ⅢBasic working principle
The electrostatic battery powered ULV cold fogger use high-power super
speed brushless DC motor, the high speed motor can drive the fan blade
to produce high-speed rotating air, meanwhile, the liquid is delivered to
the micro nozzle with constant flow rate and high speed air flow, under
the action of high-speed rotating air and special structure of nozzle, the
liquid is broken into tiny droplets.
The electrostatic fogger makes the micro droplets with electrostatic
charge, which makes the spraying droplets disperse more widely, adsorb
more strongly and have better uniformity.
ⅣOperation instructions
1. Add the prepared liquid into the tank, and tighten the cap
after adding.Note: Do not add liquid beyond the maximum
capacity of the tank (2L), and do not pour the liquid into the
gap between the tank and shell to avoid battery failure.

2. Booting process:
1) Firstly, hold the contact piece and wear the electrostatic
bracelet.
2) Secondly, turn on round button switch on the right side.
3) Thirdly, switch on the red electrostatic button.

4) When finish the work, turn off the red button first, then
move the hand from the contact piece, and take off the
bracelet, the switch off the round button.
5) After spraying the liquid, first clean the residual liquid in
the tank with clean water, pour it out, and then add a small
amount of clean water to spray for 1-2 minutes, to prevent
the liquid from clogging or corroding the nozzle and pipes.
Ⅴ. Battery usage and maintenance
In order to facilitate continuous work and use by
customers, this machine can optionally be equipped with
one spare battery.
1. Charging instructions: When the battery is charging, the
indicator light of the charger turns red. When the indicator
light of the charger turns green, it means that the battery is
fully charged.
2. The whole machine charging scheme: The machine must
be placed in a safe, dry and normal temperature
environment for charging; the rocker switch must be turned

off to ensure the shutdown state when charging; the
machine should be placed stably when charging, and the
charger plug must be charged with the side of the machine
connect the interface, continue charging until the indicator
light turns green; the charging time is 5-6 hours.

ⅥCommon faults analysis and trouble shooting
1. Fault phenomena: the motor does not run.
Analysis: (1) The battery power is not enough.
Trouble shooting: Check if the rocker switch is open.
Restart the machine to test after charging the battery. (Refer to V.1.)
Analysis: (2) Overload operation and protection device works.
Trouble shooting: Stop working, place it in a ventilated place, it will work
normally after the protection device is released.
2. Fault phenomena: The motor runs but the machine does not spray.
Analysis: (1) The tank is not filled with liquid.
Trouble shooting: Check whether there is liquid in the tank.
Analysis: (2) The tank cap is not tightened.
Trouble shooting: Tighten the tank cap.
Analysis: (3) The nozzle is blocked.
Trouble shooting: Remove the nozzle to clean.
Analysis: (4) The nozzle was not installed correctly after disassemble

the nozzle.
Troubleshooting: Please contact our company to guide the
installation
ⅦCautions
1. The battery should be charged completely before using.
2. If the liquid goes inside the machine, please wait for it to dry completely
before turning on it.
3. The ambient temperature of this product is controlled between 0~40℃,
Do not hit the machine with heavy or sharp objects, to prevent falling
from high places, you must use the special battery configured with this
product. It is strictly prohibited to use other types of batteries to avoid
damage to the product.
4. Please keep the rocker switch closed when you stop using the
equipment and charging.
5. If the machine is not used for a long time, please store the battery fully
charged and charge it once a month.
6. It is forbidden to use strong corrosive liquids. Water-soluble liquids
must be completely dissolved. The liquids added to the tank must be free
of impurities to prevent the pipe from being blocked.
7. Please power off the machine immediately if the following situations

occur during use:
1) Water enters inside the machine;
2) The motor suddenly stops running;
3) The sound of the motor has changed significantly;
4) Leaking liquid in the tank;
5) The motor does not rotate or other abnormal conditions when starting.
8. Power off the machine in time after using, then clean the tank
thoroughly with clean water, and put the product in a safe place to avoid
water, direct sunlight, bumps and children's reach.
9. Except the electrostatic contact piece, it is strictly prohibited to touch
the metal parts of the machine to prevent electric shock during using.
10. It is strictly forbidden to use this product in the rain. It is strictly
forbidden to "plug" or "unplug" the battery plug and charger with wet
hands. The product should be kept away from flammable, explosive and
high temperature places.
11. In case of abnormality, please contact our company. Disassembly
without permission is strictly prohibited.
12.The combustible gas and flammable disinfectant are strictly prohibited.
13.When you turn on or off the electrostatic switch, please be sure to
touch the electrostatic contact piece with your hand or wear the
electrostatic bracelet.

ⅧWarranty Service
1. One-year warranty is provided for the main components of the machine
List of major components:
1) Motor
2) Electronic control board
3) Battery (warranty for liquid leakage, plastic shell cracking, etc.
Except for human factors and external damage, water enters into the
battery bottom.)
4) Power adapter
5) Tank
6) Nozzle
Parts that are not in the main components list are offered with warranty
for 3 months (human factors, external damage or improper use are not
included)

2. The below circumstances are not included in the warranty service:
1) The blockage and damage of equipment because of using strong
corrosive liquid.
2) The faults or damage because of manipulating the structure and
replacing the parts of equipment without authorization.
3) Not following the instructions of use and maintenance.
4) Man-made damage caused by improper or overuse.
5) Damage caused by irresistible natural forces, such as earthquakes,
floods, fires, etc.
