NOTE:
If you purchase a 24” x 48” x 84” Garage Shelving unit, some of
the components and steps will vary. The following are not
included:
-24” Center Support
-#10-24 Deck Clip Screw
-#10-24 Wingnut
-Wire Decking Bracket
-1/4”-20 Hex Bolt
-1/4”-20 Hex Nut
Additionally, you will have only recieved 4 Wire Decking units.

Assemble #10-24 Shoulder Bolts and #10-24 Hex Nuts
using the top and bottom holes at the edges of all side
rails..
After selecting desired height, position side rail such
that the shoulder bolts pass through the “teardrop”
holes in the vertical post. Ensure the lip of the side rail
is facing inward and upward.
Using a Rubber Mallet, secure the shoulder bolts into
the “teardrop” holes until the side rail is tight and
secure.
Repeat the process for the 24” side rails. Ensure the lip
of each side rail is facing inward and positioned at the
top of the side rail.
Repeat until all four sides of the shelf frame are in
place.
Position the center support between the two long side
rails and align the with the center holes. Ensure the lip
of the center support is positioned at the top. Secure
the center support using four 1/4” Hex Bolts and
1/4”-20 Hex Nuts. This step is not applicable for the
24” x 48” shelf.

Place wire decking units side by side onto the lips
of the beams within each frame. NOTE: The 48”
shelving uses a single wire decking unit placed
longways.

Repeat steps 1-6 until the whole frame of the rack
is assembled.
Using the wire decking brackets, #10-24 Deck Clip
Screws, and #10-24 Wingnuts, secure the wire decks for
each level. This step is not applicable for the 24”x48”
shelf.
Using a 5/32” allen key, check the tightness of all
shoulder bolts to ensure the rack is sturdy and secure.
