OPERATION
1. Connect the supplied power adapter to the OPEN sign.
2. Press the control button to the desired setting.
• Press once for continuous flash and scroll
• Press twice for ON selection
• Press three times for frame flash only (blue frame will flash)
• Press four times to turn OFF
3. Attach the supplied hang chain to the OPEN sign and place the OPEN sign in the
desired location.
NOTE: DO NOT USE THIS PRODUCT OUTDOORS. FOR INTERNAL USE ONLY.

This warranty only covers products that are properly installed, properly maintained, and properly operated in
accordance with the instructions provided. This limited warranty does not cover any failures or operating
difficulties due to normal wear and tear, accident, abuse, misuse, alteration, misapplication, improper
installation, or improper maintenance and service by you or any third party.
Returned product will not be accepted without a Return Authorization number. To request a Return
Authorization number, please visit us at www.royalsovereign.com. All transportation costs for the return of
damaged product or parts will be the responsibility of the purchaser. Return defective product, in original
packaging, to the address below.
Royal Sovereign International, Inc. requires reasonable proof of your date of purchase from an authorized
retailer or distributor. Therefore, you should keep your receipt, invoice, or canceled check from the original
purchase. The limited warranty shall be limited to the repair or replacement of parts which prove defective
undernormal use and service within the warranty period.
Royal Sovereign International, Inc. (and its affiliated companies) SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY
WHATSOEVER TO PURCHASER OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE,
INCIDENTAL,OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of

FONCTIONNEMENT
1. Connecter l'adaptateur d'alimentation fourni à l'enseigne «OPEN» ovale.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton de commande jusqu'au réglage désiré
• Appuyez une fois pour un clignotement continu et faites défiler
• Appuyez deux fois sur le bouton e pour sélectionner Allumé
• Appuyez sur trois fois pour le clignotement du cadre seulement (le cadre
bleu clignotera)
• Appuyez quatre fois sur le bouton pour éteindre l'appareil
3. Fixez la chaîne de suspension fournie l’enseigne «OPEN», et placez l’enseigne à
l’emplacement désiré.
REMARQUE: Ne pas utiliser à l’extérieur. Pour utilisation à l’intérieur seulement.
