IMPORTANT: Read all the instructions and warnings carefully before using. Failure to follow these
instructions may result in a possible electric shock, re hazard and/or injury.
If you are assembling this unit for someone else, give this manual to him or her to read and save
for future reference.
QUICK REFERENCE GUIDE
READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE USING THIS APPLIANCE
Wherever the manual speaks about the heater, this only applies for the MF1530H and the
MF1510H units.
I. Please ensure the following points before installation:
1. The rated voltage and power supply of the electric replace must be the same;
2. The replace bulbs should be in a good condition. Please refer to the maintenance section of
the manual.
II. The electric replace heater may give off a little harmless odor upon rst use which is normal
and will soon disappear.
III. If the replace does not give off any heat, rst check that the heating switch is in the correct
position. For detailed information, please refer to the operation section of the manual.

IMPORTANT SPECIFICATIONS
WARNING
Please read the following specications thoroughly and follow them carefully to
prevent accidental re, electric shock and physical injury.
1. Please read the specications carefully before using the product.
2. The electric replace will get hot when in use. Please do not touch the hot surfaces or bulb
as this can result in a burn. Also, please keep ammable materials such as clothes, bedclothes,
furniture, paper and curtains 100cm away from the replace. Do not cover or block the heater’s
outlet or other outlets at any time. Do not place the replace on a soft surface because this may
also block the outlet.
3. Keep this electrical appliance out of reach of children or persons with reduced physical or men-
tal capabilities. Do not let them use the appliances without supervision.
4. Do not install this electric replace directly on a carpet or on any other surface that may interfere
with the circulation of air at the base of the replace.
5. Please pull out the power plug when not in use.
6. When switching off the electric replace, please turn off all the switches and pull the power plug
out of the wall socket.
7. This product is for indoor use only.
8. The replace may not work in a wet environment such as in the bathroom or near the washing
machine. Please keep the electric replace away from water containers.
9. Do not use the re place if the power cable is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufactur-
er, a service agent or a similarly qualied person in order to avoid a hazard.
10. Do not lay the wire under a carpet. Do not put rugs, the legs of furniture or other heavy objects
on the wire. Keep the wire out of areas of general use.
11. Keep the outlets clear of any material as this may cause electric shock, accidental re or dam-
age the replace.
12. Due to the possibility of spark generation, do not use the replace in areas which store gas,
paint and other inammable and explosive substances.
13. It is prohibited to alter the product in any way. Please use the electric replace as per speci-
cation. Any other methods that are not recommended by the manufacturer may cause accidental
re, electric shock or physical injury.
14. If you use an extension cable, please use three-core expansion cable with load bearing capac-
ity under 250V/16A and earth it reliably.
15. If the heating unit becomes overheated, the replace will make a warning sound or a warning
light will ash. In this case, please turn off the heating unit immediately.
16. Do not burn wood or other materials inside the electric replace.
17. Do not hit the glass of the replace.
18. Please use the socket with excellent earth, fuse and earth electrode.
19. Please pull out the power plug when cleaning, maintaining or removing the replace.

20. Please keep the replace and wiring dry when transporting or storing them (remove the water
before moving the replace). Avoid strenuous vibration to prevent damage to the replace.
21. In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
22. The heater must not be located immediately below a socket-outlet.
23. When you are not using the unit for a longer period of time or if you want to transport please
empty the container.
INSTALLATION
This section is the guidance for electric replace installation
Leave a clearance of at least 1cm between the replace recess and the surround of the replace to
ease installation.
The electric replace does not need a ue.
Warning
1. The power socket shall be AC230V/15A three-core socket with excellent earth, fuse and earth
leakage protection.
2. Note:
In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater. Do not scrape the plastic off the core of
replace or install the core directly on a soft surface. Otherwise, it may block the air circulation and
cause re accidents.
Install the electric replace in dry and safe places free from dust and ammable articles. Please
ensure that objects such as curtains not to block the outlet.
3. It is possible that the ames become lower when the heating function is switched on. This can be
prevented by placing the surround 10 mm from the wall.
Reminder
1. It is advisable to install the electric replace near the socket to ease electric installation.
2. First place the electric replace on the selected position to see whether it is satisfactory.
3. This electric replace is not allowed to be installed directly onto a wall. Place the mantel in the
desired location or build a replace recess in the desired location on the oor near the wall. The
size of the recess should be:

When placing the replace or building the wall structure, please place the insert in dry, safe
and clean place.

