1 LETTERA INFORMATIVA ED USO DEL MATERIALE .
Il presente manuale d’uso e manutenzione costituisce parte integrante dell’apparecchiatura e l’utente ha l’obbligo di conoscerne
il contenuto. Ferme restando le caratteristiche essenziali del tipo di attrezzatura descritta, la nostra azienda si riserva il diritto di
apportare eventuali modifiche di parti, dettagli ed accessori, che riterrà opportuno per il miglioramento
dell’apparecchiatura o per esigenze di carattere costruttivo o commerciale, in qualunque momento e senza impegnarsi ad
aggiornare tempestivamente questa pubblicazione.

l’esplicito permesso scritto.
2 VERIFICA DEL PRODOTTO ACQUISTATO .
La configurazione originale dell’aerografo di verniciatura non deve essere assolutamente modificata.
Accessori e parti di ricambio originali garantiranno sempre tutte le norme di sicurezza.
Al ricevimento controllare che:
- L’imballo sia integro e non presenti danni.
- Sia contenuta tutta la documentazione necessaria alla corretta installazione ed uso dell’apparecchiatura
In caso di danni informare il rivenditore.
3 DOTAZIONE DI SERIE .
Gli aerografi ACT, ACT-S, ACT-AS eACT XXL vengono forniti con le seguenti dotazioni di serie:

4 DESCRIZIONE ● Aerografo serie ACT .

Gli aerografi della serie ACT di ultima generazione e di rinnovata concezione consentono la regolazione aria e prodotto
verniciante indipendenti. In questo modo è possibile regolare correttamente la miscela di aria e prodotto in base alla densità e/o
viscosità e tipo di prodotto, migliorandone finitura e resa. Occorre sempre adeguare il diametro dell’ugello per un’ottimale risultato
(vedi tabella indicativa punto .6.). Ulteriore caratteristica degli aerografi: emettono aria solo a leva azionata (sistema fermo aria).
.5CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE .
Gli aerografi ACT abbinabili alle turbine TMR permettono l’applicazione di diverse coperture su differenti supporti (metallo ,legno,
muratura...). Il sistema completo consente di ottenere una superficie liscia ed uniforme. La quantità di uscita del prodotto coprente
si può regolare in base alla sua densità/viscosità con l’apposita vite di regolazione e per la versione ACT-S anche con il rubinetto
sul coperchio.
Ruotando il cappellotto si ottengono differenti tipi di spruzzo con effetto nebbia molto contenuto (figura .B.).

Per ottenere risultati con buone caratteristiche di resistenza meccanica ed agli agenti atmosferici è necessario attenersi alle
norme dettate dal fabbricante dei prodotti coprenti.
7 USI IMPROPRI E PERICOLOSI .
L’utilizzo dell’apparecchiatura per lavorazioni diverse da quelle indicate dal costruttore può causare danno all’attrezzatura e
pericolo per l’operatore. L’apparecchiatura non è predisposta per la lavorazione di materiali pericolosi, esplosivi e/o tossici,
diserbanti e pesticidi.
La nostra azienda non risponde di infortuni derivanti dall’impiego dell’apparecchiatura da parte di personale NON ADDETTO e
non qualificato o che impieghi la stessa per scopi diversi da quelli sopra indicati.
8 NORME DI SICUREZZA .
Attenzione! Rispettare le seguenti normative di sicurezza:
Considerare l’ambiente di utilizzo:
- L’aerografo viene utilizzato con prodotti vernicianti o solventi, tenere conto che questi sono altamente infiammabili;
- Provvedere ad una buona illuminazione;
Considerazioni su prodotti chimici:
- NON UTILIZZARE con prodotti alimentari o medicinali;
- Non puntare mai l’aerografo in direzione del corpo umano o su animali.
Conservare gli utensili in luogo sicuro:
- Gli utensili non in uso devono essere riposti in luogo asciutto e riparato;
- Tenere lontano le persone non addette, in modo particolare non lasciare l’attrezzo in luoghi raggiungibili dai bambini.
- Mantenere gli utensili puliti e sempre efficienti osservando le istruzioni d’uso e manutenzione.
- Non è concesso l’uso dell’aerografo in luoghi che rientrano nella normativa degli antideflagranti;
- Durante l’uso nell’ambiente non devono essere presenti fonti incendianti come fiamme libere, fumare sigarette, scintille ,cavi
incandescenti e superfici surriscaldate, etc.;
- Durante l’uso fare attenzione che vi sia una sufficiente areazione dell’ambiente ed all’aperto tener presente la direzione del
vento;

