Assemble #10-24 Shoulder Bolts and #10-24 Hex Nuts
using the top and bottom holes at the edges of all side
rails..
After selecting desired height, position side rail such
that the shoulder bolts pass through the “teardrop”
holes in the vertical post. Ensure the lip of the side rail
is facing inward and upward.
Using a Rubber Mallet, secure the shoulder bolts into
the “teardrop” holes until the side rail is tight and
secure.
Repeat the process for the 24” side rails. Ensure the lip
of each side rail is facing inward and positioned at the
top of the side rail.
Repeat until all four sides of the shelf frame are in
place.
Position the center support between the two long side
rails and align the with the center holes. Ensure the lip
of the center support is positioned at the top. Secure
the center support using four 1/4” Hex Bolts and
1/4”-20 Hex Nuts. This step is not applicable for the
24” x 48” shelf.
