and/or serial# of your unit, and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number. An RMA# allows the support team to better track your product
when it comes in for service. Please show the RMA# on the outside of the
package.

This guide provides instructions on how to use the supplemental wall plate (MVQ-V200-AUX-PLT) in conjunction with the
universal mounting bracket (MVQ-V200-MTPLT) when installing a 32” public display monitor (080-1085).
About the supplemental wall plate
The supplemental wall plate is intended for use in conjunction with the universal mounting bracket in situations when the
mounting surface, such as a berglass partition wall, might not be strong enough to support the weight of the public display
monitor that is being installed.
The maximum thickness of the wall that can be accommodated for this type of installations is 0.5”.
What is included
The MVQ-V200-AUX-PLT wall plate kit contains the following components:
Supplemental
wall plate (1pc.) M6 30 mm mounting
screw (4 pcs.)
M6 at washer (8 pcs.)
M6 split lock washer
(4 pcs.)
M6 nut (4 pcs.)

How to install
Before starting the installation, prepare the following components:
• 32” Public Display Monitor and its Quick Installation and Conguration Guide
• Universal Mounting Bracket and its Installation Guide
• Supplemental Wall Plate.
1 Prepare bracket components and drill holes.
To do so, follow steps 1- 2of the MVQ-V200-MTPLT Mounting Bracket Installation Guide.
2 Install the wall plates.
Refer to the diagram below.
a. Hold the monitor’s wall plate against the mounting surface so the wall plate holes are aligned with the drilled holes.
b. Thread a supplied M6 mounting screw through a supplied at washer.
c. Insert the screw with the washer into one of the holes in the monitor’s wall plate and then into the appropriate drilled
hole.
d. Align the corresponding hole of the supplemental wall plate with the protruding mounting screw on the other side of
the mounting surface.
e. Place the supplemental wall plate onto the protruding screw.
f. Place another at washer and then a split lock washer onto the protruding mounting screw.
g. Thread a supplied M6 nut onto the protruding screw and nger tighten it.
h. Repeat steps b- gfor the remaining screws.
i. Using appropriate tools, fully tighten the nuts.
3 Connect and congure the monitor.
To do so, follow steps 2- 8of the 32” Public Display Monitor Quick Installation and Conguration Guide.
4 Mount the monitor.
To do so, follow steps 4- 5of the MVQ-V200-MTPLT Mounting Bracket Installation Guide.
