Návod k použití
Nepoužívejte výrobek bez pečlivého přečtení návodu k použití. Používejte výrobek pouze pro účely, pro které je určen s
ohledem na normy a nařízení týkající se bezpečnosti práce a sportovních aktivit.
Upozornění: Přes veškeré úsilí, laboratorní zkoušky, kontroly, návody k použití a normy není vždy možné
reprodukovat to, co se skutečně stane v praxi, takže výsledky plynoucí z používání výrobků v podmínkách
skutečného života mohou být někdy zcela odlišné. Nejlepší způsob výuky je stálá praxe pod dohledem
kvalifikovaných a školených instruktorů.
Návod ukazuje různé možnosti použití (spojování jednotlivých součástí vybavení). V návodu nejsou vyjmenovány všechny
možnosti nesprávného použití. Proto výrobek používejte pouze přesně podle návodu. Nesprávné užívání může způsobit
vážné zranění nebo smrt. Za používání výrobku nese odpovědnost uživatel. Pokud uživatel tuto skutečnost nedokáže nebo
nemůže přijmout, výrobek by neměl používat. V případě pochybností kontaktujte výrobce. Výrobce ani prodejce nenesou
odpovědnost za škody, zranění či smrt, v případě nesprávného použití výrobku, či jeho nepovolené modifikace nebo opravě.
POZOR: Před použitím je nezbytné prostudovat celý návod, nacvičit správné používání výrobku, seznámit se s jeho
možnostmi a omezením jeho použití, a přijmout rizika spojená s jeho používáním.
Všeobecné pokyny
Lezení nebo práce ve výškách je nebezpečnou aktivitou, kterou může provozovat jen osoba zkušená a řádně proškolená.
Přečtěte si pozorně návod k použití před použitím tohoto vybavení. Tento produkt byl navržen pro sportovní lezení,
horolezectví a práce ve výškách.
Kontrola
Před každým použitím výrobku zkontrolujte, zda na něm nejsou známky deformace, koroze či praskliny. Přesvědčte se, že
výrobek spolupracuje s dalším prvkem vaší výbavy, ke kterému je připojena (tvarem, velikostí apod.). V opačném případě
může výrobek ovlivnit bezpečné používání vaší výbavy. Může dojít k náhodnému rozpojení jednotlivých prvků nebo jejich
poškození. Nejste-li si jisti slučitelností jednotlivých prvku vaší výbavy, kontaktujte výrobce.
Vyřazení
Vyřaďte výrobek, pokud na povrhu objevíte ostré vrypy či trhliny, nebo pokud je plaketa nebo kroužek deformovaný.
Kontrolujte, jestli je označení výrobku stále čitelné. Pokud máte pochybnosti o spolehlivosti, výrobek okamžitě vyřaďte.
Osazování plaket
Při osazování plaket či celých stanovišť je nutné věnovat zvýšenou pozornost konkrétnímu místu pro osazení. Kvalita skály
může být proměnlivá a výrazně ovlivňuje pevnost ukotvení. Zejména je nutné se vyvarovat nesprávnému umístění plakety
vzhledem k reliéfu skály, jak je uvedeno na obrázcích v tomto návodu. Plaketa může být použita pouze do kvalitní skály nebo
na umělé horolezecké stěně.
K ukotvení plakety smí být použit expanzní ocelový nebo nerezový šroub o průměrech 10 nebo 12mm. Epoxidem lepený šroub
může být použit tam, kde je horší (avšak dostatečná) kvalita skály nebo ve stropech. Pracovní délka šroubu musí být min. 5x
větší než průměr vrtané díry (5 * 10 mm = 50 mm/ 5*12mm = 60 mm). Délku šroubu volte dle kvality materiálu. Čím je kvalita
nižší tím delší šroub je nutné použít.
Slaňovací a jistící stanoviště: Před osazením zkontrolujte všechny prvky stanoviště.
Použití
V jednom okamžiku smí být výrobek použit pouze jedním uživatelem. Minimální garantovaná pevnost je 25kN ve svislém
směru; Minimální garantovaná pevnost v ostatních směrech je 15kN.
