REINIGEN & ONDERHOUD
1. Dompel het voorgedeelte van het spuit-
pistool in oplosmiddel tot de vloei-
stofaansluiting bedekt is.
2. Verf op het pistool moet verwijderd worden
met een zachte borstel en oplosmiddel.
3. Dompel nooit het hele spuitpistool onder in
oplosmiddel omdat: Hierdoor het smeer-
middel in de leren pakking en op slijtdelen
zal oplossen, waardoor ze opdrogen en er
problemen ontstaan tijdens gebruik en
sneller slijtage ontstaat. Luchtkanalen
in het pistool verstopt zullen raken met
vuil oplosmiddel.
4. Gebruik een met oplosmiddel bevochtigde
doek en reinig de buitenkant van het pistool.
5. Smeer het pistool dagelijks. Gebruik alleen
een druppel dunne machineolie op:
A. pakking van vloeistofnaald
B. pakking van luchtventiel
C. trekkerdraaipunt
Zie fig. 1 voor de locatie van de boven-
staande punten.
6. Gebruik geen harde voorwerpen voor het
reinigen van de ventilatieopening.

REINIGUNG UND WARTUNG
1. Tauchen Sie das vordere Ende der Sprüh-
pistole in Lösungsmittel ein, bis der
Flüssigkeitsanschluss gerade bedeckt ist.
2. Lackrückstände auf der Sprühpistole sollten
mit einer Borstenbürste und Lösungsmittel
entfernt werden.
3. Tauchen Sie die Sprühpistole niemals ganz in
Lösungsmittel ein. Dies hat folgende gründe:
Hierdurch wird das Schmiermittel in der
Ledermanschette und auf den Verschleiß-
flächen gelöst. Diese Bereiche trocknen
dann aus und bewirken Schwierigkeiten im
Betrieb und einen schnelleren Verschleiß.
Die Luftdurchgänge in der Sprühpistole
setzen sich mit verschmutztem Lösungs-
mittel zu.
4. Wischen Sie die Außenseite der Sprühpistole
mit einem mit Lösungsmittel getränkten
Lappen ab.
5. Ölen Sie die Sprühpistole täglich. Benetzen
Sie folgende Bereiche mit einem Tropfen
Leichtmaschinenöl:
A. Flüssigkeitsnadeldichtung
B. Luftventildichtung
C. Auslöser-Drehpunkt
Die Lage der genannten Punkte sehen Sie in
Abb. 1.
6. Verwenden Sie zum Reinigen der Entlü-
tungsöffnung keine harten Gegenstände.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN
1. Immergez la partie avant du pistolet dans du
solvant jusqu’à ce que le raccord de liquide
soit couvert.
2. La peinture qui s’est accumulée sur le
pistolet doit être retirée à l’aide d’une brosse
de soies de porc et de solvant.
3. N’immergez jamais complètement le pistolet
de pulvérisation dans le solvant :
La graisse au niveau de la garniture en cuir
et des surfaces d’usure sera dissoute, ce qui
entraînera leur assèchement, un fonction-
nement difficile et une usure plus rapide.
Les conduites d’air du pistolet seront
obstruées par du solvant sale.
4. Essuyez la partie extérieure du pistolet avec
un chiffon humidifié avec du solvant.
5. Graissez quotidiennement le pistolet.
Appliquez une goutte d’huile pour machine
sur :
A. la garniture de l’aiguille de liquide
B. la garniture de la soupape d’air
C. le point pivot du déclencheur
Reportez-vous à l’ill. 1 pour localiser les
points ci-dessus.
6. N’utilisez pas d’objets rigides pour nettoyer
l’orifice de ventilation.

CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
1. Immerse the front part of the spray
gun in solvent until the liquid
dust connection is covered.
2. Paint on the gun must be removed
with a soft brush and solvent.
3. Never immerse the entire spray gun in
solvent because: This causes the lubrication
agent in the leather gasket and on wearing
parts will dissolve, causing them to dry up
and problems arise during use and faster
wear. Air Ducts will get clogged in the gun
with dirty solvent.
4. Use a solvent moistened cloth and clean
the outside of the gun.
5. Lubricate the gun daily. Use only a drop of
thin machine oil on:
A. Fluid Needle Packing
B. air valve gasket
C. tractor pivot
See fig. 1 for the location of the top
standing points.
6. Do not use hard objects for it
cleaning the ventilation opening.