4. If there is no satisfactory socket near the selected position, please ask a professional electrician
to install the socket behind or near the frame as per requirement.
WARNING
Do not install an electric circuit or socket arbitrarily in order to prevent re accidents, elec-
tric shock or physical injury. Please ask a professional electrician to install the circuit.
1. Turn off the switch on the core of the replace.
2. Insert the power plug into AC230V/15A socket. The cable should be laid along the wall.
3. Pull the core of replace into the frame or the wall structure until it parallels with the panel or
wall.
4. Finish the installation ensuring that the power plug is accessible after installation.
5. Level the re by adjusting the feet.
Note
If necessary, the proles on the side of the unit can be easily removed by removing the two
screws.
REFILLING WATER
1. When there is no mist, or you hear the water shortage alarm, please rell the water tank imme-
diately.
2. When the water no longer covers the atomization sheet, atomization stops in 3 seconds and
there will be no ame effect.
3. When the atomizer stops, please turn all controls off, unplug the appliance, rell the water tank,
plug back in and restart.
4. Fill Water Tank with tap water only. Distilled water must not be used.
A. Take off the log set. Keep in mind that the log-piece has to be removed by holding it with both
hands, lifting the right side before lifting it up as a whole. When placing it back, place the left side
rst and then the right side. Water may leak out of the log set.

B. Take out the water tank.
C. Twist off the cap on water tank for water relling. Before placing it back, carefully check that the
watertank is not leaking. Close the cap tightly.
MAINTENANCE
Warning
Before cleaning and repairing the electric replace, please pull out the power plug to pre-
vent re accidents, electric shock or physical injury.
Replacing the Bulbs
Please clean the top of the lamps regularly (every 150 hours).
If areas of articial ame turn dark, please change the bulbs. There are 5 or 7 halogen bulbs in the
electric replace under the articial charcoal, you only need to change the problem bulb.
The halogen bulb used in the replace is not a regular type, please contact the sales agent if a
bulb requires changing.
WARNING
In order to prevent burning, please wait for 10 minutes after cutting off the power until the bulb
cools down.
I. Specication of Bulbs:
Five or Seven halogen bulbs, the lamp holder is model MR16+C.
The rated voltage is AC230V and the rated power is 30W.
II. How to change a Bulb:
Take out the log set and water tank as shown in the images shown on REFILLING WATER
Take off the problem light bulb, replace with new light bulb. Please make sure
the light bulb is cool before replacement.

Atomizer Cleaning
1. In order to enjoy the optimum visual effect of your mist replace it is suggested that you clean
the water scale and stain on the atomization unit at least every two to four weeks. (The volume
of mist will reduce by no less than 30% after 3000 hours use.)
2. Take out the log set and water tank as the steps show on above images.
3. Take out the distributor as per the following image.
Take out the atomizer and unplug the connector.
4. Put atomizer in a container with water to clean. Use the brush to clean the dirt on atomizer
head.
5. Atomizer will wear out and will last for about one year just like the lightbulbs. If cleaned regular-
ly.

REMOTE CONTROL SPECIFICATION
I. Remote Controller and Control Panel
There are three buttons on the control panels of the remote control and electric replace. The
buttons with the same characters have the same function.
A. POWER SWITCH: This is a rocker switch for the mains power of the electric replace, the
switch is located on the right hand side underneath the log set.
B. CONTACT SWITCH: This is a safety switch. When the power switch is placed on I, there will
be a tone when you place back the log set. The tone means the unit is well connected, and the
product is in standby mode.
C. CONTROL PANEL: There are two control panels on both sides.
Control Panel on Right: including ON/OFF, LOW, HIGH
Control Panel on Left: including DIMMER+ and DIMMER-
ON/OFF: power on/off
LOW: press this button to have low heating (700W), press again to turn off heating
HIGH: press this button to have high heating (1500W), press again to turn off heating
DIMMER+ and DIMMER-: ame adjustment, dimmer+ for higher ame effect and dimmer- for
lower ame effect
D. The opening on both sides are the infrared receivers for the remote control, the signal will be re-
ceived through the grid to the bump. Do not cover the grid. When using the remote control, please
note the left side is for dimmer control and right side is for on/off and heating control, these are the
same features as for the manual control panel.

