This product requires, but does not include, a mirror ball.
Fixings are also not included, as the suitability of these depends on where you decide to
hang your mirror ball. These will need to be chosen carefully to ensure that the mirror
ball is safely and securely attached to the area of choice.

9. Starting Up
Because of the nature of this motor and its suspension, it is not advisable to take any
short-cuts when installing or using this product. Please read the entire manual.
Familiarise yourself with the product before using it.
10. Detailed Description
When a Spotlight is shone onto the Mirror Ball, reflections of light are cast all around
the room creating a magical atmosphere. The mirror ball is attached to a drive unit
(motor) which rotates the ball. The drive unit needs to be fixed to the ceiling or
overhead support and connected to a 240v mains supply.
11. Safety
Supervise the use of this product.
Mirror Balls are for visual and decorative use only and are not intended to be
handled. Make sure the mirror ball is out of user reach.
It is your responsibility to ensure that this product is set up safely and correctly.
Consider the weight of the motor (208g) and the weight of your mirror ball when
fixing, ensuring that the products are affixed securely.

13. Installation
Take the back off the casing to access the inner wiring.
Attach a suitable cable and either an appropriate plug (For UK, a 3A or 5A fused
mains plug should be fitted) or wire directly into the mains.
Red wires can be used for either live or neutral connections.
When wired in, the motor will turn one way, if the attachments
to the red wires are swapped over, then the motor will turn the
other way.
When using the Mirror Ball in conjunction with a Spotlight both
products should be individually switched to allow independent
use of each.
Cut the chain attached to the motor to the required length and
suspend the mirror ball from the motor (this should be quite short).
Use a second length of chain as a safety chain. If (for whatever reason) the first chain
fails, there should be a chain holding the mirror ball by the second loop to make sure
the mirror ball does not fall. You may wish to purchase split rings to make absolutely
that it is adequately suspended.
Screw the box to the ceiling or area of choice appropriately using any of the six fixing
holes making sure that it is out of user reach.
14. Care and Maintenance
Periodically check that the mirror ball is still safely and securely suspended.
Keep clean with a damp cloth.

It is strongly advised that the installation of the mirror
ball motor is carried out by a qualified electrician.
Mirror Balls attached should have two eye nuts (loops),
one at the top of the ball to hang the motor from and
one on the side as a safety measure.

10. Descrição Detalhada
Quando o foco incide sobre a bola de espelhos, reflexos de luz são projetados por
toda a sala criando uma atmosfera mágica por toda a sala. A bola de espelhos é
presa ao motor que faz rodar a bola. O motor deve ser fixado no teto ou num
suporte e ligado a uma tomada com 240V.

As bolas de espelhos são para utilização visual e decorativa apenas e não se
destinam a ser manuseadas. Verifique se a bola de espelhos está fora de
alcance.

13. Instalação
É expressamente recomendado que a instalação
do motor seja feita por um técnico qualificado. A
Bola de espelhos possui dois “olhos “ no topo, um
para pendurar no motor e o outro como medida de
segurança.
Suspenda a sua bola de espelhos no motor utilizando o buraco
existente na barra metálica central.
Quando fixar, tenha em consideração o comprimento do cabo e o
peso do motor e bola de espelhos.
Quando estiver a utilizar a bola de espelhos em conjunto com o
foco direcional, deve ligar os dois produtos em tomadas diferentes
para permitir uma utilização individual.
Corte a corrente que pendura a bola de espelhos à medida
desejada.
Utilize a corrente restante como corrente de segurança, assim, se por algum motivo
a primeira corrente partir, existe outra corrente para impedir que a bola caia. Se
quiser pode dobrar a corrente em dois para o dobro da segurança –é da sua
responsabilidade garantir que este produto está instalado corretamente e em
segurança.
14. Cuidado e Manutenção
Verifique periodicamente se a bola de espelhos ainda está pendurada em segurança.