- Si ricorda agli operatori di indossare le opportune protezioni durante le lavorazioni di spruzzatura (mascherine, guanti ,abiti
protettivi, etc.);
- Utilizzare solo ricambi originali.
La nostra azienda declina ogni responsabilità nel caso in cui non vengano osservate le sopraccitate norme di sicurezza
,così come non è responsabile di qualsiasi tipo di negligenza all’atto dell’utilizzo dell’apparecchiatura omanomissione
9 MESSA IN FUNZIONE .
- Verificare la pulizia delle tubazioni aria e prodotto prima di collegare la pistola.
Per ACT eACT-XXL (vedi anche manuale CART TURBINA: CT-9, CT-18, CR9K e CR18K).
- Riempire il serbatoio con il prodotto da usare e chiudere ermeticamente
- Collegare tubo prodotto al raccordo (11) e serrare bene con apposite chiavi, regolare la pressione del
serbatoio a 1 bar ed aumentare progressivamente sino a raggiungere la pressione necessaria a spruzzare il prodotto
Per ACT-S eACT-AS Riempire il serbatoio di prodotto da verniciare e chiudere ermeticamente.
- Inserire nel manico (2) il bocchettone conico del tubo aria turbina.
10 REGOLAZIONI PER OTTIMIZZARE L’APPLICAZIONE DEI MATERIALI .
Portata prodotto:
- Ruotare verso destra il regolatore (3) = si avrà maggiore quantità di prodotto
- Ruotare verso sinistra il regolatore (3) = si avrà minore quantità di prodotto
Attenzione: Ruotando completamente verso sinistra il regolatore (3) = nessuna erogazione di prodotto.
Portata aria:
- Ruotare verso destra il regolatore (4) = si avrà maggiore quantità di aria
- Ruotare verso sinistra il regolatore (4) = si avrà minore quantità di aria
Attenzione: Ruotando completamente verso destra il regolatore (4) = massima quantità di aria
Note:
● MAX portata aria: tenendo il regolatore aria ugello (4) completamente ruotato verso destra, si avrà la massima corsa della
leva (6) e conseguentemente anche la massima apertura d’aria.
● Grado di finitura:
- Per ottimizzare e migliorare la finitura di spruzzatura, è possibile aumentare o diminuire la quantità d’aria, agendo sul regolatore
(4) per variare la proporzione aria/prodotto, mantenendo invariati la pressione del serbatoio e la portata prodotto.
- Ruotando il cappellotto si possono ottenere 3 differenti tipi di spruzzo: ovale verticale, ovale orizzontale o tondo (Figura .B.).
- Per ottenere una verniciatura uniforme si consiglia di iniziare il movimento del braccio prima di azionare la leva di erogazione e
di mantenere l’aerografo perpendicolare alla superficie da verniciare eseguendo delle passate incrociate: ciò evita che si generino
irregolarità nello strato di vernice (Figura .C.).
- Per il modello ACT-S agire anche sul rubinetto (10) aria posto sul coperchio del serbatoio.
11 MANUTENZIONE .
Per garantire un funzionamento impeccabile dell’aerografo nel tempo è necessario pulirlo ad ogni fine lavoro per evitare che
residui di prodotto possano essiccare all’interno.
Per una migliore pulizia:
ACT eACT XXL: pulire dopo ogni utilizzo tutte le parti con acqua o detergente idonei al prodotto utilizzato
ACT-S e ACT-AS:dopo ogni utilizzo versare, all’interno del serbatoio, acqua o del detergente pulito ed idoneo al tipo di prodotto
utilizzato, agitare serbatoio/aerografo e spruzzare (ripetere l’operazione fino a completa pulizia).
Mantenere le attrezzature pulite e sempre efficienti osservando le istruzioni d’uso e manutenzione
PER NON DANNEGGIARE L’AEROGRAFO, NON UTILIZZARE OGGETTI METALLICI APPUNTITI PER PULIRE FORI DI
PASSAGGIO OSTRUITI.
12 CONSIGLI IN CASO DI MALFUNZIONAMENTO .

1. LETTER FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES AND USE OF THE MANUAL .
This operation and maintenance manual is an integral part of the equipment and the user is obliged to know the content thereof.
Without prejudice to the essential features of the type of equipment described, our company reserves the right to make any
change to any part, detail and accessory it may deem to be adequate to improve the equipment at any time and without
undertaking to promptly update this publication.
ALL RIGHTS ARE RESERVED, it is forbidden to reproduce any part of this manual in any form, without any explicit consent in
writing.
2. CHECK THE PRODUCT YOU HAVE PURCHASED .
The original configuration of the painting spray gun must absolutely not be modified.
Original accessories and spare parts will always guarantee the observance of all safety rules.
Upon receipt, make sure that:
- The package is intact and not damaged.
- It contains all the documentation necessary for the proper installation and utilisation of the equipment.
In case of damage, inform the retailer.

