Safety Instructions
These instructions are intended to ensure that users can use the product
correctly and avoid danger or property damage.
Precautions are divided into Warnings and Cautions.
Warnings: Serious injury or death may occur if any of the warnings
are neglected.
Cautions: Injury or equipment damage may occur if any of the
cautions are neglected.
WARNING
You must be in strict compliance with the electrical safety regulations you
reside and/or operate in.
Input voltage should meet both the SELV (Safety Extra Low Voltage)
and the Limited Power Source with 24 VAC or 12 VDC according to the
IEC60950-1 standard.
Do not connect several devices to one power adapter as overload and/or
overheating may create a fire hazard.
Please make sure that all connector are firmly secured. When the product
is mounted on a wall or ceiling, the product should be securely installed.
If smoke, odor, or noise emits from the device, remove power at once and
unplug all cables.
Proper configuration of all passwords and other security settings is the
responsibility of the installer and/or end-user.

CAUTION
Make sure the power supply voltage is correct before using the camera.
Do not drop the camera or subject it to physical shock.
Do not touch sensor modules with fingers. If cleaning is necessary, use
clean cloth with a bit of ethanol and wipe it gently. If the camera will not
be used for an extended period, please replace the lens cap to protect the
sensor from dirt.
Do not aim the camera at the sun or extra bright places. Blooming or
smearing may occur otherwise (which is not a malfunction), and affect the
endurance of sensor at the same time.
The sensor may be burned out by a laser beam, so when any laser e
quipment is in using, make sure that the surface of sensor will not be
exposed to the laser beam.
Do not place the camera in extremely hot, cold (the operating
temperature shall be -30°C ~+60°C, or -40°C ~ +60°C if the camera model
has an “H” in its suffix), dusty or damp locations, and do not expose it to
high electromagnetic radiation.

The following describes the different connectors that may be encountered on
this camera series.

Ensure the camera is in good condition and all accessories were included.
Ensure the recorder is powered off during installation.
Ensure the mounting surface is sufficient to support the weight of the
camera.

Do not remove the protective film from the dome until installation is
complete.
Do not touch the inside of the cover.

1. Paste the drill template to the desired mounting place.

2. Drill the four screw holes and a cable hole in the vehicle shell according
to the Hole 1 and Hole A on the drill template.
3. Install the screws.
4. Disassemble the camera
Loosen the four screws on the camera cover, and separate the cover from
the mounting base.
5. Align the mounting holes on the mounting base with the holes on the
drilling template on the mounting surface, and insert the prepared
self-tapping screws (see step 2) into the holes.
6. Tighten the four nuts on the back of the surface to secure the mounting
base.

7. Adjust the camera angle.
1) View the camera image via a live view on the camera’s or
recorder’s firmware.
2) Slightly loosen the adjusting screws next to the retaining bracket.
3)Tighten the adjustment screw after adjusting the camera angle.

If the camera is installed outdoors, you can adapt the water-proof
accessory for the network cable after the camera is secured on the
installation surface.
8. Align the cover to camera and fix it by securely tightening the screws
which are embedded together with the cover.
9. Remove the protective film on the dome after installation is complete.

NOTE - Four screws must be tight to assure internal gasket is properly
sealed.

Feed the plugless network cable (7) through the lock nut (6),
waterproof rubber gasket (5) (the rubber gasket inset ridge must face
the waterproof endcap), and the waterproof endcap (4) in order.
Crimp an RJ-45 network plug (3) onto the end of the cable, taking care
to insert the twisted pairs of wires in correct order.
Place the O-type gasket (2) onto the end of the camera’s network
interface socket (1).
Insert the network plug (3) into the camera’s network interface socket (1).
Insert the waterproof rubber gasket (5) into the waterproof endcap (4),
and secure the lock nut (6) with the waterproof endcap (4).
Align the snap on the waterproof endcap (4) with the notch on
the camera’s network interface socket (1), and then secure the
waterproof endcap (4) to the camera’s network interface socket (1)
to finish the installation.

Modifying the IP Address, please input the default IP Address (10.100.100.101)
in a web browser initially and to go on the steps as following;
1)To access on our webcam by default user name “admin”and
password”Sv123456”
2) Press “setting the network”to modify or edit IP Address,subnet mask,
network gateway or HTTP port.
3) Press “login”to activate.
2. Setting IP Address via HTML
1) Run Onvif free open source software

2) Press “Refresh” will indicate all available devices on the screen.
3)To get the IP Address of the webcam from device list.
1. To use Onvif free open source software to access IP Address
Ensure the power cable,audio cable,camera RJ-45 network connector is being
connected before using the webcam.
Please inquire your network administrator to set IP Address, for each webcam
IP Address default as 10.100.100.101.
Users are access to the default IP Address, it will take modifying or confirming
the camera’s network connection settings.

Confirmed your web browser is access to run signed ActiveX controls on PC,
“download the signed ActiveX controls” setting as “prompt”, and enable
“run ActiveX controls and plug-in”.
All the settings route is Internet Explorer, tools, international internet options,
security, reset custom level.
After completing the settings, you may input the default IP Address in the web
browser to access the real-time image of the IP camera. A security alert dialog
box will pop up on the screen, please click”OK”to download ActiveX
components directly from the webcam.
3. Web browser settings and required software components
To access the camera by selecting of admin or guest identity. Default user name
as admin, password: Sv123456. Input and press “login”to access.