II. Operation of Remote Controller and Control Panel
This replace includes a remote controller. Please ensure the remote
controller is used with batteries included. The remote controller
will not work when it is without batteries or batteries out of power.
Please direct the remote controller at the electric replace at 1-5
meters distance, otherwise the remote controller could not work
properly. Please point the remote controller to the relevant grid for
the required functions. Do not cover the receiver on the remote
controller.
There is one main power switch on the appliance and four buttons
on both control panel and remote controller of the replace.
When the cassette version is built in, there is a possibility that you
have to hold the remote higher for a good connection with the
receiver.
A. POWER SWITCH: This is a switch for main power of the electric replace, turn the switch to I
for power on. Once power is turned on, it comes with a crisp warning tone to warn the operator the
power supply has been connected. All the function operations will not start automatically. To turn
off the power, turn the switch to O.
Remote Control:
B. ON/OFF: Push the ON/OFF button once to turn on the internal electric source of replace.
Meanwhile, the indicator light is on and simulated log set is lit up. Please note it will take about 48
seconds to see the ame effect due to the mist generation process. The heater functions will not
turn on unless push the heating buttons. Push the ON/OFF button again to turn off the replace.
C. DIMMER+ and DIMMER-: Flame adjustment, dimmer+ for higher ame effect and dimmer- for
lower ame effect. This unit has the memory function, it keeps the record for last ame adjustment
when you use it next time. If you don’t see the ame after 48 seconds, please try to push dimmer+,
a few times.
D. LOW/HIGH: When the unit is under working condition, push the LOW button once, the heater
starts to work at low heating after a warning tone. Push the button again, the heater stops. Push
the HIGH button once, the heater starts to work at high heating after a warning tone. Push the
button again, the heater stops. When the unit is under low heating, push HIGH button will switch
from low heating to high heating.
E. Switch off the power if you leave the replace for a long time.
Fireplace Surface Cleaning
Use a cloth dampened with warm water only to clean painted surface of electric replace. Do not
use abrasive cleaners.
Service
Except bulb replacement, water rell, atomizer cleaning and surface cleaning, all the other clean-
ings or modication please contact its service agent.

Gefeliciteerd met uw aankoop van onze elektrische inzethaard. Lees deze handleiding zorgvuldig
door, voordat u de haard plaatst en in gebruik neemt.
BELANGRIJK: Lees alle instructies en waarschuwingen voor gebruik, het niet naleven van de

SNELGIDS
LEES ALLE INSTRUCTIES VOOR HET GEBRUIK VAN DIT APPARAAT
Indien de gebruiksaanwijzing punten over de verwarming tegen komt tellen die alleen voor de
MF1530H en de MF1510H.
I. Let op de volgende punten voor installatie:
1. Deze haard mag alleen met wisselstroom worden gebruikt en de voedingsspanning moet over-
eenkomen met de op de haard aangegeven spanning.
2. De haard mag niet worden gebruikt als de lampen niet werken.
De lampen dienen regelmatig te worden geïnspecteerd, zoals beschreven onder “Onderhoud”
II. De verwarming van de haard kan in het begin een geur afgeven. Dit is normaal en zal snel
wegtrekken.
III. Als de haard geen warmte afgeeft, controleer of de schakelaar in de goede stand staat.

Waarschuwing
Instructies moeten goed opgevolgd worden, het niet naleven van deze instructies kunnen de

