example,
certain sensitive communications
between
the
TV
and
the Internet
servers
are
encrypted.
In
addition, the
TV's
operating
system
has
adopted controls to preventthe installation ofunauthorized applications.
Although
we
take
steps
to protectyourSmart
TV
and
personal
information,
no
Internet-connected
device
or
transmission
is
completely
secure
.
We
therefore
encourage
you
totake additional
steps
to
safeguard
your
TV,
secure
your Internet
connection,
and
minimizethe risk ofunauthorized

When
Samsung
releases
software updates to improve the securityofyourTV,

receive

0 ONE CONNECT
To connect the One Invisible Connection tothe One Connect and your TV, follow these steps :
1. Afterthe TV is completelyset up and placed in itsfinal position, connect thethickerconnectorofthe One Invisible
Connection tothe TV, and then connect thethinnerconnectorto the One Connect as shown in Steps 1to 4 above.
WARNING: Make sure thatboth connectors are fully and firmly connected. Ifeitherconnecter is not connected
properly, there is adangerof severe electric shock.
2. Connect the One Connect AC power cord tothe One Connect, and then connectthe cord toawall outlet as shown
in Step 5 above.
WARNING: Followthe directions exactly. Be sure toconnectthe power cord to thewall outlet as the last step.
Always disconnectthe power cord from the wall outletbefore disconnecting the One Invisible Connection from
the
back ofthe TVorfrom the One Connect.

It\. • When connecting the One Invisible Connection, use a Bending Cover, which preventsthe cab leofthe
Ln One Invisible Connection from being bentata90 degree angle, to bend the cable. Fa ilureto do so may
cause damage tothe cable.
• When connecting the One Invisible Connection, pay attention tothe shapes and si zes ofits connectors so
thatthey are connected correctly. Failure to do so may cause product malfuncti on.
• When connecting the One Invisible Connection, be careful nottotwistthe cable ofthe One Invisible
Connection. Failure to do so may cause performance degradation ofthe TV or damage tothe cable.
• When arranging the remaining cable, referto thefigure above forthecorrect arrangement.
•
Take care nottosubjectthe cable to any ofthe actions below. The One Invisible Connection contains a
power circuit. You could damage the cable and subjectyourselfto an electric shock.
• Handle the One Connect box carefully. It is heavy.

Providing proper ventilation foryourTV
When you installyour TV and One Connect, maintain a distance ofat least 4 inches between the TV and One Connect
with otherobjects (walls, cabinet sides, etc.) to ensure properventilation. Failing to maintain properventilation may
result in afire oraproblem with the product caused by an increase in its internaltemperature.
When you installyourTVwith a stand orawall mount, we strongly recommend you use parts provided by Samsung
Electronics only. Using parts provided by anothermanufacturer may cause difficultieswiththe productor result in
injury caused by the productfalling.
Safety Precaution: Securing the TV to the wall to prevent falling
Caution: Pulling, pushing, orclimbing on the TV may cause the TV tofall. In particular, ensure
yourchildren do not hang on ordestabilizethe TV. Th isaction may cause the TV to tip over,
causing serious injuriesordeath. Followall safety precautions provided in the Safety Flyer
included withyour TV. For added stability and safety, you can purchase and installthe anti-fall
device as described below.
WARNING: Never place atelevision set in an unstable location. The television set may fall, causing serious
personal injuryordeath. Many injuries, particularlyto children, can be avoided by taking simple precautions
such as
• Using cabinets or stands recommended by the manufacturerofthe television set.
• Only using furniturethat can safelysupportthe television set.
• Ensuring the television set is not overhanging the edge ofthesupporting furniture.
• Not
placing the television set on tallfurniture (for example , cupboards or bookcases) without ancho r ing
both thefurniture and thetelevision setto asuitable support.
• Not
placing thetelevision set on cloth or othermaterials that may be located between the television
set and supporting furniture.

Educating children aboutthe dangers of climbing on furnitureto reach thetelevi sion set oritscontrol s.
If you are retaining and relocating thetelevision set that you are replacing with this new set, you should
