SABINE,INC.(“SABINE”)warrantsthisproducttobefreefromdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship
foraperiodofone(1)yearfromdateofpurchasePROVlDED,however,thatthislimitedwarranty
isextendedonlytotheoriginalretailpurchaserandissubjecttotheconditions,exclusionsand

Theselimitedwarrantiesshallbevoidandofnoeffectif:
a.Therstpurchaseoftheproductisforthepurposeofresale;or

Sabine’sliabilitytothepurchaserfordamagesfromanycausewhatsoeverandregardlessofthe
formofaction,includingnegligence,islimitedtotheactualdamagesuptothegreaterof$500.00
