IMPORTANT!
READ and FOLLOW these instructions carefully.

These instructions are provided to avoid problems that may occur from
improper assembly or installation.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
IMPORTANT!
Please ensure you are familiar with the fixing
bolts and the aluminium profile uprights.
The T-bolt has a rectangular head with a slot
indicator in the end of the bolt, this indicates
if the T-bolt is correctly located.

Place the Cell Foam on the Bed Base
When the bed base is in place, grab the cell
foam topper and place it onto the bed base.

Insert the Vertical Bars
At each corner of the bed base, insert two T-bolts through the corner bracket, insert
the bolt through the bracket into the aluminium slider to tighten once lined up with
the marker on the bar.
Once it is in place, put the flange nut on to clamp the pole into place. Tighten the
flange nuts with the 13mm spanner to keep the bar secured in place.
Repeat this step on each Corner

Place the PVC Fabric on top of the Foam
Place the PVC Fabric on top of the already placed Cell Foam. Straighten out the
material so that you can get access to the four corners and fully unzip all of them.

Unzip the fabric and place over the vertical bars
Unzip one of the opening panels to release some tension on the fabric. Then place
the corners of the fabric over the vertical bars.
Top Tip: Easier to complete by doing it diagonally.

Attach the Fabric to the Vertical Bars
At each corner of the Siesta attach the fabric to the vertical bars with the clips.

Check Tension of Fabric & Zip Up the Corners
After attaching the Fabric to the Vertical Bars, unzip the opening panels to test the
tension to make sure that the zip opens and closes without any problems.
If there is too much tension, loosen the straps till the zips opens without any
problems
If satisfied with the tension, at each corner zip up the corners to hide the straps.

Clip the Fabric onto the Bed Base
Raise up the bed base and then attach the clips
to the underside of the bed base all the way
around the bed base.

Mattress
Place the mattress inside the bed.
Your Siesta Hi-Lo is now ready to use!