POZOR: Plaketa sama osobě není prostředek ochrany proti pádu z výšky.
POZOR: Nikdy neotvírejte karabinu v průběhu jejího zatížení. Je nutné se vyvarovat kontaktu tohoto výrobku s drsnými
povrchy a ostrými hranami. Uživatelé, kteří používají výrobek ve výškách a hloubkách, musí být v dobrém zdravotním stavu.
Pokud je výrobek použitý v systému k zachycení pádu je uživatel povinen použít prostředky pro snížení rázové síly pod 6kN
(např. Správným použitím tlumiče pádu). V těchto systémech je nezbytné použití také karabiny s pojistkou (dle EN 362).
Materiál: Řetěz, kruh jsou vyrobeny z nerez oceli třídy: AISI-304. Plaketa je vyrobena z nerez oceli třídy: AISI-304 nebo z
pozinkové ocely.
Údržba a skladování
Uživatel nemusí zajišťovat žádnou zvláštní údržbu. Nutné je pouze čištění a mazání. Výrobek oplachujte ve vlažné sladké
vodě. Nechte jej uschnout mimo dosah přímých zdrojů tepla. K mazání pohyblivých částí používejte oleje na bázi silikonu.
Zabraňte styku oleje s textilními částmi výrobku. V případě zasažení slanou vodou je nutné provést opláchnutí (viz. výše).
Výrobek skladujte v suchém stavu na temném a suchém místě. Vyvarujte se přímému kontaktu výrobku se zdroji tepla,
vlhkostí, rezavými materiály, kyselinami či jinými chemikáliemi. Dbejte na to, aby výrobek nebyl vystaven teplotám pod -30°C a
nebo nad +50°C.
Životnost a prohlídky
Čistě kovové výrobky mají životnost omezenu funkčností, opotřebením, deformací a oxidací (koroze). Pokud oprávněná
osoba zjistí, že takový výrobek není způsobilý pro další bezpečné použití, je v jeho kompetenci doporučit výrobek k vyřazení z
dalšího používání, i když doba životnosti ještě neuplynula.
Čistě kovové výrobky musí být minimálně 1 krát za 12 měsíců kontrolovány výrobcem nebo osobou oprávněnou ke kontrole
Tyto kontroly by měly být prováděny i v případě mimořádných událostí (pád, agresivní chemické prostředí, mechanické
poškození, nebo pochybnost uživatele).
POZOR: neprovádějte na výrobku žádné úpravy, může dojít ke znehodnocení a snížení funkčnosti výrobku. Dbejte na to, aby
zůstalo značení výrobku po celou dobu jeho životnosti čitelné.

General Information
It is a dangerous activity to practice sports in a vertical environment. To use anyone of the products here described it is
necessary a proper learning. Read and follow these instructions with attention before using climbing gear. This product has
been manufactured specifically for climbing, mountaineering and vertical works and does not exempt the user from his
personal responsibility. Handy Man will not recognize any responsibility in case of death or injuries caused by a wrong use of
this material or modified, arranged or assembled products without the confirmation of the company. You assume all
responsibilities for any death or injuries caused by a wrong use of this gear, whatever the way this has been done. If you do not
want this responsibility or you do not want to run this risk, do not use this material. Both, the manufacturer and the seller, decline
all responsibility for a wrong use of the material. In these cases, the risk and responsibility is for the user.
Furthermore, the anchors have to be checked before each use in order to find possible signs of damage. Only experienced or
trained people can use this gear, unless they are supervised by an instructor. These instructions are to be just a help for the
correct use of the product. As it is not possible to describe all possible wrong activities to be done with the gear, these
instructions will never replace the user's experience and responsibility. These products shall not be used outside its limitations,
or for any purpose other than that for which it is intended. Product is intended to be used only one person at the same time.
Minimum guaranteed strengths are 25 kN in radial direction and 15 kN in axial direction.
Use
Attention: Hanger itself is not a Personal Protection Equipment.
Hangers: They are to be placed in good rock or climbing walls by 10 and 12mm bolt diameter. Plated steel and stainless steel.
