Large Reflector Small Reflector Bounce Card
The versatile FlashBender Large Reflector is adaptable for use with on-
camera or off-camera flash. It can be used to control and shape your
main, background, hair, rim, or accent lights.
The smaller and lighter FlashBender Small Reflector is ideally suited for on-
camera flash event photography. The Small Reflector can also be used off-
camera to control and shape your main, background, hair, rim, or accent lights.
The Bounce Card is the smallest, lightest FlashBender and easily stows in
your pocket. When used with on-camera flash it creates a larger, softer light
source than a bare flash and allows directed bounce off ceilings or walls.
3. Shape Large Reflector: Use the reflector’s
positionable rods to manipulate its shape.
Adjust the light reflected up, forward, or to the
sides by shaping the top or sides of the reflector.
1. Lock Flash Head Up: Rotate the flash head into
its vertical, fully-locked position before attaching
the FlashBender. If the flash head will not lock in
the upright position, rotate the flash head 180˚ and
angle the flash forward.
Non-Locking Flash Heads: Rotate the flash head
180 degrees, then attach FlashBender. Use a tilter
or umbrella bracket to tilt the flash forward on light
stand.
2. Strap Reflector to Flash:
Attach the FlashBender to
the flash by wrapping the
strap around the flash head.
Pull the blue strap through
one of the two buckle
positions and fasten the
hook-and-loop.
