bitte lesen Sie die Bedienungsanleitung aufmerksam durch, bevor Sie Ihr Gerät ans Netz anschließen,
um Schäden durch nicht sachgemäßen Gebrauch zu vermeiden. Beachten Sie besonders die
Sicherheitshinweise. Sollten Sie dieses Gerät an Dritte weitergeben, muss diese Bedienungsanleitung mit
ausgehändigt werden.

SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Falsche Bedienung und unsachgemäße Behandlung können zu Störungen am Gerät und zu
Verletzungen des Benutzers führen.
• Das Gerät darf nur für den vorgesehenen Zweck benutzt werden. Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßem
Gebrauch oder falscher Handhabung kann keine Haftung für evtl. auftretende Schäden übernommen
werden.
• Vor Anschluss ans Netz prüfen, ob Stromart und Netzspannung mit den Angaben auf dem Typenschild
am Gerät übereinstimmen.
• Gerät und Netzstecker nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten tauchen. Sollte das Gerät dennoch
einmal ins Wasser gefallen sein, sofort den Netzstecker ziehen und das Gerät vor erneutem Gebrauch
von einem Fachmann überprüfen lassen. Es besteht Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag!
• Niemals selbst versuchen, das Gehäuse zu öffnen!
• Keinerlei Gegenstände in das Innere des Gehäuses führen.
• Das Gerät nicht mit nassen Händen, auf feuchtem Boden oder wenn es nass ist benutzen.
• Den Netzstecker nie mit nassen oder feuchten Händen anfassen.
• Netzkabel und Netzstecker regelmäßig auf evtl. Beschädigungen überprüfen. Im Falle von

Fachmann ersetzt werden, um Gefährdungen zu vermeiden.
• Das Gerät nicht in Betrieb nehmen, wenn Netzkabel oder Netzstecker Schäden aufweisen, falls das
Gerät auf den Boden gefallen sein sollte oder anderweitig beschädigt wurde. In solchen Fällen das
Gerät zur Überprüfung und evtl. Reparatur in die Fachwerkstatt bringen.
• Nie versuchen, das Gerät selbst zu reparieren. Es besteht Gefahr durch Stromschlag!
• Das Netzkabel nicht über scharfe Kanten hängen lassen und von heißen Gegenständen und offenen
Flammen fernhalten. Nur am Stecker aus der Steckdose ziehen.
• Einen zusätzlichen Schutz bietet der Einbau einer Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung mit einem
Nennauslösestrom von nicht mehr als 30 mA in der Hausinstallation. Lassen Sie sich von Ihrem
Elektroinstallateur beraten.
• Das Kabel sowie ein evtl. benötigtes Verlängerungskabel so verlegen, dass ein unbeabsichtigtes
Ziehen daran bzw. ein Darüberstolpern nicht möglich ist.

• Wird ein Verlängerungskabel benutzt, muss dieses für die entsprechende Leistung geeignet sein,
ansonsten kann es zu Überhitzung von Kabel und / oder Stecker kommen.
• Das Gerät auf eine stabile, ebene und wärmebeständige Fläche und nicht in die Nähe von offenen
Flammen (z.B. Gasöfen), sowie außer Reichweite von Kindern stellen.
• Dieses Gerät ist weder für den gewerblichen Gebrauch noch für den Gebrauch im Freien geeignet.
• Während des Betriebs das Gerät nie unbeaufsichtigt lassen.
• Kinder können die Gefahren, die im unsachgemäßen Umgang mit Elektrogeräten liegen, nicht
erkennen. Deshalb elektrische Haushaltsgeräte nie von Kindern ohne Aufsicht benutzen lassen.
• Den Netzstecker aus der Steckdose ziehen, wenn das Gerät nicht in Gebrauch ist und vor jeder
Reinigung.
• Vorsicht! Das Gerät steht unter Strom solange es ans Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
• Vor Ziehen des Netzsteckers das Gerät ausschalten.
• Das Gerät nie an dessen Netzkabel tragen.
BESONDERE SICHERHEITSHINWEISE
• Wichtiger Hinweis: Das Gerät nicht länger als 10 Minuten ununterbrochen benutzen. Das Gerät vor
erneuter Benutzung ca. 30 Minuten abkühlen lassen.
• Vorsicht! Das Schneidemesser (2) ist sehr scharf. Äußerste Vorsicht ist bei Benutzung und Reinigung
des Gerätes geboten.
• Nach dem Schneiden immer den Ein- / Ausschalter I/O (6) in Stellung O schalten und das Einstellrad
(7) bis zum Anschlag in Richtung “-” drehen. Das Gerät vom Netz trennen.
• Nie Lebensmittel mit der bloßen Hand zuführen. Dazu immer den Schneideschlitten (5) und
Restehalter (1) benutzen.
• Das geschnittene Gut erst dann entfernen, wenn das Schneidemesser (2) vollständig stillsteht.
• Vorsicht! Der Restehalter (1) hat sehr spitze Noppen. Äußerste Vorsicht ist bei Benutzung und
Reinigung des Gerätes geboten.
• Dieses Gerät ist zum Schneiden von Brot, Wurst- und Fleischwaren sowie Gemüse und Obst geeignet.
Es darf nicht zum Schneiden von
• Fleisch mit Knochen
• Lebensmitteln mit Kernen
• harten, unessbaren Teilen von Lebensmitteln
• gefrorenen Lebensmitteln
• verzwirntem Rollbraten
sowie ähnlichen Artikeln benutzt werden.
VOR ERSTER INBETRIEBNAHME
• Alle Verpackungsmaterialien entfernen.
 