BELANGRIJKE SPECIFICATIES
Waarschuwing
Lees de volgende specicaties zorgvuldig en volg ze op om elektrische
schokken, verwondingen en brandgevaar te voorkomen.
1. Lees de specicaties zorgvuldig door, voordat u het product in gebruik neemt.
2. De haard kan heet worden bij gebruik. Raak de hete onderdelen of lampen niet aan, dit om
verwondingen te voorkomen. Houd ook brandbare materialen (kleren, bedlinnen, meubilair enz.)
minstens 100cm uit de buurt van de haard. Houd de uitlaat van de haard vrij. Zet de haard niet op
een zachte ondergrond omdat dit ook de uitlaat kan blokkeren.
3. Houd dit apparaat uit de buurt van kinderen of personen met beperkte lichamelijke of geestelijke
capaciteiten. Laat ze het apparaat niet gebruiken zonder toezicht.
4. Zet het apparaat niet direct op een tapijt of andere ondergrond die de circulatie van de haard
kan verstoren.
5. Verwijder de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer de haard niet in gebruik is.
6. Let er op dat wanneer u de haard uitschakelt, u alle schakelaars uitzet.
7. Dit product in niet bedoeld voor buiten gebruik.
8. Het is mogelijk dat de haard niet werkt in een vochtige omgeving. Zoals een badkamer. Niet in
de buurt van water plaatsen.
9. Gebruik de haard niet als de kabel beschadigd is. Deze moet vervangen worden door de
fabrikant of gekwaliceerd persoon om risico van gevaar te voorkomen.
10. Leg de kabel niet onder tapijt. Zet geen zware objecten op de kabel.
11. Houd de uitlaat vrij van materialen, om een elektrische schok, brandgevaar of het beschadigen
van de haard voorkomen.
12. Vanwege de mogelijkheid van het ontstaan van een vonk. De haard niet gebruiken in een
ruimte waar gas, verf of andere explosieve en ontvlambare stoffen zijn opgeslagen.
13. Het is niet toegestaan de haard aan te passen. Gebruik de haard alleen zoals hij bedoeld is.
Gebruik anders dan de fabrikant het bedoeld heeft kan leiden tot brandgevaar, elektrische schok-
ken of verwondingen.
14. Als u een verlengsnoer gebruikt, zorg er dan voor dat u een drie aderig verlengsnoer met een
draagvermogen van 250V/16A gebruikt.
15. Als de haard een knipperend licht of piepend geluid maakt is dit een waarschuwing dat de
verwarming oververhit raakt. Wanneer dit gebeurt moet u de haard uitschakelen.
16. Verbrand geen hout of andere materialen in de elektrische haard.
17. Sla niet op het glas van de haard.
18. Gebruik alleen een goed geaard stopcontact.
19. Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact wanneer u de haard schoonmaakt, onderhoud of
verwijderd.
20. Houd de haard en kabels droog bij het verplaatsen en opslaan (water uit de unit verwijderen).
Voorkom beschadiging aan de haard door er voorzichtig mee om te gaan.
21. Om oververhitting te voorkomen moet u de uitlaat vrij laten.

22. De verwarming mag niet direct onder een stopcontact geplaatst worden.
23. Watercontainer legen als u de haard langere tijd niet gebruikt of wilt verplaatsen.
INSTALLATIE
Dit hoofdstuk is voor de installatie van de elektrische haard.
Houd minstens 1cm vrij tussen de elektrische haard en de schouw om installatie te
vereenvoudigen.
De elektrische haard heeft geen rookkanaal nodig.
Waarschuwing
1. Het stopcontact moet goed geaard zijn en een capaciteit hebben van AC230V/15A.
2. Om oververhitting te voorkomen moet u de verwarming niet afdekken. Zet de haard niet
direct op een zachte ondergrond. Dit om de luchtcirculatie niet te verstoren en brandgevaar te
voorkomen.
Installeer de haard op een droge plek, vrij van stof en ontvlambare voorwerpen. Let er op dat
objecten als gordijnen de uitlaat niet blokkeren.
3. Als door het inschakelen van de verwarming het vuurbeeld minder wordt dan kan dit
ondervangen worden door te zorgen dat de schouw op 10 mm afstand van de muur wordt
geplaatst.
Herinnering
1. Het wordt aangeraden de haard in de buurt van een stopcontact te plaatsen om installatie te
vereenvoudigen.
2. Plaats de haard eerst op de gewenste plaats om te kijken of deze bevalt.
3. Het is niet toegestaan deze elektrische haard direct op een muur te plaatsen. Plaats de schouw
op een gewenste locatie of bouw een opening om de haard in te plaatsen. De afmetingen van de
opening moeten zijn:

Zorg ervoor dat wanneer u de elektrische haard plaatst, dit op een droge, veilige en schone
plaats is.
4. Als er geen stopcontact in de buurt van de gewenste plaats is kunt u een elektricien vragen
deze te plaatsen.

