A sound-responsive, wireless control for your Snoezelen® favourites. Change the
intensity of a colour by making sounds into the microphone, or change its colour
altogether. Great for encouraging vocalisation and for encouraging interactivity for
those with physical disabilities who cannot access touch-responsive switches.
Rechargeable, a universal charger is included. The same size as a standard microphone,
this could be used with a microphone stand (to be purchased separately). With integral
sensitivity and mode indicators.
11. Safety
ALWAYS SUPERVISE THE USE OF THIS PRODUCT
Please read all the following safety information before each use
Use indoors, in dry environments.
Ensure that the mains charge/cable is removed before use and stored safely. This poses
a strangulation risk and is not intended to be connected whilst microphone is in use.

Remove all packaging and either store this in a safe place out of reach of clients or
dispose of this responsibly. Plastic bags and wrapping can be hazardous to children and
vulnerable people.
Keep away from sources of heat and moisture.
12. Technical Specification
Size: Approximately 17cm length
Weight: Light weight (175g).
Battery Charging: A minimum of 2 hours on charge is recommended.
Battery Longevity: If used continuously the battery charge is expected to last a
minimum of 4 hours. It is, however, difficult to predict battery life
since it very much depends on how much noise it receives and
therefore how often it transmits out a Wi-Fi signal.
13. Installation
Select the plug fitting that is appropriate for your country.
Slide plug fitting onto the adaptor.
Plug in the USB into the adapter (Fig 1 & Fig 2)

Adjusting Wi-Fi mic sensitivity
With the Wi-Fi mic switched on, the Led will light up the colour that the Wi-Fi mic is
transmitting.
The mic has five sensitivity levels, with level one being the least sensitive and five the
most sensitive. To change the sensitivity level;
Hold down the red button and press until the LED on the mic lights up white
Fig 6
Release the red button
The LED will flash white a number of times that corresponds with the sensitivity level
(i.e. if it flashes twice it is on the second sensitivity level).
The LED will then return to the colour the Wi-Fi mic is transmitting
Holding down the button again will increase the number of flashes, increasing the
sensitivity level.
When the sensitivity level is on five holding down the button again will cause the
sensitivity level to return to level one.

Colour Selection
The Wi-Fi signal can be interrupted and the microphone can be used to change the colour
to the one displayed on the microphone. The colour can be chosen by pressing the red
button to select a colour choice mode. In sequence these are:
Red
Green
Blue
Yellow
Purple
Alternate colours (shows a green LED first)
Intensity
The fixed colour modes: The colour intensity is constantly variable depending on the
volume of the sound that the Mic receives. i.e. loud noises make more intense colours and
quiet noises make less intense colours. This works on the fixed colour modes. You can
choose the colour by momentarily pressing the button. The LED on the Mic shows you
which colour is being transmitted. There is no overriding intensity setting as such, as the
intensity of colour is representing the loudness of the noise.
The last mode in the sequence of available modes changes colour with any noise picked up.
The intensity of each colour in the sequence is at full intensity.
14. Care and Maintenance
Wipe with a dry cloth. If moisture is required, then a cleaning wipe suitable for use with
electrical equipment is advised.
15. Troubleshooting
