1 GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Rotronic HygroClip2 Advanced Industrial probes are
specially designed for rush environment and tem-
peratures up to 200°C.
2 CONNECTION
Plug the HygroClip on the mating connector of the transmitter or connection cable. Make sure
that the catches are aligned correctly. Tighten the knurled nut by hand.
Only properly assembled and xed connection assures the IP protection rating.
The HygroClip2 Advanced Industrial is compatible with the following rotronic products:
• Handhelds of the HP2x and HP3x families.
• Transmitter of the HF5 and HF8 families
• Data logger of the HL-NT family
3 MOUNTING
The probe should be immersed in the climate that is to be measured.
4 ADJUSTEMENT / CALIBRATION
The probes are adjusted in the factory before delivery. We recommend, depending on the applica-
tion, a calibration after 1 year of use. We provide calibration and adjustment services or you can do
this yourselves on-site with the Rotronic SCS humidity standards or our humidity generators HG2-S.

1 ALLGEMEINE BESCHREIBUNG
Die hochentwickelten HygroClip2-Industriefühler von
Rotronic sind speziell für raue Umgebungsbedingun-
gen und Temperaturen von bis zu 200 °C ausgelegt.
2 ANSCHLUSS
Schliessen Sie den HygroClip am passenden Steckverbinder des Messumformers oder am Verbin-
dungskabel an. Achten Sie dabei auf die korrekte Ausrichtung der Klinken. Ziehen Sie die Rändel-
mutter von Hand fest.
Nur eine korrekt montierte und festgezogene Verbindung gewährleistet die angegebene
IP-Schutzart.
Der HygroClip2 Advanced Industrial ist mit folgenden Rotronic Produkten kompatibel:
• Handgeräte der Produktreihen HP2x und HP3x.
• Transmitter der Produktreihen HF5 und HF8
• Datenlogger der Produktreihe HL-NT
3 MONTAGE
Der Fühler sollte in die zu messende Umgebung eingetaucht werden.
4 JUSTIERUNG / KALIBRIERUNG
Die Fühler werden vor der Auslieferung ab Werk justiert. Je nach Anwendung empfeh-
len wir die erneute Kalibrierung nach 1 Jahr im Einsatz. Wir bieten einen Kalibrierungs-
und Justierungsservice an, Sie können dies jedoch auch selbst vor Ort mit Hilfe der
Rotronic SCS-Feuchtestandards oder unseren HG2-S-Feuchtegeneratoren durchführen. Weiter-
führende Informationen zu Kalibrierung und Justierung erhalten Sie unter www.rotronic.com,
bei uns oder einem unserer Vertreter.

1 DESCRIPTION GÉNÉRALE
Les capteurs industriels, sophistiqués, HygroClip2
de Rotronic sont spécialement conçus pour les
environnements rudes et les températures jusqu’à
200 °C.
2 RACCORDEMENT
Reliez l'HygroClip au connecteur correspondant du transmetteur de mesure ou au câble de liai-
son. Tenez compte pour cela de la position des cliquets. Serrez l’écrou moleté à la main.
Seuls le montage et le serrage corrects du connecteur garantissent le type de protec-
tion IP mentionné.
HygroClip2 Advanced Industrial est compatible avec les produits Rotronic suivants :
• Appareils portatifs des séries HP2x et HP3x.
• Transmetteurs de mesure des séries HF5 et HF8
• Logger de données de la série HL-NT
3 MONTAGE
Le capteur devrait être plongé dans l'environnement à mesurer.
4 AJUSTAGE / ÉTALONNAGE
Les capteurs sont ajustés en usine avant leur livraison. Selon les applications, nous conseil-
lons un nouvel étalonnage après une année d'utilisation. Nous proposons un service d'éta-
lonnage et d'ajustage, mais vous pouvez toutefois effectuer ces opérations vous-même, dans
vos locaux, à l'aide des étalons d'humidité SCS de Rotronic ou de notre générateur d'humidité
HG2-S. Vous trouverez plus d'informations sur l'étalonnage et l'ajustage sur www.rotronic.com,
auprès de notre entreprise ou chez l'un de nos représentants.

1 DESCRIZIONE GENERALE
Le sonde HygroClip2 Advanced Rotronic per applica-
zioni industriali sono specicamente progettate per
condizioni ambientali difcili e temperature no a
200 °C.
2 COLLEGAMENTO
Collegare il HygroClip con il connettore di accoppiamento del trasmettitore o con il cavo di connes-
sione. Assicurarsi che gli arresti siano allineati correttamente. Serrare a mano il dado zigrinato.
Solo un collegamento correttamente realizzato e ssato garantisce il grado di protezione
IP indicato.
Il HygroClip2 Advanced Industrial è compatibile con i seguenti prodotti di Rotronic:
• Palmari appartenenti alle famiglie HP2x e HP3x.
• Trasmettitori appartenenti alle famiglie HF5 e HF8
• Data logger appartenenti alla famiglia HL-NT
3 MONTAGGIO
La sonda deve essere immersa nel clima che deve misurare.
4 REGOLAZIONE / CALIBRAZIONE
Le sonde vengono regolate in fabbrica, prima della consegna. Consigliamo di effettuare una cali-
brazione dopo 1 anno di utilizzo, a seconda dell'applicazione. Noi stessi forniamo servizi di cali-
brazione e regolazione, il cliente può comunque effettuare direttamente queste operazioni in loco
con gli standard di umidità SCS Rotronic o i nostri generatori di umidità HG2-S. Per maggiori infor-
