Please read this manual carefully before using the appliance as damage may occur under
incorrect operations. Please keep this manual for future reference.
-Do not immerse the housing in water or rinse under the tap in case of damaging the Multi-electrical
and heating components
-Do not let liquid enter the appliance to prevent electric shock or short-circuit.
-Keep all ingredients in the pan to prevent any contact from heating elements.
-Do not cover the air inlet and the air outlet when the appliance is working.
-Filling the pan with oil may cause a fire hazard.
-Do not touch the inside of the appliance while it is operating.

WARNING
CAUTION
-Check if the voltage indicated on the appliance fits the local power voltage.
-Do not use the appliance if there is any damage on plug, power cord or other parts.
-Do not go to any unauthorized person to replace or fix a damaged power cord.
-Keep the appliance and its power cord out of the reach of children.
-Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
-Do not plug the appliance or operate the control panel with wet hands.
- Always make sure that the plug is inserted into the wall socket properly.
-Do not connect appliance to an external timer switch.
-Do not place the appliance on or near combustible materials such as a tablecloth or curtain.
-Do not place the appliance against a wall or against other appliance. Leave at least 10cm free
space on the back and sides and 10cm free space above the appliance.
-Do not place anything on top of the appliance.
-Do not use the appliance for any other purpose than described in this manual.
-Do not leave the appliance unattended.
-During hot air frying, hot steam is released through the air outlet openings. Keep your hands
and face at a safe distance from the steam and from the air outlet openings. Also be careful of
hot steam and air when you remove the pan from the appliance. Any accessible surfaces may
become hot during use.
-Immediately unplug the appliance if you see dark smoke coming out of the appliance. Wait for
the smoke emission to stop before you remove the pan from the appliance.
-Ensure that appliance in placed on a horizontal, even and stable surface.
-This appliance is designed for household use only. It is not suitable to be safely used in
environments such as staff kitchens, farms, motels, and other non-residential environments.
-The warranty will be invalid if the appliance is used for professional or semi-professional
purposes or is not used according to instructions.(Never use the appliance when the plug is
damaged.)
-The appliance needs approximately 30 minutes to cool down before it is safe to handle or
clean.

AUTOMATIC SWITCH-OFF
BEFORE FIRST USE
The appliance has a built-in timer which will automatically shut down the appliance when count
down reaches zero. You can manually switch off the appliance by pressing off button, it will
automatically shut down the appliance in 20 seconds.
1. Remove all packaging materials and stickers or labels.
2. Clean the frying pan and frying tray with hot water, with some washing liquid and a non-abra-
sive sponge. These parts are safe to be cleaned in dishwasher.
3. Wipe inside and outside of the appliance with a clear cloth. And there is no need to fill the
pan with oil and frying fat as the appliance works on hot air.
The appliance complies with all standards regarding LCD touch panel.
Under proper handling there is no harm for human body based on available scientific evidence.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Plug the power cord into an earthed wall socket.
2. Carefully pull the frying pan out of the air fryer.
3. Place the ingredients in the frying pan.
4. Slide the frying pan into the AIR FRYER.
Note: Do not put ingredients exceeding the MAX indication (refer to section"Settings" ), as it
may affect the cooking quality of the food.
5. Press Power on/off icon.
6. Press function icons to choose functions (8 functions in total).
Caution: Do not touch the frying pan during and in short-time after use, as it gets very hot.
Only hold the frying pan by the handle.
7. After choosing the function, please press Power on/off icon to start cooking.
Notes: During the hot air frying process, the LED lamp will be running when you can press
any icons to adjust menus, time and temperature.
8. Some ingredients require to shake halfway during the preparation time (refer to section
"Settings"). By this way, pull the pan out of the appliance by the handle and shake it. Then
slide the pan back into the air fryer.
9. Machine will emit prompting tone after cooking. When you hear tone for 5 times, it means the
cooking cycle is finished. Pull the pan out of the appliance and place it on the heat-resistant
holder.
Notes: After set time ends, the heating element stops working while the fan will continue
running about 20 seconds to blow away the hot air for safety.

Notes: 8 functions are provided: CHIPS, MEAT, FISH, SHRIMP, STEAK, PIZZA, CAKE and
DRUMSTICK. Press “Menu” to choose and change the cooking function. Time & temperature
setting can be adjusted by pressing corresponding "+/-" icons.

