Усі роботи з цим вибухозахищеним пристроєм може виконувати
лише кваліфікований персонал з дотриманням IEC 60079-14. У
випадку будь-яких подальших змін слід враховувати цю
інструкцію з експлуатації.
Цільовою групою цієї інструкції є кваліфіковані електрики та
особи, проінструктовані відповідно до IEC 60079-14.
Недотримання цієї норми призводить до втрати чинності дозволу
на експлуатацію!

1. Вказівки щодо техніки безпеки
Зберігання інструкції
Інструкцію з експлуатації необхідно уважно прочитати та зберігати в місці
встановлення пристрою. Для правильної експлуатації необхідно дотримуватися
всіх супроводжувальних документів та інструкцій з експлуатації приєднуваних
компонентів.
Використовуйте коробку лише за цільовим призначенням!
ROSE Systemtechnik GmbH не несе відповідальності за шкоду, заподіяну через
неправильне або неналежне використання чи недотримання цієї інструкції з
експлуатації.
Коробку можна експлуатувати тільки за умови, якщо вона не пошкоджена.
Будь-які самовільні роботи на коробці забороняються!
Роботи щодо встановлення, ремонту, технічного обслуговування та усунення
несправностей може виконувати тільки уповноважений та відповідним чином
навчений персонал.
Під час встановлення та експлуатації дотримуйтеся наступних вказівок:
- Пошкодження можуть призвести до втрати функції вибухозахисту
- Національні та місцеві правила безпеки
- Національні та місцеві правила запобігання нещасним випадкам
- Національні та місцеві правила монтажу та встановлення
- Рівень техніки
- Вказівки щодо техніки безпеки цієї інструкції з експлуатації
- Інформаційні та типові таблички на або всередині коробки
Функція
Вибухозахищені порожні коробки – це частково стандартизовані основні
компоненти (часткова сертифікація), які можна використовувати в межах повної
сертифікації в вибухонебезпечній зоні.
Заземлення / захисний провідник
Вибухозахищені коробки необхідно заземлювати відповідно до вимог IEC 60079 і
далі, IEC 61439 і далі, а також IEC 60364-5-54.
Слід завжди правильно вирівнювати потенціали. Коробки
завжди мають внутрішнє та/або зовнішнє заземлення.
- Провідники, прокладені на коробці, повинні щільно прилягати
до неї.
- Усі металеві частини, незалежно від робочої напруги, повинні
бути включені в систему захисних провідників відповідно до
чинних норм
Кабельно-провідниковий ввід, заглушки
Відповідно до Додатка B IEC 60079-0, можна використовувати лише перевірені
та сертифіковані кабельно-провідникові вводи та заглушки.
Відповідно до IEC 60079-17, ви як установник або оператор технічного
обслуговування зобов'язані перевіряти кабельні вводи та заглушки перед
введенням в експлуатацію або гарантувати їхню герметичність відповідно до
інформації, наданої виробником кабельних вводів.
Додатково необхідно враховувати норми IEC 60079-14.
Встановлення
Для встановлення / експлуатації відповідні стандарти IEC та національні норми
законів про безпеку обладнання, а також визнаний рівень техніки є
обов'язковими.
Електричне підключення обладнання повинен здійснювати
лише кваліфікований персонал (IEC 60079-14).
Під час монтажу слід звернути увагу на провідне з'єднання із землею. Необхідно
використовувати точки заземлення, позначені всередині коробки та на ній.
Якщо це алюмінієва коробка 25.606020 серії з неіржавної сталі IG,
IGS 34.xxxxxx і RMS R3/R4 xxxxxxxxx, то після видалення пластикових заглушок
в основі монтаж необхідно виконувати за допомогою зубчатих стопорних шайб із
пластиковим покриттям (постачається в комплекті приладдя).
Для встановлення, що відповідає вимогам захисту IP, необхідно
використовувати тільки оригінальний монтажний матеріал ROSE.
Неправильне встановлення та експлуатація вибухозахищених
порожніх коробок можуть призвести до втрати класу захисту
коробки.
Ремонт, який впливає на вибухозахист, може виконувати тільки
компанія ROSE або кваліфікований електрик відповідно до
положення щодо безпеки виробу та чинних правових норм (IEC
60079-19).
2. Монтаж, робоче положення
На відкритому повітрі вибухозахищене обладнання рекомендується оснастити
захисним дахом або стіною.
У разі вертикального монтажу коробки можна встановлювати в будь-якому
напрямку.
У разі горизонтального монтажу кришка повинна бути зверху. Підвісний монтаж,
коли кришка нависає, не допускається!
3. Введення в експлуатацію
Перед введенням в експлуатацію переконайтеся, що:
- коробка та ущільнювачі не пошкоджені.
- кабельні вводи не пошкоджені.
- коробка встановлена відповідно до вказаних норм.
- в коробці немає сторонніх предметів.
- всі роз'ємні з'єднання надійно затягнуті.
- електричне підключення виконано правильно.
4. Ремонт, технічне обслуговування та усунення
несправностей
Тип і обсяг перевірок можна знайти у відповідних національних правилах.
Строки необхідно розрахувати таким чином, щоб будь-які ймовірні недоліки
можна було своєчасно виявити. Якщо ви затвердили порожню коробку для
використання як електричний пристрій і використовуєте її таким чином,
зверніть увагу на наступні пункти!
Небезпека ураження електричним струмом!
Перед відкриттям пристрою від'єднайте джерело живлення.
Під час технічного обслуговування перевірте такі пункти:
- пристрій та ущільнювачі не пошкоджені.
- кабельні вводи не пошкоджені.
- пристрій встановлено відповідно до вказаних норм.
- в пристрої немає сторонніх предметів.
- всі роз'ємні з'єднання надійно затягнуті.
- електричне підключення виконано правильно.
- контакти перевірені на наявність корозії.
5. Утилізація
Дотримуйтесь національних правил щодо утилізації відходів.

