Functions & controls
The control button lets you control the connected smartphone
and set ANC modes on the earbuds.
• Play / pause
Press 2x (left or right earbud).
• Next track
Press right earbud 3x.
• Previous track
Press left earbud 3x.
• Volume up
Press right earbud for 2 sec.
• Volume down
Press left earbud for 2 sec.
• Accept incoming call / end a call
Press 1x (left or right earbud).
• Reject incoming call
Press 2 sec. (left or right earbud).
• Activate ANC / Ambient
Press the right earbud 4x to switch between the modes
(ANC on, Ambient on). ANC is on by default.
• Voice assistant
Press left earbud 4x.
• Turn the Rolfstone Mila on
Open the charging case.
• Turn the Rolfstone Mila o
Place the earbuds in the charging case and close it.

Connect for the rst time
A manual connection must be made when the earbuds have
not been connected to a Bluetooth device before:
1. Open the charging case.
2. Both earbuds will automatically turn on and will pair with
each other.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and activate
Bluetooth.
4. Wait until Rolfstone Mila appears and select it. The
earbuds are ready to use.

Automatically reconnect
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last
connected device. On the previously connected device:
• Bluetooth must be enabled.
• Rolfstone Mila needs to be in the list of devices.
1. Open the charging case.
2. Both earbuds will automatically turn on and will pair with
each other.
Hereafter the earbuds will search for a known Bluetooth
device and automatically connect to it.

Disconnect the earbuds
By disconnecting the earbuds are free to connect to another
device,
There are two methods to do this:
Method 1: Press 5x on one of the earbuds.
Method 2: open the Bluetooth settings on your device and
disconnect the Rolfstone Mila.
If you want to reconnect the earbuds later, follow the steps on
page 5.
Good to know
• The earbuds and the device must be within 10 meters
(33 feet) of each other.
• Intermediate objects such as walls can shorten the range.
• The earbuds can connect to one device at a time.
• The Rolfstone Mila earbuds will automatically turn o
when placed in the charging case and when the case is
closed.

• The Rolfstone Mila earbuds are rain and sweat resistant.
However, they are not completely waterproof. Do not
wash them under running water or use them underwater.

Charging the charging case
• A fully charged charging case allows you to charge the
earbuds 3 times on the go.
• When the lid of the charging case is closed and the light on
the charging case is o, the charging case is empty.
• The charging case can be charged in two ways:
- With the supplied USB-C cable. Connect this to a
charger or laptop / desktop computer.
- Place the charging case on a wireless charger that uses
the Qi wireless charging technology.
When the charging case is being charged, the light on the
charging case ashes red. When the charging case is full,
the light will turn o.
• Fully charging the charging case with the USB-C cable
takes about 60 minutes. Wireless will take longer.
• When the earbuds are in the charging case and the case is
being charged then the earbuds will also be charged.
• Don’t let the Rolfstone Mila earbuds and the charging case
lay around in bright sunlight. This may damage and reduce
the lifespan of the batteries.
• The charging case is designed to charge using a standard
USB voltage (5v +- 0,25v). It is not recommended to charge
the Mila using power supplies/sources with a higher
voltage.

Charging the earbuds
Fully charged, the Rolfstone Mila earbuds last 4.5 hours.
When the ANC is o, the playback time may be longer.
When the earbuds are empty they will be disconnected.
• Place the earbuds in the charging case. The earbuds charge
when the case is closed and when the light on the front of
the case is on.
• It will take about 50 minutes to fully charge the earbuds.
Make a habit of storing the earbuds in the charging case.
This way they stay together, are well protected and are fully
charged for subsequent uses.
Higher music volumes and lower temperature conditions can
aect the battery life of the earbuds.
Active Noise Canceling (ANC)
ANC electronically suppresses outside noise. For proper
operation, it is important to observe the following:
• The earbuds must seal o the ear canal. When the ANC
eect is hardly noticable it usually means that the earbuds
are not correctly positioned in the ears.
• ANC works best for suppressing low sustained sounds
such as trac, aircraft engines and air conditioners. In-ear
earbuds such as the Rolfstone Mila naturally reduce higher
pitched sounds provided they sit correctly in the ears and
seal them o completely.

Important
To avoid hearing damage do not expose your ears to high
volume levels for long periods of time.
Be aware that when using the earbuds the ambient noise is
less noticeable. This can cause dangerous situations. So pay
extra attention and don’t put yourself and your environment
in danger. Not suitable for children under the age of six. The
Rolfstone Mila contains small parts that can present a choking
hazard. Adult supervision is required when the earbuds are
used by children under the age of 8.
Warranty
The Rolfstone Mila earbuds and charging case have a warranty
period of one year. Please contact us if you encounter
problems within this period that are not a result of improper
use or damage due to external inuences. This warranty is not
transferable. Proof of purchase is required.