BEDIENUNG
• Das Gerät auf eine ebene, feste Unterlage stellen. Die Saugnäpfe an der Unterseite bieten
zusätzlichen Halt.
• Netzstecker (4) mit einer Steckdose verbinden.
• Mit dem Einstellrad (7) die Schnittstärke einstellen.
• Das Schneidgut auf den Schneideschlitten (5) legen und mittels Restehalter (1) leicht in Richtung
Schneidemesser (2) drücken.
• Den Ein- / Ausschalter I/O (6) in die Stellung I schalten. Der Ein- / Ausschalter I/O (6) leuchtet rot auf
und das Schneidemesser dreht sich.
• Den Schneideschlitten (5) in gleichmäßigen Bewegungen unter leichtem Drücken vor und zurück
führen.
• Wenn sich die Drehgeschwindigkeit des Schneidemessers beim Schneiden verringert, das
Schneidgut nicht weiter in Richtung Schneidemesser (2) schieben. Einen Moment warten, bis sich das
Schneidemesser wieder mit der normalen Geschwindigkeit dreht.
• Nach dem Schneiden immer den Ein- / Ausschalter I/O (6) in Stellung O schalten und das Einstellrad

(7) bis zum Anschlag in Richtung “-” drehen. Das Gerät vom Netz trennen.
• Tipp: Wenn besonders dünne Scheiben geschnitten werden sollen, das Schneidemesser (2) mit einem
feuchten Tuch leicht anfeuchten. So wird ein Ankleben des Schneidgutes am Schneidemesser (2)
verhindert. Der Netzstecker muss beim Anfeuchten gezogen sein!
• Restehalter (1): Diesen auf den Schneideschlitten (5) legen, um das Schneidgut anzudrücken.
• Wichtiger Hinweis: Das Gerät nicht länger als 10 Minuten ununterbrochen benutzen. Das Gerät vor
erneuter Benutzung ca. 30 Minuten abkühlen lassen.
Messer austauschen
• Das Gerät wird mit zwei Schneidemessern geliefert. Das gezackte Schneidemesser kann z. B. für Brot
verwendet werden und das glatte Messer für Aufschnitt etc.
• Vor dem Austauschen des Schneidemessers den Netzstecker ziehen.
• Verletzungsgefahr! Beim Austauschen des Schneidemessers besonders vorsichtig vorgehen, niemals
die Schneiden anfassen! Darauf achten, dass das abgenommene Schneidemesser nicht selbstständig
vom Tisch etc. herunterrollen kann! Kinder fernhalten!
• Mit einem großen Schraubendreher die Befestigungsschraube (3) in Richtung der Pfeile OPEN drehen,
bis die Befestigungsschraube herausgenommen werden kann.
• Das Schneidemesser vorsichtig abnehmen und das neue Messer einsetzen.
• Die Befestigungsschraube (3) von Hand einsetzen und entgegen der Pfeile OPEN drehen. Die
Befestigungsschraube mit einem Schraubendreher fest anziehen.
• Das abgenommene Schneidemesser z.B. in der Originalverpackung verstauen und an einem Platz, der
für Kinder nicht erreichbar ist, aufbewahren.
REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE
• Dazu auch unbedingt die Sicherheitshinweise beachten.
• Das Gerät vom Netz trennen.
• Das Gerät nach der Benutzung mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch reinigen. Anschließend trocken
nachwischen.
• Das Gerät mit einem weichen, feuchten Tuch und mildem Reinigungsmittel reinigen.
• Niemals scheuernde oder aggressive Reinigungsmittel / -utensilien benutzen.
• Das Schneidemesser ist zur leichten Reinigung wie folgt abnehmbar: Mit einem
Kreuzschlitzschraubendreher die Schraube (3) lösen. Das Schneidemesser (2) vorsichtig mit einem
Schutzhandschuh herausnehmen. Das Schneidemesser (2) nicht in einem Spülbad reinigen, da
dadurch die Schmierstoffe entfernt werden. Nur die Außenkante mit einem Tuch abwischen. Nach der
Reinigung das Schneidemesser wieder mit der Schraube (3) am Gerät befestigen.

