendung von anderen als Original-Bauteilen als Ersatz-
teile, Bausätze, Zubehör und Optionals;
Ursachen höherer Gewalt.
Der Hersteller lehnt außerdem jegliche Haftung für die Nichtein-
haltung der Angaben in diesem Handbuch ab.
– Das Personal muss immer die durch die Gesetzgebung vor-
gesehenen persönlichen Schutzmittel verwenden und die
Angaben in diesem Handbuch beachten.
– Das Personal muss alle Gefahren- und Vorsichtshinweise
einhalten, die sich am Gerät befinden.
– Das Personal darf nicht aus eigenem Antrieb Arbeiten oder
Eingriffe ausführen, für die es nicht zuständig ist.
– Das Personal hat die Pflicht, dem jeweiligen Vorgesetzten
alle Probleme oder Gefahren zu melden, die auftreten soll-
ten.
1.2 Anmerkungen zur Sicherheit bei der Installation
1 Allgemeine Hinweise
GEFAHR
Sämtliche Installations-, Wartungs- und Ausbau-
arbeiten müssen bei gezogenem Netzstecker
durchgeführt werden.
GEFAHR
Die Brennstoffversorgung trennen.
ACHTUNG
Die Installation muss von Fachpersonal nach den
Angaben in diesem Handbuch und in Überein-
stimmung mit den geltenden Normen und gesetz-
lichen Bestimmungen durchgeführt werden.
VORSICHT
Prüfen Sie nach dem Entfernen der gesamten
Verpackung die Unversehrtheit des Inhalts. Im
Zweifelsfall das Ersatzteilkit nicht verwenden;
kontaktieren Sie den Lieferanten.
Warten Sie, bis die Bauteile, die mit Wärmequel-
len in Berührung kommen, komplett abgekühlt
sind.
Nach Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reinigungs-
oder Kontrollarbeiten müssen die Haube sowie
alle Sicherheits- und Schutzvorrichtungen des
Brenners wieder montiert werden.

2.1 Beschreibung des Kits
Der Kit macht es möglich die für den Methanbetrieb vorgesehe-
nen Brenner, mit Flüssiggas zu betreiben. Der Kit besteht aus:

Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:
Die Befestigungsplatten entfernen und die Elektroden her-
ausziehen, achten Sie dabei darauf die Keramik nicht zu
zerbrechen.
Entfernen der Befestigungsplatten/Einstellung des Haupt-
rohrs.
Den Gasverteiler gegen den im Kit enthaltenen Verteiler
austauschen, achten Sie dabei auf die beiden Bohrungen für
die Elektroden.
Das im Kit enthaltene Hauptrohr einsetzen, die Befesti-
gungsplatten wieder anbringen und einstellen, wie in der
Brenneranleitung angegeben (selbe Einstellung wie Erd-
gas).
Die Elektroden wieder montieren, achten Sie darauf sie so
zu positionieren, wie in der Anleitung des Kit dargestellt.

Das selbstklebende Kennschild für Flüssiggas-
Betrieb neben dem Typenschild anbringen.

2.4 Flammkopfeinstellung
Ist die gleiche wie für den Methanbetrieb (Abb. 3).
2.5 Elektrische Anschlüsse
Für die elektrischen Anschlüsse am Brenner wird auf die Bedie-
nungsanleitung für den Brenner verwiesen.
2.6 Druck in der Brennkammer
Der Druck in der Brennkammer ist der gleiche wie für den Met-
hanbetrieb.

– Le personnel doit toujours porter les équipements de protec-
tion individuelle prévus par la législation et suivre les indica-
tions du manuel.
– Le personnel doit respecter toutes les indications de danger
et précaution présentes sur l'appareil.
– Le personnel ne doit pas réaliser de sa propre initiative d'opé-
rations ou interventions n'étant pas de sa compétence.
– Le personnel est obligé de signaler à son responsable tout
problème ou danger rencontré.
1.2 Indications concernant la sécurité pour l'installation
1 Avertissements généraux
DANGER
Pour toute opération d'installation, d'entretien ou
de démontage, il faut débrancher l'appareil du ré-
seau électrique.
DANGER
Isoler l'alimentation en combustible.
ATTENTION
L'installation doit être faite par le personnel quali-
fié, comme indiqué dans ce manuel et conformé-
ment aux normes et aux dispositions en vigueur.
PRUDENCE
Après avoir déballé tous les éléments, contrôler
leur bon état. Dans le doute, ne pas utiliser le kit
de rechange; s'adresser au fournisseur.
Attendre le refroidissement total des composants
en contact avec des sources de chaleur.
Après avoir effectué toutes les opérations d'entre-
tien, de nettoyage ou de contrôle, remonter le ca-
pot et tous les dispositifs de sécurité et de
protection du brûleur.

2.1 Description du kit
Le kit permet aux brûleurs prévus pour fonctionner au méthane
de brûler du GPL. Le kit se compose de:

Agir de la manière suivante :
Enlever les électrodes et déposer les plaques de fixation en
veillant à ne pas briser la céramique.
Enlever les plaques de fixation/réglage du tuyau central.
Remplacer le distributeur de gaz par celui fourni avec le kit,
en veillant aux deux trous pour les électrodes.
Introduire le tuyau central fourni avec le kit et remonter les
plaques de fixation, en les réglant selon les instructions du
brûleur (même réglage du méthane).
Remonter les électrodes en les positionnant comme illustré
dans la notice d'instructions du kit.

