DESCRIPTION OF PARTS
1. Cover
2. Sealing Wire
3. Suction Nozzle
4. Polyethylene Roll
(Polyethylene Film)
5. Indicator Light
HOW TO USE
Make the Bag
1. Place the unit on a flat, level surface and plug into a 120 volt outlet.
2. Lift the cover and place the Polyethylene Roll so that it unwinds from the
bottom of the Roll.
3. When starting a new Roll, pull the Polyethylene Film about 1/2" (1.25 cm)
over the Sealing Wire and make sure that the Polyethylene Film lies
smoothly.
4. Close the Cover and make a seal on the Film by pressing down both
areas that are marked ‘sealing’ on the right and left hand corners of the
Cover. The Indicator Light will go on and remain on for 10 seconds.
DO NOT SEAL LONGER THAN 10 SECONDS. When the Indicator Light
goes out release pressure on Cover. NOTE: The sealing time can be
shortened by simply lifting the Cover.
5. Lift the Cover. Remove excess 1/2" (1.25cm) of Polyethylene Film. Unroll
Polyethylene Film to the desired bag width and seal again.(Follow directions
in #4 above) This will simultaneously create the first seam for the next bag
and separate the current bag from the rest of the Roll.
NOTE: DO NOT MAKE THE BAG LONGER THAN 11" (27.5 cm)
AS YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SEAL THE TOP OF THE BAG.
