1. Park the vehicle on a at surface, activate the parking brake and turn off the engine.
2. Disconnect the negative battery pole.
3. Prepare all tools before starting the assembly.
4. Wear non-slip glove and protective footwear during the installation process.
5. Never drive vehicle with the cap door or windows open.
6. Never use the cap for human or live animal transportation.
7. Contact the vehicle’s insurance company to make them aware you have added a cap to the vehicle.
8. Electrical operations must be performed by a skilled operator or in a autorized service. Roxform DOES NOT take any
responsibilities for any damage which result from electrical operations.
9. Electrical connection process is an operation on the electrical system of the vehicle. So, vehicle may be out off warranty after
this process.
1. DO NOT wipe the cap with a dry cloth.
2. DO NOT wash the cap with a commercial high-pressure car washes or DO NOT wipe or polish for 3 months. It takes 3
months to cure the fresh paint completely.
3. DO NOT contact the cap with chemicals such as solvents.
4. Wash and polish the cap regularly with a product designed to preserve and protect painted berglass after 3 months.
5. Lubricate door hinges and door lock(s) mechanisms monthly with an oil-based lubricant. Do not use silicone or petroleum
distillate spray lubricant on gas props.
6. Tighten four bolts (xing clamps) after rst week. Then, check the tightness of bolts every 6 months.
NOTE: Paint technologies can change at each plant on the same vehicles. Waterborne, base-coat or high solids paint can be used
on the same color.