10. Check if the ingredients are ready.
Notes: If the ingredients are not ready yet, simply slide the pan back into the appliance.
Press the temperature "+/-" icon to adjust Temperature setting, and press the Timer "+/-"
icon to adjust time setting. And then press the Start icon to run the appliance.
11. To remove ingredients, (e.g. beef, chicken, meat, any ingredients with original oil and will
have excess oil from ingredients collected on the bottom of the pan), please use a pair of
clamps to pick ingredients one by one.
Notes: Do not turn the pan over,the oil collected on the bottom of the pan will leak onto the
ingredients.
12.To remove ingredients (e.g. chips, vegetable or ingredients with no excess oil from the
ingredients), please turn over the pan, and pour ingredients to tableware.
Tip: To remove large or fragile ingredients, lift the ingredients out of the pan by a pair of
clamps.
13. When a batch of ingredients is ready, the fryer is instantly ready for preparing another batch.

This table below will help you to select the basic settings for the ingredients.
Note: These settings are just for reference. As ingredients differ in origin, size, shape and
brand, we cannot guarantee the best setting for your ingredients.
Due to the Rapid Air technology, pulling the pan briefly out of the appliance to shake the pan
during hot air frying would barely disturb the process.

Tips
-Small ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
-Small ingredients usually require a slightly shorter preparation time than larger ingredients.
-Shaking smaller ingredients halfway during the cooking time optimizes the result and can help
prevent unevenly fried ingredients.
-Add some oil to fresh potatoes and fry your ingredients for another few minutes for a crispy
result.
-Do not cook extremely greasy ingredients such as sausages in the air fryer.
-The optimal amount for prepare crispy fries is 500g.
-Put a ovenware into the fryer basket if you want to bake a cake or quiche or if you want to fry
fragile ingredients and filled ingredients.
-You can also use the Air Fryer just to heat ingredients. To heat ingredients, set the temperature
to 302℉for up to 10 minutes.

1. Unplug the appliance and let it cool down thoroughly.
2. Make sure all parts are clean and dry.
Do not throw away the appliance with the normal household waste when it is exhausted, but
hand it in at official collection point for recycling. Dispose the appliance according to the local
regulations.
1. Remove the mains plug from the wall socket to make the appliance cool down.
Note: Remove the pan to let the fryer cool down more quickly.
2. Wipe the outside of the appliance with a moist cloth.
3. Clean the frying pan with hot water, some washing-up liquid and a non-abrasive sponge.
You can remove any remaining dirt by degreasing liquid.
Note: The frying pan and plate can not be washed in the dishwasher.
Tip: If dirt is stuck to the frying plate or the bottom of the pan, fill the pan with hot water along
some neutral detergent. Put the plate in the pan and let the pan and soak the plate for about
10 minutes.
4. Clean the inside of the appliance with hot water and non-abrasive sponge.
5. Clean the heating element with a cleaning brush to remove any food residues.
Clean the appliance after every use.
Do not clean the frying pan and the inside of the appliance by metal kitchen utensils or
abrasive cleaning materials, as this may damage the non-stick coating of them.

WARRANTY
CUSTOMER CARE
The 1-year Limited Warranty is valid for products purchased from our ROZMOZ only, starting
from the date of the original retail purchased. We will provide customer service for any defects
in quality or materials under normal, non-commercial use.
1. According to the requirements outlined in this instruction manual, the warranty is subject to
the following conditions and exclusions.
2. This warranty provides, at no extra cost to you all labor and parts necessary to ensure your
machine is in proper operating condition during the warranty period.
3. We provide the repair or replacement of your ROZMOZ appliance if your ROZMOZ appliance
is found to be defective due to faulty materials, workmanship function within 1 year of purchase
or delivery. ( If any part is no longer available or out of manufacture, we will replace it with a
functional replacement part).
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
1. Under your ROZMOZ guarantee, ROZMOZ shall not be liable for costs of repair or replacement
of a product incurred as a result of: Accidental damage, faults caused by negligent use or
care, misuse, neglect, careless operation or handling of the ROZMOZ appliance which is not
in accordance with this ROZMOZ Operation Manual.
2. Machines purchased from an unauthorized dealer.
3. Use of parts and accessories other than those produced or recommended by ROZMOZ.
4. Repairs or alterations carried out by unauthorized parties or agents.
5. Use of the machine other than for normal domestic purpose, e.g. for commercial or rental
purposes.
6. Reduction in battery run time due to battery age or use.
WARRANTY SERVICE
1. If you have a query about your ROZMOZ appliance, please contact the ROZMOZ customer
2. Please inform us your model name/number, purchase date, order number, machine problem
and your requirement.
3. Your model number can be found on rating plate. For information on your rating plate see the
inside front cover.
4. Please keep your purchase receipt in a safe place to ensure you have this information.
5. Service under this warranty will not extend the available time of warranty.