Please read these operating instructions through carefully before connecting your device to the mains, in
order to avoid damage due to incorrect use. Please pay particular attention to the safety information. If you
pass the device on to a third party, these operating instructions must also be handed over.

SAFETY INFORMATION
• Incorrect operation and improper use can damage the appliance and cause injury to the user.
• The appliance may be used only for it’s intended purpose. No responsibility can be taken for any
possible damage caused through incorrect use or improper handling.
• Before connecting the appliance to the power source, check that the current and power match those
given on the rating plate.
• Do not put the appliance or the plug in water or any other liquid. However should the appliance

before using it again. Non-observance could cause a fatal electric shock!
• Never attempt to open the housing yourself.
• Do not place any kind of object into the inside of the housing.

• Do not touch the plug with wet or damp hands.

• Danger! Nominal voltage is still present in the appliance as long as the appliance is connected to the
mains socket.
• Switch the appliance off before disconnecting from the mains.
• Never use the cord to carry the appliance.
SPECIAL SAFETY ADVICE
• Important advice: Do not use the machine non-stop for longer than 10 minutes. Allow the machine to
cool down for about 30 minutes before using again.
• Caution! The cutting knife (2) is very sharp. Special caution is recommended when using and cleaning
the machine.
• After cutting, always put the on / off switch I/O (6) on position O and turn the adjuster (7) all the way in
the “-” direction. Disconnect the appliance from the outlet.
• Never feed food into the machine with your bare hands. For this, always use the cutting tray (5) and the
food gripper (1).
• Only remove the cut-up food when the cutting knife (2) is at a complete standstill.
• Caution! The food gripper (1) has very sharp burls. Extra caution is recommended when using and
cleaning the machine.
• This machine is intended for cutting bread, sausage, and meat, as well as for vegetables and fruit. It
may not be used to cut
• meat with bones
• foods with cores
• hard, inedible parts of foods
• frozen foods
• twine-wrapped roasts
as well as other similar foodstuffs.
BEFORE INITIAL USE
• Remove all packaging materials.
• Clean the machine and its accessories (see CLEANING AND CARE).
OPERATION
• Place the machine on an even, secure surface. The suction cups on the bottom offer additional
stability.
• Connect the power plug (4) to an outlet.
• Set the slicing thickness with the adjuster knob (7).
• Lay the food on the cutting tray (5) and press the food gripper (1) lightly in the direction of the cutting
knife (2).
• Turn the on / off switch I/O (6) to position I. The on / off switch I/O (6) will light up red and the cutting
knife will begin to turn.
• Move the cutting tray (5) with slight pressure back and forth in even movements.
• If the turning speed of the cutting knife is reduced while cutting, do not push the food further in the
direction of the cutting knife (2). Wait a moment until the cutting knife turns at normal speed once
again.
• After cutting, always turn the On / off switch I/O (6) to position O and turn the adjuster (7) all the way in
the “-” direction. Disconnect the appliance from the outlet.
• Tip: When cutting especially thin slices, wet the cutting knife (2) with a moist cloth. This way, the
sticking of the food to the cutting knife (2) will be prevented. When moistening, the power plug must be
pulled out!
• Food gripper (1): Lay this on the cutting tray (5) to press down the food.

