Functions & controls
The control button allows you to select music and
make calls without touching your mobile phone.
• Play / Pause
Press 1x

• Accept incoming call / end a call

Connect for the rst time
A manual connection must be made when the
earbuds have not been connected to a Bluetooth
device before.
1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Both earbuds will automatically turn on
(ascending tone) and will pair with each other.
3. Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and
activate Bluetooth.
4. Wait until Rolfstone Neo appears and select it.

Automatically reconnect
The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last
connected device. On the previously connected
device:
• Bluetooth must be enabled.
• Rolfstone Neo needs to be in the list of devices.
1. Take both earbuds out of the charging case.
2. Both earbuds will automatically turn on
(ascending tone) and will pair with each other.
3. Hereafter the earbuds will search for a known
Bluetooth device and automatically connect to
it.

Disconnect the earbuds
• Open the Bluetooth settings on your device and
disconnect the Rolfstone Neo.
• The earbuds are now free to connect to another
device.
• If you want to reconnect the earbuds later, follow
the steps on page 4.
Good to know
• The earbuds and the device must be within 15
meters (or 50 feet) of each other. Intermediate
objects such as walls can shorten the range.
• The earbuds can only be connected to one device
at a time.
• The Rolfstone Neo earbuds will automatically turn
o when placed in the charging case.

Charging the Rolfstone Neo
When the Rolfstone Neo earbuds are fully charged
they will last 6 hours.
When the earbuds are almost empty you will hear a
notication tone. Shortly after that the earbuds will
be disconnected.
• Place the earbuds in the charging case. A red
light will turn on on the earbuds. Do you not see
any light? That means that the charging case is
empty.
• To fully charge the earbuds will take about 50
minutes. When the earbuds are fully charged
the lights on the the earbuds will turn white.
Each earbud may have a dierent charging time.
• Make a habit of storing the earbuds in the
charging case. This way they stay together,
are well protected and are fully charged for
subsequent uses.
The battery life of the earbuds may be shorter
at higher music volumes and lower temperature
conditions.

Charging the charging case
A fully charged charging case allows you to charge the
earbuds 4 times on the go. The battery status can be
seen on the front of the charging case:
• 4 lights = 100%
• 3 lights = 75%
• 2 lights = 50%
• 1 light = <25%
When the battery of the charging case is empty then it
can be charged with the Micro USB cable. Connect this
cable to an adapter or laptop / desktop.
It takes around 60 minutes to fully charge the charging
case.
The charging case is full when the 4 white lights are on
and not ashing anymore.
When the earbuds are in the charging case and the case
is being charged then the earbuds will also be charged.

Using the Rolfstone Neo
To stay in place it is important that the earbuds are
correctly placed in the ears.
• Gently push the eartips into the ear canal.
• In the box are 3 pairs of silicone eartips in
the sizes S, M and L. Pick the right size for an
optimal t and sound.
The Rolfstone Neo earbuds are rain and sweat
resistant. However, they are not completely
waterproof. Do not wash them under running water or
use them underwater.

Important
Do not expose your ears to high volume levels for long
periods of time to avoid hearing damage.
Be aware that when using earbuds the ambient noise
is less noticeable. This can cause dangerous situations.
So pay extra attention and don’t put yourself and your
environment in danger.
Warranty
The Rolfstone Neo earbuds and charging case have a
warranty period of one year. Please contact us if you
encounter problems within this period that are not
the result of improper use or damage due to external
inuences.