WAARSCHUWING
Installeer zelf geen elektrisch circuit naar willekeur. Laat een proffesioneel elektricien dit
voor u doen om brandgevaar en verwondingen te voorkomen.
1. Zet de haard uit met de schakelaar op het apparaat.
2. Stop de stekker in het stopcontact. De kabel hoort langs de muur de liggen.
3. Zet de inzethaard in uw schouw of opening.
4. Zorg ervoor dat de stekker bereikbaar is na de installatie.
5. Haard waterpas neerzetten door het stellen van de pootjes.
Notitie
Wanneer nodig kunt u de proelen aan de zijkant van de cassette makkelijk verwijderen door de
twee schroeven te verwijderen.
WATER BIJVULLEN
1. Als er geen damp meer uit de haard komt hoort u een pieptoon, dit betekent dat u het water bij
moet vullen.
2. Wanneer er niet genoeg water in de water tank zit zal de damp na 3 seconden stoppen.
3. Wanneer de damp stopt, zet de haard uit en haal de stekker uit het stopcontact. Vul de water
tank bij en zet de haard weer aan.
4. Vul de watertank uitsluitend met kraanwater. Gebruik geen gedistilleerd
water.
A. Verwijder de houtset. Houdt er rekening mee dat het houtbed er schuin wordt uitgehaald eerst
rechts omhoog en dan oppakken. Bij terugplaatsen eerst links neerleggen en dan de rechterzijde.
Denk erom bij het wegnemen van de houtset dat er wat condenswater uit kan lopen.

B. Haal de watertank uit de haard.
C. Draai de dop van de watertank om deze te vullen. Voor het terugplaatsen van de
watercontainer goed controleren dat de deze niet lekt. Schroef de dop goed vast.
ONDERHOUD
Waarschuwing
Haal de stekker uit het stopcontact voordat u de haard schoonmaakt of repareert.
Lampen vervangen
Bovenzijde van de lampen regelmatig (elke ca. 150 uur) schoonmaken.
Als er witte of donkere damp uit het apparaat komt, is de kans groot dat er één van de lampen
stuk is. Er zitten 5 of 7 halogeen lampen in de elektrische haard onder de houtset. U hoeft alleen
de lamp die niet werkt te vervangen.
De halogeen lampen in de haard zijn geen normale lampen. Neem contact op met de leverancier
als één van de lampen aan vervanging toe is.
WAARSCHUWING
Om brandwonden te voorkomen, wacht 10 minuten na het uitzetten van het apparaat voordat u de
lampen vastpakt.
I. Specicaties lampen:
Vijf of zeven halogeen lampen, lamp houder is model MR16+C.
Het voltage is AC230V en het wattage is 30W.
II. Hoe vervangt u een lamp:
Haal de houtset van het apparaat zoals getoond bij WATER BIJVULLEN
Haal de defecte lamp uit de lijst en vervang deze met een nieuwe. Let er op dat
de lampen zijn afgekoeld voordat u deze vervangt.

Verdamper schoonmaken
1. Om van het optimale vuurbeeld te kunnen genieten word het aangeraden om de verdamper
elke twee tot vier weken schoon te maken. (de damp zal niet meer dan 30% verminderen na
3000 uur gebruik)
2. Neem de houtset uit het apparaat.
3. Neem de verspreider uit het apparaat zoals hieronder getoond.
Neem de verdamper uit het apparaat en ontkoppel de connector.
4. Gebruik een klein beetje water en een borsteltje om de verdamper schoon te maken. (LET OP!
doe de verdamper niet direct in water om hem schoon te maken)
5. De verdamper is aan slijtage onderhevig en gaat net als de lampen ongeveer 1 jaar mee. Mits
regelmatig gereinigd.