• Important advice: Do not use the machine non-stop for more than 10 minutes. Allow the machine to
cool down for about 30 minutes before using again.
Changing the knife
• Two cutting knives are included with the machine. The serrated cutting knife can be used for bread, for
example, and the smooth knife for cold cuts, etc.
• Before changing knives, disconnect the power plug.
• Danger of injury! When changing cutting knives, use special caution, and never touch the edges
of the blades! Make sure that the removed cutting knife cannot roll off the table, etc. by itself! Keep
children away!
• With a large screwdriver, turn the fastening screw (3) in the direction of the OPEN arrows until it can be
taken out.
• Carefully take out the cutting knife and insert the new knife.
• Screw in the fastening screw (3) by hand in the opposite direction of the OPEN arrows. Tighten the
fastening screw with a screwdriver.
• Put the removed cutting knife in its original packaging, for example, and store it in a place out of the
reach of children.
CLEANING AND CARE
• Also pay close attention to the Safety Advice.
• Disconnect the machine from power.
• Clean the machine with a slightly moist cloth after use. Then wipe it dry.
• Clean the machine with a soft, moist cloth and mild detergent.
• Never use corrosive or harsh detergents / utensils.
• For easy cleaning, the cutting knife can be removed as follows: Loosen the screw (3) with a crossslit
screwdriver. Carefully take out the cutting knife (2) with a glove. Do not soak the cutting knife (2); this
will remove the lubricant. Only wipe the outer edges with a cloth. After cleaning the cutting knife, fasten
it once again to the machine using the screw (3).

Per evitare eventuali danni e rischi risultanti da un uso erroneo, leggete attentamente il presente
libretto istruzioni prima di adoperare l’apparecchio. Badate a sempre osservare i cenni di sicurezza. Se
l’apparecchio viene consegnato a terzi, consegnare anche le istruzioni per l’uso.

INFORMAZIONI DI SICUREZZA
• Un funzionamento scorretto e un uso improprio possono danneggiare l’apparecchio e causare danni
all’utente.
• L’apparecchio può essere usato solo per lo scopo per il quale è concepito. Nessuna responsabilità
può essere assunta per qualsiasi danno possibile causato da un uso scorretto o da una manipolazione
impropria..
• Prima di collegare l’apparecchio alla fonte di alimentazione, controllare che la corrente e l’energia
corrispondano a quelli dati sull’etichetta di valutazione.
• Non mettere l’apparecchio o la spina in acqua o in qualsiasi altro liquido. Qualora l’apparecchio
dovesse cadere accidentalmente in acqua, scollegare immediatamente l’apparecchio e farlo controllare

• Non permettere che cavo penda su estremità e lo tenga ben lontano dagli oggetti bollenti e dalle

macchina di raffreddarsi per circa 30 minuti prima di usarla di nuovo.

FUNZIONAMENTO
 

• Adagiare il cibo sulla vaschetta per tagliare (5) e premere l’afferra cibo (1) leggermente in direzione del

• Ruotare l’interruttore on / off I/O (6) in posizione I. L’interruttore on / off I/O (6) si accednerà di rosso e il
coltello tagliente inizierà a ruotare.
• Spostare la vaschetta per tagliare (5) con una leggera pressione Avanti e indietro in movimenti piani.
• Se la velocità di rotazione del coltello tagliente è ridotta quando si taglia, non premere il cibo oltre

velocità normale ancora una volta.

• Dopo aver tagliato, ruotare sempre l’interruttore On / off I/O (6) in posizione O e ruotare il regolatore (7)

• Suggerimento: Quando si taglia specialmente fette sottili, inumidire il coltello tagliente (2) con un panno
umido. In questo modo, si preverrà l’aderenza del cibo al coltello tagliente (2). Quando si inumidisce, la
spina elettrica deve essere estratta!
• Afferra cibo (1): Adagiarlo sulla vaschetta tagliente (5) per spingere il cibo.
• Consiglio importante: Non usare la macchina ininterrottamente per più di 10 minuti. Lasciare
raffreddare la macchina per circa 30 minuti prima di usarla di nuovo.
Cambiare il coltello
• Due coltelli taglienti sono inclusi nella macchina. Il coltello tagliente dentellato può essere usato per il
pane, per esempio e il coltello morbido per i salumi, ecc.
• Prima di cambiare i coltelli, scollegare la spina elettrica.
