SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Do not touch the printer cutter.
2. The print head is heating element. Do not touch it and its peripheral parts during the printing process or when just
finished printing.
3. To avoid possible damage to the unit, do not touch the surface of the print head or its connections.
Other Notices:
1. To avoid possible vibration and shaking, place the printer on a flat surface.
2. Do not use the printer in a location with high temperature or humidity.
3. The power adapter should be connected to a power supply. Please try to avoid using the printer in a socket with other
large electronic machines as this may cause voltage fluctuations.
4. Avoid contact with water or liquids.
5. Ensure the printer always has paper. Serious damage to the unit may occur if used without paper.
6. Disconnect the power supply if not used for an extended period of time.

INSTALLATION AND OPERATION
1. Connect the power supply to the back of the unit. Connect the RJ11 cable to the back of the unit.
2. Connect the other end of the RJ11 cable to the cash drawer.
3. Connect the power supply to an electrical outlet.
Feeding the Receipt Paper
1. Open the top cover of printer.
2. Loading the paper roll as following picture.
3. Feed the paper and close the top cover of the printer.
Description
Power switch ON/OFF button
Indicator Lights
FEED Press to Feed the paper.
POWER Green light appears when unit is ON.
ERROR
The LED red light will appear in the following type of situations:
No paper, Paper Jam, Print Head Overheat, etc.
PAPER
The red LED light will appear when the printer is out of paper.

Bluetooth pairing
In order to have printer function with the Tablet, you will first need to pair the bluetooth printer with the tablet. Proceed as
follows:
1. Ensure that the printer is turned ON.
2. On your tablet, in the settings screen, turn ON the Bluetooth button.
3. Pair the tablet with the printer. Enter the passcode 1234.
3. You will see the unit is now Paired.
4. Your receipt printer is now connected.
Note: When pairing, can not make multiple printers simultaneously turned on, otherwise it may not be possible to determine
which printer is successful pairing. After the pairing is successful, the other PC can still be paired with the printer, each
printer up with eight stage crew pairing, if more PC paired with the printer, then the earliest opportunity with the host printer
printer from the pairing list automatically clear at this time if this stage crew needs to drive the printer to print, then need to
re-pair.
SELF-CHECKING
Self test is used to ensure that the printer functions properly and the paper has been inserted properly. To do a self-test on
the printer, proceed as follows:
1. Ensure the printer is OFF.
2. Press the FEED button and then turn the unit ON. The self test feature will now be activated.
PRINTER MAINTENANCE
Printer Head, Sensor and Print Roll
1. Ensure the print head is not warm. Turn off the printer and open the top cover. Remove paper (if necessary).
2. Clean the print head carefully using a cotton cloth and ethyl alcohol.
3. Close the top cover and turn the printer back ON.

This warranty applies to repair or replacement of product found to be defective in material or workmanship for one year
from the date of the original purchase. This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser.
This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance of damage that is
attributable to acts of nature. Royal Sovereign International, Inc. (and its affiliated companies) is not liable for incidental or
consequential damages of any nature. This limitation would not apply if you live in those areas that do not permit the
exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages.
Defective products for warranty repair or replacement cannot be returned without a Return Authorization number. Please go
to www.royalsovereign.ca Customer Support Tab to make a request for an Office Product Return Authorization.
Defective products must be returned to Royal Sovereign International Consumer Return Department, freight prepaid, with
proof of purchase and Return Shipping and Handling payment (check or money order). Upon repair or replacement the
product will be returned to the customer.
Return defective product to the following address with a detailed description of the problem. If possible, pack in original
carton. Please prepay shipping charges.