Glue-in bolts: They can be placed everywhere, even in bad rock walls or roofs. Use Epoxy resin glue. Use the screwed glue-in
bolt in climbing walls. Plated steel and stainless steel.
Bolts: They are to be used with the hangers. Different sizes and expansions. Installed length of plug shall be min. five times
more than hole diameter (e.g. 5 * 10 mm = 50 mm/ 5*12mm = 60 mm). Plated steel and stainless steel.
Lowering and belay stations: Check all the components of the stations before placing them.
Anchors made in Stainless steel AISI-304
Life line: anchoring line specially designed for high works.
Read carefully the technical dossier for a correct placing of all the anchors. Make sure you are in good health and medical
conditions before using these products, and that you could quickly respond to an emergency if necessary. Make sure you have
a rescue plan to deal with any emergencies that could arise during the work. Do not mix anchors made with different materials.
ATTENTION: it is essential for safety that the anchor device or anchor point should always be positioned, and the work carried
out in such way, as to minimize both the potential for falls and potential fall distance. It is essential for the anchor device to be
placed above the position of the user. It is essential for safety to verify the free space required beneath the user at the workplace
before each occasion of use, so that, in the case of a fall, there will be no collision with the ground or the other obstacle in the fall
path.
If the product is used in fall arrest system users should use the means which reduces fall arrest force to max. 6 kN.
Anchors placement
These anchors are for high fallen protection. Make sure about the correct way to place the anchors as well as the correct place.
You can see the technical dossier to know where and how to place them. The rock anchor can have a lower loadbearing
capacity when installed in soft rock so the installer have to make sure that has chosen the correct place and type of rock. If the
glue-in bolt were installed in a too soft rock it should be taken out of the rock and should be replaced by a correct one. The setter
of the route should take care of it and make sure the rock anchor is in good conditions. If it is not in good conditions (it is broken
or any damage can be found on it) needs to be replaced for a new one.
Temperatures
Use and store these products among an interval of -30ºC and +50ºC.
Storage and transport
The product has to be stored and transport carefully in a noncompressed way, in a ventilated and not sunny place. Far from
extreme temperatures and sea environment as well as from heating sources, humidity or corrosive materials and other
conditions that may be harmful for the gear. If the product is re-sold outside the original country of destination the reseller
should provide instructions for use, for maintenance, for periodic examination and for repair in the language of the country in
which the product is to be used. Clean the metal products with a humid towel and make sure to dry it properly with another towel
when finish. Do not put it under the water and do not clean it with chemical or corrosive agents. If wet, do not dry it in a sunny
place or close to a heating source.
Security points verification
Check the quality of the support and the anchor before placing it. If this is a removable item, please check it before each use,
and do an extensive checking at least once every 12 months. This extensive checking should be done by a competent Change
the hangers and the rings with possible damages for the friction of the rope. Change the hangers and the rings after an
important fallen. A deformed hanger or ring can loose strength. Check that all the markings in the product are still legible.

Duration: store time and use time
The lifetime of an anchor will depend on how often it is used and where it is placed, as some environments are quite harmful for
the metal: near the seaside, sandy places and chemical products.
Accessories
With these anchors, use only products with the CE tag and manufactured for climbing, mountaineering or vertical works,
depending on the activity you are going to practice. Climbing and mountaineering are dangerous sports practiced in vertical
and high environments, often in extrem conditions as with ice or snow. Follow attentively these instructions. We recommend to
use only carabiners with a diameter thicker than 10mm (for industrial purpose carabiners with locking gear – like screw,
twistlock etc). In vertical works, a full body harness is the only acceptable body holding device that can be used in a fall arrest
system.
When you use a hanger, make sure the bolt you use is made of the same material than the hanger and the diameter is the
correct one. The length of the bolts will depend on the quality of the rock. Minor quality means longer bolts.
Carabiners general information
Lubrication: Lubricate the closing mechanisms with a silicone based lubricant after cleaning and drying the carabiner.
Transport: Specific recommendations for the transport are not to be done, but contact with chemical products or other
corrosive materials has to be avoided.
