Assemble “ Ket t le Lid Knob”
It is acked inside of kettle along with user’s manual. For assembling, lease
refer to age 10 in the user’s guide before using.

If gas leakage is det ect ed…
Do not turn on the light, and do not touch switch control late or ower cord to electric
a liances. Also, do not use tele hone. They can cause inflammable ex losion.
Measures 1) Sto using immediately, and close intermediate valve
2) O en the window and ventilate air
3) Call for after sales service center. Do not use nearby hone or
mobile hone but use outside tele hone.
Thiol is included in su ly gas, you can detect gas leakage right away in the resence
of 1/ 1000 ratio of thiol in the air.(Similar to garlic, rotten egg smell)

Do designated gas
-Make sure su ly gas is the same as the gas ty e stated
in roduct data late. If it isn’t consistent, it could
cause gas oisoning and ex losion due to incom lete
combustion. In addition, ignition might not take lace.

-When you ignite re eatedly, the gas that gathered
inside combustion will ex lode it. If you not fail to
ignition, get rid of ex osure gas. (After 4~5 seconds)
-In rainy season and high humidity day and the
roducts hasn’t been used for a long time, the ignition
has a trouble to ignite.

Installation
Check su ly gas ty e.

This product is for low pressure.
-If your supply gas is not clear and it is not consist ent wit h st at ed gas t ype,
cont act t he purchasing agent for consult at ion.

Fix kettle leg using 4 cs of anchor bolts(M10).

Heavy pipe connect ion could cause abnormal combust ion, e plosion or

If you do not fix kettle legs, roduct might be shaken when kettle is being

-If surrounded walls are composed of inflammables, have enough space as t he followings.

Also, it is a must t o inst all noninflmmables such as e haust hood for vent ilat ion.
-If product and wall is t oo close, fire could happen. Also, if you at t ach st ainless st eel plat e, general
plat e on t he wall composed of inflammables, fire could t ake place or wall might be damaged due t o
heat t ransmission.
-When you inst all t he heat -resist ant plat e, you should have a dist ance more t han 3cm from t he heat -
resist ant plat e t o t he inflammable wall.

Reinforcement is needy t o prevent deformat ion.
The inst allat ion/ product ion of heat -resist ant plat e should be implement ed according t o t he

The distance from the floor to the ceiling must be at least more than 150cm.

Com osition of ignition knob(Valve)
The burner is composed of out side burner and out side
burner.
Inside burner is connect ed t o “ Inside burner ignit ion
knob(Valve)” and out side burner is connect ed t o t wo
“ out side ignit ion knob(Valve)
The heat ing power of “ out side burner ignit ion knob(Val-
ve)” is st ronger t han t hat of “ inside burner ignit ion knob
(Valve)” and t he heat ing power of t wo “ out side burner
ignit ion knob(Valve)” is same.
1. O en intermediate valve.
Before opening valve, check whet her ignit ion knob is in
t he e t inguishment posit ion. Then open int ermediat e valve
slowly.
2. Ignition
Turn ignit ion knob t o “ ignit ion” posit ion slowly as pressing it
unt il you hear a sound of “ click” . Then you must check flames
t hrough “ ignit ion check window” .
If you t urn t he ignit ion knob wit hout pressing it , t he knob
could be broken and also if you t urn it t oo fast , ignit ion might

When you ignit e for t he first t ime, due t o t he air in t he pipe, ignit ion might not happen. Repeat
ignit ion procedure during t he first ignit ion unt il t he air comes out complet ely.

Air adjustment
The adj ust ment of air on each burner is properly set . No addit ional adj ust ment is needed.
3. Adjustment of heating ower
Heat ing power can be adj ust ed by t he
combinat ion of ignit ion and e t inguishment of
t hree knobs.

Do not place ignit ion knob bet ween ignit ion and
e t inguishment . Each ignit ion knob is not able t o
cont rol heat ing power, t herefore if you use product
leaving ignit ion knob bet ween ignit ion and e t inguish-
ment posit ion, t here might be black dirt due t o incomplet e

First , all valve must be e t inguished.
If it rot at es while burner flame is on, product could
be damaged and fire might occur.
Second, open ket t le lid complet ely.
Be careful not t o get burned by st eam or ket t le lid.
Third, undo t he handle fi ing knob by pulling it up.
When you t urn t he handle knob t o t he left , t he ket t le
soup rot at es backward, and when you t urn t he handle
knob t o t he right , t he ket t le soup rot at es forward.

Make sure there is no hardware left inside of roduct after
maintenance.
-Otherwise, roduct could break down, and there could be fire or
hysical damage.