Cet appareil a été mis à l'essai et il est jugé être conforme aux limites établies pour un appareil numérique de classe B,

CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
1. Ne touchez pas à la tête de coupe de l'imprimante.
2. La tête d'impression est un élément chauffant. Ne touchez ni la tête d'impression ni les pièces autour pendant le
processus d'impression ou lorsque l'impression vient juste de se terminer.
3. Afin d'éviter d'endommager l'unité, ne touchez pas la surface de la tête d'impression ni ses branchements.
Autres points importants :
1. Pour éviter les vibrations et les secousses possibles, positionnez l'imprimante sur une surface plane.
2. N'utilisez pas l'appareil dans des endroits où la température ou l'humidité est élevée.
3. Le bloc d'alimentation doit être branché à une source d'alimentation. Veuillez essayer d'éviter d'utiliser l'imprimante en la
branchant dans une prise avec d'autres appareils électroniques car cela pourrait engendrer des fluctuations de tension.
4. Évitez tout contact avec de l'eau ou d'autres liquides.
5. Assurez-vous que l'imprimante dispose toujours de papier. De sérieux dommages peuvent se produire si l'imprimante est
utilisée sans papier.
6. Débranchez la source d'alimentation si elle n'est pas utilisée pendant une longue période.

INSTALLATION ET FONCTIONNEMENT
1. Branchez la source d'alimentation au dos de l'unité. Branchez le câble RJ11 au dos de l'unité.
2. Branchez l'autre extrémité du câble RJ11 au tiroir-caisse.
3. Branchez la source d'alimentation à une prise électrique.
Chargement du papier à reçus
1. Ouvrez le couvercle supérieur de l'imprimante.
2. Chargez le rouleau de papier comme sur l'illustration.
3. Insérez le papier et fermez le couvercle supérieur de l'imprimante.
Description
Touche ON/OFF (marche/arrêt)
Voyants lumineux
FEED Appuyez pour insérer le papier.
POWER Le voyant vert s'allume lorsque l'unité est en MARCHE.
ERROR
Un voyant DEL rouge s'allume dans les situations suivantes :
Pas de papier, bourrage de papier, surchauffe de la tête d'impression, etc.
PAPER
Le voyant DEL rouge s'allume lorsque l'imprimante n'a plus de papier.

Appairage Bluetooth
Afin d'avoir la fonction d'impression sur la tablette, vous devez d'abord jumeler l'imprimante bluetooth avec votre tablette.
Effectuez ce qui suit :
1. Assurez-vous que l'imprimante est en MARCHE.
2. Sur votre tablette, à l'écran des paramètres, activez la touche Bluetooth (ON).
3. Jumelez votre tablette avec l'imprimante. Saisissez le code 1234.
3. Vous verrez que l'unité est maintenant jumelée.
4. Votre imprimante de reçus est maintenant branchée.
Remarque : Lors du jumelage, vous ne pouvez pas connecter plusieurs imprimantes en marche en même temps, car il
risque d'être impossible de déterminer quelle imprimante est jumelée. Une fois le jumelage réussi, l'autre ordinateur peut
être jumelé avec l'imprimante, et il est possible de réaliser jusqu'à huit jumelages. Si d'autres ordinateurs sont à jumeler
avec l'imprimante, alors le premier ordinateur sur la liste de jumelage de l'imprimante est automatiquement éliminé si
l'imprimante est activée, puis il doit être re-jumelé.
AUTOVÉRIFICATION
L'autovérification permet d'assurer que l'imprimante fonctionne correctement et que le papier a été inséré correctement.
Pour effectuer une autoévaluation sur l'imprimante, procédez comme suit :
1. Assurez-vous que l'imprimante est en ARRÊT (OFF).
2. Pressez la touche FEED puis mettez l'appareil en marche (ON). La fonction d'autoévaluation sera maintenant activée.
ENTRETIEN DE L'IMPRIMANTE
Tête d'impression, capteur et rouleau d'impression
1. Assurez-vous que la tête d'impression n'est pas chaude. Éteignez l'imprimante et ouvrez le couvercle supérieur. Retirez
le papier (si nécessaire).
2. Nettoyez soigneusement la tête d'impression à l'aide d'un chiffon en coton et de l'alcool éthylique.
3. Fermez le couvercle supérieur et mettez l'imprimante en MARCHE (ON).