AFSTANDSBEDIENING
I. Afstandsbediening en controlepaneel
Er zijn drie knoppen op het controlepaneel en op de afstandsbediening. De knoppen met dezelfde
afbeelding hebben dezelfde functie
A. HOOFDSCHAKELAAR: Dit is een schakelaar om de haard aan en uit te schakelen. Deze
bevind zich aan de rechter zijde onder de houtset.
B. CONTACT SCHAKELAAR: Dit is een veiligheidsschakelaar. Als de aanschakelaar op 1 staat
zal de houtset een pieptoon geven wanneer deze wordt teruggeplaatst.
C. CONTROLEPANEEL: Er bevinden zich controlepanelen aan beide kanten. Controlepaneel aan
de rechterkant bevat: AAN/UIT, LAAG, HOOG.
Controlepaneel aan de linkerkant bevat: DIMMER+ en DIMMER-
LAAG: druk op deze knop om de verwarming in stand 1 (750W) te zetten, druk hier nogmaals op
om de verwarming uit te schakelen.
HOOG: druk op deze knop om de verwarming in stand 2 (1500W) te zetten, druk hier nogmaals
op om de verwarming uit te schakelen.
DIMMER+ en DIMMER-: vlambeeld aanpassen, dimmer+ voor een hoger vlambeeld en dimmer-
voor een lager vlambeeld.
D. De opening aan beide zijden zijn de ontvangers van de afstandsbediening. Bedek dit rooster

II. Gebruik van de afstandsbediening
Deze haard bevat een afstandsbediening. Deze wordt geleverd
met batterijen. De afstandsbediening werkt niet zonder batterijen,
of wanneer de batterijen leeg zijn. Richt de afstandsbediening
op de haard niet verder dan 5 meter, anders is het mogelijk
dat de afstandsbediening niet naar behoren werkt. Richt de
afstandsbediening naar het juiste rooster.
Er is één hoofdschakelaar en vier knoppen op de afstandsbediening.
Wanneer de cassette versie van de haard ingebouwd is, is het
mogelijk dat u de afstandsbediening hoger moet houden om een
goed bereik te krijgen.
Wanneer u de haard aanzet met de afstandsbediening duurt het
ongeveer 48 seconden voordat de waterdamp begint.
A. Hoofdschakelaar: onder het houtbed zit de hoofdschakelaar (O -
I)
Als deze aan (I) is hoor je een toon om aan te geven dat de stroomvoorziening is aangesloten.
Afstandsbediening:
B.ON / Off: druk op de ON / OFF knop om de interne elektrische stroomvoorziening aan te zetten.
Het indicatie lampje zal oplichten en de lampen onder de houtset zullen aan gaan.
De verwarming zal niet aan gaan als u niet op de high of low knop drukt.
C. Dimmer+ en Dimmer-: Damp aanpassing, dimmer+ voor een hoger vlameffect en dimmer- voor
een lager vlameffect. De unit heeft een geheugenfunctie, dus onthoud de laatste stand. Druk een
paar keer op dimmer+ als u geen damp ziet na 48 seconden.
D. Low/High: als de haard aan staat, druk één keer op Low voor een lage verwarming stand
(700W) en één keer op de High knop voor de hoge verwarming stand (1000W). Druk de knop
nogmaals in om de verwarming stop te zetten.
E. Doe de hoofdschakelaar (O-I) op O als u de haard voor langere tijd niet gebruikt.
Oppervlakte haard schoonmaken
Gebruik een natte doek om het geverfde gedeelte van de haard schoon te maken. Gebruik geen
bijtende schoonmaakmiddelen.
Service
Voor alle aanpassingen buiten de lampen vervangen en de verdamper schoonmaken is het
aangeraden contact op te nemen met de fabrikant.

L’APPAREIL
Si les instructions d’utilisation parlent du chauffage, elles ne concernent que les appareils
MF1530H et MF1510H.
I. Faites attention aux points suivants avant l’installation :
1. Cet insert ne peut être utilisé qu’avec du courant alternatif et la tension de l’alimentation doit
correspondre avec celle indiquée sur l’insert.
2. L’insert ne peut pas être utilisé si les lampes ne fonctionnent pas.
Les lampes doivent être inspectées régulièrement, tel que décrit dans la rubrique « entretien ».
II. Au début, le chauffage de l’insert peut émettre une odeur. Ceci est normal et va disparaitre
rapidement.
III. Si l’insert n’émet pas de chaleur, contrôlez la bonne position de l’interrupteur. Pour plus d’infor-
mations, reportez-vous à la rubrique « utilisation ».

