Benchtop Assembly
Remove product from packaging.
Install basin.
Benchtop brackets to be mounted during
rough-in to secure structure.
PLEASE NOTE: Position of wall connections as
per the corresponding technical diagram.
Cut hole required for basin installation then
place benchtop onto brackets and secure.

Drawer unit mounting procedure.
Adjust brackets for drawer unit and open shelf, making sure both are level.
8 Install drawer and desired top (A or B). *If installing unit as an ‘oset’ assembly then
you will be required to use both BENCHTOP

Each unit requires a small amount of adjustment to the drawer to gain the desired engagement. It is necessary to
perform the adjustments on both sides.

Tools and Materials
IMPORTANT! The plugs are fundamental for the proper functioning of the cabinet in all safety. For this reason it is important to choose
the most suitable type of plug for the wall on which the cabinet is going to be installed. The material the wall is made of (cement,
brickwork, plasterboard, holed bricks, steel, with air gap etc) will alsoinluence the type of plug and screws. The plugs must be selected
by a qualiied technician.
Before you start
IMPORTANT! At least two people are required to assemble this cabinet, one of which must be qualiied for this type of work.

• Do not try to lift or install the cabinet without help.
• Always remember to wear protection goggles when using the drill or the electric screwdriver.
• The washbasin is subject to breaking if not perfectly levelled. Make sure the support structure is levelled before installing
the washbasin.
The instructions below are intended for qualiied personnel with enough experience to manage the product with absolute safety
• Follow all the local norms regarding hydraulic installation and building in general.
• Unpack the cabinet according to the instructions on the package itself. Inspect the cabinet for eventual damage before
installing it.
• The furniture and accessories are for bathroom cabinet and must only be used for this purpose. Any other use releases Falper
from all responsibility and annuls all warranty terms.
• Select the plugs and screws (not included) most suitable for the type of wall, so that installation is absolutely safe.
• Each unit has been designed to be installed according to its own coniguration. Product provided in the “technical speciications” section.
Do not complete the lining/tiling of the wall a structure until the eventual support cross beams have been installed.
WARNING! Make sure the cabinet is not an obstacle to movement inside the bathroom.
Warnings
WARNING! Risk of physical harm and material damage:
• Do not sit or climb on the cabinet. Do not load it excessively.
• Do not use the cabinet for any purpose other than normal use for personal care.
• Do not replace any components of the cabinet, such as the doors or the washbasin, with products not supplied by Falper. Should this
happen the company may not be held responsible for any malfunctioning of the cabinet and all warranty terms are to be considered null.

Speciications
It is a requirement of State Plumbing Codes that licensed plumbers carry out all tapware installations.
Allinstallations should comply with the relevant requirements of AS/NZS 3500 and local plumbing codes.
Care and Maintenance
[1] Product should be inspected for surface damage prior to installation. [2]Cleaning and handling of all inishes
must be performed carefully. [3] For all sanitary ware surfaces clean with soapy water or a mild detergent with a
soft cloth and rinse with warm water. [4] Never use harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners as these will damage
the product. [5] Do not use undue pressure when cleaning. [6] For Matt surfaces such as Cristalplant, Ceramilux
and Composite Stone periodical cleaning with an agent containing micro-granules (such as JIF) is recommened.
[7] For Wood inishes, clean with a damp lint free cloth, making sure to dry immediately after each use with no
water left on the surface and in the direction of the grain. [8] Contact with harsh chemicals such as hair dye, hair
bleach etc. will result in damage to the inish. [9] For further cleaning and maintenance instructions for more
stubborn stains or damage please refer to the product speciic care and maintenance information. [10] Damage
to inishes arising from improper installation or post installation use or failure to observe the care and cleaning
instructions will void all warranty agreements.
Warranty
[1] All Rogerseller tapware, bathroom ittings and sanitaryware are covered by a ive (5) year warranty from date
of purchase. Tapware cartridges are covered by a ive (5) year parts and labour warranty plus an additional
ive year (5) parts warranty. [2] Due to the manufacturer’s conditions, the warranty on lexible hoses, cistern
mechanisms and soft close seats is 12 months parts and labour from date of purchase. [3] We will repair or
replace free of charge any faulty product due to defects in materials or workmanship within the warranty period.
We, or our nominated agency, reserve the right to assess, repair, replace or service any warranty claims as we
see it. [4] Claims shall be void where the ceramic cartridge has malfunctioned due to the presence of any of the
below in the water supply:
• Copper tube pieces
• Sand, dirt or stones
• Thread tape
• Other objects not normally presented in potable water supplies