Порожні коробки придатні як основні компоненти для використання у
вибухонебезпечних зонах 1, 2, 21 і 22.

Технічні характеристики є загальними і їх потрібно завжди перевіряти для
відповідного випадку використання.

All work on this Ex-instrument must be carried out only by
qualified specialist personnel following IEC 60079-14. Any
subsequent modification must be within the framework of this
operating manual. The target group of these instructions is
electrical specialists and suitably trained staff following
IEC 60079-14.
The operating permit expires in the event of non-compliance!

1. Safety instructions
Storage of the instructions
Read the operating manual carefully and keep them at the place where the
enclosure is fitted. In order to ensure correct operation, note the contents of all the
documentation included with delivery and the operating manual for all the
components which are connected.
Use the enclosure only for the intended and authorised purpose!
ROSE Systemtechnik GmbH does not accept any liability whatsoever for any
damage which is caused by faulty or unauthorised use or by failure to follow the
operating manual.
The enclosure must only be used in an undamaged condition.
No unauthorised work on the enclosure!
Installation, maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting procedures must only be
carried out by personnel who are authorised to do so and have been trained
accordingly.
Please note the following instructions for installation and operation:
- Damage may result in the loss of explosion protection
- National and local safety regulations
- National and local accident prevention regulations
- National and local mounting and installation regulations
- State of the art technology
- The safety information contained in these operating manual
- Information and type plates on or inside the enclosure
Function
The explosion-protected empty enclosures are partly certified basic components (U
certification) and must only be used in explosive-endangered areas within the
framework of full certification.
Earthing/Protective conductor terminal
Explosion-proofed enclosures must be earthed in accordance with the
specifications in IEC 60079 ff., IEC 61439 ff. and IEC 60364-5-54.
Potential equalization must be carried out in all cases. The
enclosure always provides for an internal and/or external earth
connection.
- The cables must be laid fixed in position and close to the
enclosure.
- All metal parts – irrespective of operating voltage – must be
integrated in the protective conductor system and in accordance
with the current applicable standards.
Cable and wire entries, blanking plugs
In accordance with IEC 60079-0 appendix B, use only tested and certified cable
and wire entries and blanking plugs.
IEC 60079-17 states that you, as the installer and/or maintenance specialist, are
obligated to check that the cable entries and blanking plugs have the required tight
fit before commissioning and/or to ensure the required tight fit in accordance with
the information provided by the manufacturers of the cable glands.
In addition, take into account the requirements specified in IEC 60079-14.
Installation
For setting up and operation, the relevant IEC norms and national regulations in
respect of equipment safety acts and the latest state of the art technology are
decisive.
Electrical connection of the equipment must only be carried out
by specialist staff (IEC 60079-14).
During installation, always ensure that there is a conductive or dissipative
connection to the protective earth. The earthing points in and on the enclosure
must be used.
For aluminium enclosure 25.606020, stainless steel enclosures IG and IGS
34.xxxxxx and RMS R3/R4 xxxxxxxxx, following removal of the plastic plugs in the
base, mounting must take place using plastic-enclosed tooth lock washers (in the
accessory pack).
For installation which is suitable for IP protection, use only original ROSE mounting
materials.
Incorrect installation and operation of empty enclosures which
are protected against explosions may result in the loss of the type
of enclosure protection.
Repairs which affect explosion-proofing must only be carried out
by ROSE or a qualified electrician and in accordance with the
product safety ordinance and currently valid legislation (IEC
60079-19).
2. Mounting, mounting position
In the event of exposure to the open air and the elements, we recommend fitting
the explosion-proofed equipment with a protective roof or wall.
If mounted vertically, the enclosures can be orientated as required.
If mounted horizontally, the lid must be on top. Suspended mounting in which the
lid overhangs is not permitted!
3. Initial operation
Before initial operation, always ensure that:
- the enclosure and seals are undamaged.
- the cable glands are undamaged.
- the enclosure has been installed in accordance with the regulations.
- there are no foreign bodies in the enclosure.
- all connections which can be loosened are tightened tightly.
- electrical connection has been carried out correctly.
4. Maintenance, servicing and troubleshooting
The type and extent of the tests must be determined in accordance with the
relevant national regulations. The periods of times for tests must be arranged in
such a way that any defects which must be expected can be determined in good
time.
As soon as you have approved the empty enclosure for use as an electrical device,
note the following:
Danger of electrical shock!
Disconnect the power supply before opening the device.
During servicing, check the following:
- the enclosure and seals are undamaged.
- the cable glands are undamaged.
- the enclosure has been installed in accordance with the regulations.
- there are no foreign bodies in the enclosure.
- all connections which can be loosened are tightened tightly.
- electrical connection has been carried out correctly.
- any corrosion to the contacts.
5. Disposal
Always follow the national regulations in respect of waste disposal.

This equipment has been tested and certified for use in explosive-endangered
areas in accordance with:

The empty enclosures are suitable for use as basic components for use in
explosion-endangered areas in zones 1, 2, 21 and 22.
