Solution
The GPS mode was turned off.
Your phone doesn'tsupport dual-band Wi-Fi.
Your phone has a high-security system and treats it
as unsafe Wi-Fi,refuse to connect.
Wi-Fi still can'tfind after seconds.
The card memory is full. Delete the contents of the SD card.
The card memory is full. 1) Format the memory card and select FAT32 as the file system at the same time.
2) Choose the SD card memory is 32G or less, and the speed is over Class 10.
1) Please check the GPS lights on remote control whether is off.
2) Please check itwhether has GPS signal notification of closing on APP.
3) Turn on the GPS mode during flight outdoor.
Change to another phone.
For android phones, please wait for seconds after connecting with the drone’s Wi-Fi,
if there is any, make sureyour phone treats it as safe Wi-Fi to connect it.
The Wi-Fi connect speed depends on reaction speed of the phone, please try to
refresh the page.
The drone flies indoors (not recommended). Recommend to fly the drone outdoors.
1. The compass is not calibrated correctly. Please operate compass calibrate again.
Turn off GPS to enter indoor mode(not recommended).
2. Do not search GPS signals successfully.
3. It does not switch to the indoor mode if you are
indoor.
Please install the propellers according to the marks in the drone arm.
The propellers are installed incorrectly.
Notice: The drone will automatically rise to 20 meters to return and then land When
below the default altitude.
The default altitude settings of Smart RTH and Low
RTH is 20 meters.
Fly the drone in awindy weather. 1) Adjust to high-speed mode to fly the drone.
2) Do not fly the drone under windy weather.
The drone does not do a right calibration. 1) Put the drone horizontally on the groundfirst.
2) Follow the steps of the User Manual to do the calibration.
Turned off GPS mode. It is recommended to fly outdoors in GPS mode with good GPS signal.
It does not connect to the Wi-Fi successfully. Connect to Wi-Fi Successfully, complete network settings (Refer to page 3 of
DISCLAIMER & SAFETY GUIDELINES).

There has signal interference in the flight
environment. 1) It is recommended to fly in an open area with little wireless signal interference.
The device runs too many programs to reduce the
performance of the mobile device.
1) Close other running program of the mobile device to get the best performance
of the mobile device.
2) Please keep the remote control and phone pointing in the same direction as
the drone during flight.
1) Please go to a open area to fly it.
2) search GPS signal again.
There is signal interference around, such as tall
buildings and trees. Go to the another open-air area to fly the drone.

Step 3 : Compass & Gyroscope Calibration

Step 5 : Unnlocking / Locking theMotor
Rotate the drone horizontally 3 times until the transmitter “beeps”.
Horizontal Calibration is complete.
Rotate the drone vertically 3 times until the transmitter sounds
“Beeps”. When the front navigation lights flashes alternately,
the compass calibration is done.
Keep right joystick at 5 o’clock position for 3 sec and let go, the
gyroscope calibration is complete.

Step 6 : Take-off and Landing
Push the left joystick upward slowly to take off.
Pull down the left joystick slowly to land.
The drone and controller will automaticallysearchfor GPS signals.
It takes 1-2 mins to searchGPS signal, depends on environment.
When all LEDlights of the drone is solid and the transmitter
The drone can only take off when
the motors are unlocked.
Push the left & right joysticks into 5 o’ clock & 7 o’clock positions to unlock.
Operate it again to lock motors and stop working.

Open the Wi-Fi list of phone, connect
the drone’s Wi-Fi “RUKO-U11 PRO-
XXXXXX”, and open the
“RUKO GPS” APP.
Turn on the power.Pull the leftstick into 6 o'clockposition
and let go, all lights of transmitter
flash slowly.