Avertissement
Lisez les instructions suivantes avec attention et suivez-les an d’éviter les
chocs électriques, blessures et incendies.
1. Lisez les spécicités avec attention avant d’utiliser le produit.
2. L’insert peut devenir chaud lors de l’utilisation. Ne touchez pas les éléments chauds ni les
lampes, an d’éviter les blessures. Gardez le matériel inammable (vêtements, draps, meubles,
etc.) à minimum 100 cm de l’insert. Laissez l’échappement de l’insert, libre. Ne mettez pas l’insert
sur une surface molle car ceci peut également bloquer l’échappement.
3. Gardez l’appareil hors de portée des enfants et des personnes aux capacités intellectuelles et
physiques limitées. Ne laissez pas l’appareil fonctionner sans surveillance.
4. Ne mettez pas l’appareil directement sur un tapis ou une autre surface qui pourrait perturber la
circulation de l’insert.
5. Retirez la prise lorsque l’insert n’est pas utilisé.
6. Faites attention d’éteindre tous les interrupteurs lorsque vous retirez la prise.
7. Ce produit n’est pas destiné à une utilisation à l’extérieur.
8. Il est possible que l’insert ne fonctionne pas dans les milieux humides. Gardez l’insert à tout
moment à distance de l’eau.
9. N’utilisez pas l’insert si le câble est endommagé. Celui-ci doit être remplacé par le fabricant ou
une personne qualiée an d’éviter le risque de dangers.
10. Ne mettez pas le câble sous un tapis. Ne mettez pas d’objets lourds sur le câble.
11. N’obstruez pas l’échappement avec un quelconque matériel, an d’éviter un risque de choc,
d’incendie ou d’abimer l’insert.
12. Vu la possibilité d’étincelles, n’utilisez pas l’insert dans une pièce où se trouve du gaz, de la
peinture, ou une autre substance explosive ou inammable.
13. Il n’est pas autorisé d’adapter l’insert. N’utilisez l’insert uniquement qu’à ce qui est prévu.
L’utilisation d’une manière différente que celle prévue par le fabricant peut mener à un danger
d’incendie, un choc électrique ou des blessures.
14. Si vous utilisez quand même une rallonge, optez uniquement pour une rallonge à trois ls
avec une capacité de supporter 250V/16A.
15. Si l’insert fait une lumière clignotante of un bruit grinçant, c’est le signe que le chauffage
surchauffe. Lorsque cela se produit, éteignez l’insert.
16. Ne brûlez pas de bois ou d’autres matériaux dans l’insert électrique.
17. Ne tapez pas sur le verre de l’insert.
18. N’utilisez qu’une bonne prise munie d’une prise de terre.
19. Retirez la prise lorsque vous nettoyez, entretenez ou retirez l’insert.
20. Gardez l’insert et les câbles au sec lorsque vous déplacez et entreposez l’insert (retirer l’eau
de l’unité). Evitez d’endommager l’appareil en le manipulant avec précaution.
21. An d’éviter une surchauffe, laissez l’échappement libre.
22. Le chauffage ne peut pas être placé directement sous une prise.

23. Videz le récipient d’eau lorsque vous n’utilisez pas l’insert pendant une période prolongée ou
que vous voulez le déplacer.
INSTALLATION
Ce chapitre concerne l’installation de l’insert électrique.
Gardez au minimum 1 cm d’écart entre l’insert et la cheminée an de faciliter l’installation.
L’insert ne nécessite pas de canal à fumée.
Avertissement
1. La prise doit être munie d’une bonne prise de terre et avoir une capacité de AC230V/15A.
2 Pour éviter une surchauffe, ne couvrez pas le chauffage. Ne mettez pas l’insert directement
sur une surface molle. Ceci an de ne pas perturber le circulation de l’air et d’éviter un risque
d’incendie. Faites attention que des objets comme les rideaux n’obstruent pas l’échappement.
3. En passant sur l’image du feu de chauffage peuvent souffrir.
Ceci peut être surmonté en plaçant la cheminée de 10 mm de la paroi.
Rappel
1. Il es conseillé de placer l’insert dans les alentours d’une prise an de faciliter l’installation.
2. Placez l’insert d’abord à la place souhaitée an de voir si celle-ci convient.
3. Il n’est pas autorisé de placé l’insert électrique directement contre un mur. Placez l’insert à
l’endroit souhaité ou construisez une ouverture pour placer l’insert. Les dimensions de l’ouverture
doivent être les suivantes :
Veillez à placer l’insert électrique dans un endroit sec, sûr et joli.
4. Si il n’y a pas de prise dans les alentours de l’endroit souhaité, vous pouvez demander à un
électricien d’en placer une.