2.4 Réglage de la tête de combustion
Identique à celui prévu pour le fonctionnement à méthane (Fig. 3).
2.5 Raccordements électriques
Pour réaliser les raccordements électriques au brûleur, se référer
au manuel d'instructions du brûleur.
2.6 Pression dans la chambre de combustion
La pression dans la chambre de combustion est identique à celle
prévue pour le fonctionnement à méthane.

General warnings
1.1 Guarantee and responsibility
The rights to the guarantee and the responsibility will no longer
be valid in the event of damage to things or injury to people, if
such damage/injury was due to any of the following causes:
intervention of unqualified personnel;
carrying out of unauthorised modifications on the equipment;
powering of the burner with unsuitable fuels;
faults in the fuel supply system;
repairs and/or overhauls incorrectly carried out;
use of non-original components, including spare parts, kits,
accessories and optional;
force majeure.
The manufacturer furthermore declines any and every responsi-
bility for the failure to observe the contents of this manual.
– Personnel must always use the personal protective equip-
ment envisaged by legislation and follow the indications giv-
en in this manual.
– Personnel must observe all the danger and caution indica-
tions shown on the machine.
– Personnel must not carry out, on their own initiative, opera-
tions or interventions that are not within their province.
– Personnel must inform their superiors of every problem or
dangerous situation that may arise.
1.2 Installation safety notes
1 General warnings
DANGER
It is obligatory to carry out all installation, mainte-
nance and dismantling operations with the elec-
tricity supply disconnected.
DANGER
Isolate the fuel supply.
WARNING
The installation must be carried out by qualified
personnel, as indicated in this manual and in com-
pliance with the standards and legal requisites in
force.
CAUTION
After removing all the packaging, check the integ-
rity of the contents. If in doubt, do not use the
spare parts kit; contact the supplier.
Wait for the components in contact with heat
sources to cool down completely.
After carrying out maintenance, cleaning or
checking operations, reassemble the cover and
all the safety and protection devices of the burner.

LPG kit
2.1 Kit description
The kit allows the burners designed to work with natural gas to
burn LPG. The kit is composed of:

Proceed as follows:
Remove the electrodes by first removing the fixing plates.
Take care not to break the ceramics.
Remove the fixing/adjustment plates from the central pipe.
Replace the gas distributor with the one supplied in the kit,
paying attention to the two holes for the electrodes.
Insert the central pipe supplied in the kit, then replace the
fixing plates and adjust them according to the burner instruc-
tions (the same adjustment as for methane).
Replace the electrodes, positioning them as shown in the kit
instructions.

2.5 Electrical wiring
For the electrical wiring to the burner refer to the instruction
manual.

The combustion chamber pressure is the same as for natural
gas.

caso de daños a personas y/o cosas cuando los daños hayan
sido originados por una o más de las siguientes causas:
intervención de personal no habilitado;
realización de modificaciones no autorizadas en el aparato;
alimentación del quemador con combustibles no aptos;
defectos en la instalación de alimentación del combustible;
reparaciones y/o revisiones realizadas en forma incorrecta;
uso de componentes no originales, sean éstos recambios,
kits, accesorios y opcionales;
causas de fuerza mayor.
El constructor, además, declina toda y cualquier responsabilidad
por la inobservancia de todo cuanto mencionado en el presente
manual.
– El personal siempre deberá usar los equipos de protección
individual previstos por la legislación y cumplir todo lo men-
cionado en el presente manual.
– El personal deberá atenerse a todas las indicaciones de pe-
ligro y de precaución señalizadas en la máquina.
– El personal no deberá emplear su propia iniciativa en opera-
ciones o intervenciones que no sean de su competencia.
– El personal tiene la obligación de manifestar a su superior
todo problema o situación de peligro que pudiera crearse.
1.2 Notas sobre la seguridad para la instalación
1 Advertencias generales
PELIGRO
Todas las operaciones de instalación, manteni-
miento y desmontaje deben ser realizadas siem-
pre con la alimentación eléctrica desconectada.
PELIGRO
Aislar la alimentación del combustible.
ATENCIÓN
La instalación debe ser llevada a cabo por perso-
nal cualificado, como se indica en este manual y
de acuerdo con las normas y disposiciones de ley
vigentes.
PRECAUCIÓN
Después de haber quitado todos los embalajes,
asegurarse de la integridad del contenido. En
caso de dudas, no utilizar el kit recambio; dirigirse
al proveedor.
Esperar a que se enfríen completamente los com-
ponentes en contacto con fuentes de calor.
Una vez efectuadas todas las operaciones de
mantenimiento, limpieza o control, volver a mon-
tar la tapa y todos los dispositivos de seguridad y
protección del quemador.

Kit GPL
2.1 Kit GPL
El kit permite quemar GPL a los quemadores preparados para el
funcionamiento con metano. El kit se compone de:

Realizar lo siguiente:
Quitar los electrodos extrayendo las placas de fijación y
prestando atención para no romper las cerámicas.
Quitar las plaquitas de fijación/regulación del tubo central.
Sustituir el distribuidor de gas con el que se suministra en el
kit, prestando atención a los dos orificios para los electro-
dos.
Colocar el tubo central suministrado en el kit y volver a mon-
tar las plaquitas de fijación, regulándolas según las instruc-
ciones del quemador (la misma regulación del metano).
Volver a montar los electrodos posicionándolos como se
describe en la instrucción del kit.

Aplique la etiqueta adhesiva para el funciona-
miento con GPL cerca de la etiqueta característi-