4. DESCRIPTION –Spray gun series ACT .
The newly-conceived ACT spray guns of the latest generation provide for independent air and paint regulation. In doing so, you
can properly adjust the air and product mixture according to density and/or viscosity and type of product, thus improving finish

and spreading rate. The nozzle diameter must always be adjusted for an optimal result (see the indicative table point …). Further
feature of spray guns: they blow air only if the lever is operated (air retaining system).
5. TECHNICAL FEATURES .
The ACT spray guns that can be combined with the TMR turbines enable the operator to apply different types of coverage on
different media (metal, wood, masonry ...). The complete system provides for a smooth and uniform surface. The covering product
quantity supplied can be regulated according to its density/viscosity by means of the adjusting screw and –for the ACT-S version
–even by means of the cock on the cover.
Turn the cap to obtain different types of spray with a very limited mist effect (figure .B.).

To obtain results with good features of mechanical resistance and against atmospheric agents, observe the rules supplied by
the producer of covering products.
7. IMPROPER AND DANGEROUS USES .
If the equipment is used for work cycles other than those specified by the manufacturer, this may damage the equipment and
represent a danger for the operator. The equipment is not conceived for using dangerous, explosive and/or toxic materials,
herbicides and pesticides.
Our company is not liable for accidents and damage that may occur when the equipment is used by personnel NOT
AUTHORISED and not qualified or for purposes other than those mentioned above.
8. SAFETY RULES .
Attention! Observe the following safety rules:
Consider the environment for use:
- The spray gun is used with paints or solvents; keep in mind that these are highly inflammable;
- Provide for good lighting;
Consider chemical products!
- NEVER USE with foodstuffs or drugs;
- Never point the spray gun against the human body or animals.
Keep tools in a safe place:
- The tools not in use shall be placed in dry and sheltered place;
- Keep unauthorised people away, in particular never leave the tool in a place that can be reached by children;
- Keep the tools clean and always efficient in compliance with operation and maintenance instructions;
- It is not allowed to use the spray gun in a place subject to explosion-proof rules;
- No source of ignition, such as free flames, lighted cigarettes or cigars, sparks, cables or white-hot objects, overheated surfaces, etc.,
shall be present in the environment where the equipment is used;
- Make sure that the environment is adequately ventilated during use and in the open pay attention to the direction of the wind;
- The operators shall never forget to wear the proper protections while spraying (masks, gloves, protection clothes, etc.);
- Use original spare parts only;

9. COMMISSIONING .
- Make sure that air and product pipelines are clean before connecting the gun.
For ACT and ACT-XXL (also see the CART TURBINE manual: CT-9, CT-18, CR9K and CR18K).
- Fill in the tank with the product to be used and seal hermetically.
- Connect the product tube with the union (11) and tighten well by means of proper wrenches, set the tank
pressure to 1 bar and increase progressively to achieve the pressure necessary to spray the product.
For ACT-S and ACT-AS Fill in the tank with the painting product and seal hermetically
- Insert the conical union of the turbine air tube into the handle (2).
10. REGULATIONS TO OPTIMISE THE APPLICATION OF MATERIALS .
Product flow rate:
- Turn the regulator (3) to the right = to increase the product quantity
- Turn the regulator (3) to the left = to decrease the product quantity
Attention: If you turn the regulator (3) completely to the left = no product will be dispensed.
Air flow rate:
- Turn the regulator (4) to the right = to increase the air quantity
- Turn the regulator (4) to the left = to decrease the air quantity
Attention: If you turn the regulator (4) completely to the right = maximum air quantity.
Notes:
- MAX air flow rate: keep the nozzle air regulator (4) completely turned to the right to achieve the maximum lever travel (6) and,
therefore, even the maximum air opening.
Finish degree:
-To optimise and improve thespray finish, increase or decrease the air quantityby acting on the regulator (4) to varythe air/product
proportion while keeping the tank pressure and product flow rate unchanged.
- Turn the cap to obtain 3 different types of spray: oval vertical, oval horizontal or round (Figure .B.).
- To paint uniformly, it is recommended to start moving the arm before acting on the dispensing lever and to keep the spray gun
perpendicular to the surface to be painted while performing crossed coats to avoid any irregularity in the paint layer (Figure .C.).
For the ACT-S model, also act on the air cock (10) on the tank cover.
11. MAINTENANCE .
To make sure that the spray gun will perfectly work all over the time, clean it at the end of each work cycle to prevent any
product residue from drying inside.
For a better cleaning:
ACT and ACT XXL: after use clean all parts with water or detergent suitable for the product in use.
ACT-S and ACT-AS: after use pour clean water or detergent suitable for the type of product in use into the tank, shake the
tank/spray gun and spray (repeat the operation until it is perfectly clean).
Keep the equipment clean and always efficient by observing the instructions for operation and maintenance.
NEVER USE SHARPENED METAL OBJECTS TO CLEAN CLOGGED HOLES SINCE THEY MIGHT DAMAGE THE SPRAY GUN.
