Test program INCANTO
In test program it is very easy to locate the broken parts, and the time to adjust it becomes lesser.
To enter in test program the machine has to be turned off, and the hot water steam knob closed
.

  
For entering in Test program push the following key’s
Push the key’s 3 and 4 and turn on the
machine by the main switch.
Rotation anticlockwise of the gear motor
Key 1
Check the right rotation anticlockwise of the gear motor
and that the brewing unit is going upwards correctly.
Check also that the gear motor isn’t noisy
When the gear motor is in work position, the key N°1 will be urned
on.
Rotation clockwise of the gear motor.
Key 2
Check the right rotation clockwise of the gear motor
and that the brewing unit is going downwards correctly.
Check also that the gear motor isn’t noisy.
When the gear motor is in home position, the key N° 2 will be turned
on
Function coffee
grinder
Key 3
Check that the coffee grinder is rotating clockwise.
When the doser is full, the led of the key number 3 will be turned
on.
Check the noise of the coffee grinder

Opening of the doser
Key 4
Check the right function of the doser.
Check that the doser isn’t noisy.
When the doser is activated the led of the key number 3 will be
turned off.
Absorbing resistance coffee boiler
Key’s 1 + 5
Check through the ampere meter if coffee boiler is absorbing
.
Function of the pump
Key 4 + water knob open
Check the right function of the pump.
Check the noise of the pump
.
Functions of the led
Key’s 1+5 water knob open
Check the functions and the lightness of all the led.
Reed sensor for water level.
The water tank has to be empty.
Start taking it off very slowly.
The led D6:
First it has to be turned off
then it has to be turned on
then it has to be turned off again.
Opening the service door.
Open the service door and check that the key number 5 is turned on.
Drip tray.
Take off the drip tray and check that it’s turned on the led number
7 and the key number 5
Brewing unit
Take off the brewing unit and check that the key number 4 is turned
on

Let go of the key’s. Now the machine is in test program.

With this function it is possible to check
the present temperature of the boiler.

Opening the service door

HERE YOU CAN CHANGE AND SET DIFFERENT PARAMETERS AND MACHINE SETTINGS.
TO ENTER THE TEST MODE, PLEASE, PRESS BUTTONS 1 + 3 + 5 WHEN MACHINE IS SWITCHED OFF AND THEN, KEEPING THE FINGERS ON
THE BUTTONS SWITCH THE MACHINE ON. IN THE MENU, PLEASE, FOLLOW THE INDICATING ARROWS TO THE POINT “DIAGNOSIS” AND SELECT
WITH MENU/OK BUTTON. WITH THE ARROW BUTTONS YOU CAN SELECT THE PARAMETERS. WITH THE MENU BUTTON AND THE ARROW
BUTTONS YOU CAN CHANGE THE SETTING VALUES.
