Safety Warnings
Read all instructions before using these speakers and keep them for future reference.
• Use only voltage specied on the rating label of the speaker.
• Do not place speakers close to heat sources, such as radiators and heaters.
• These speakers are intended for household use only and not for commercial or industrial use.
• Use these speakers only as described in this Instruction Manual. Any other use is not recommended
by the manufacturer and may cause re, electric shock or injury.
• Always operate on a at horizontal surface. Do not place the speakers on an unstable table, stand,
tripod or bracket.
• If the mains cable is damaged, it must be replaced by a qualied electrician in order to avoid a
hazard.
• Do not use these speakers outdoors, or on wet surfaces. Avoid spilling liquid on the speakers. Keep
the speakers dry and avoid contact with damp or wet areas.
• Do not block the openings in the speaker cabinets, never push objects into the speaker vents or
slots because of re or electric shock hazards, and provide sucient space around the speakers for
proper ventilation.
• Only use attachments/accessories specied by the manufacturer.
• For added protection during lighting storms, unplug the speakers from the mains socket and turn
o the computer.
• Unplug the speakers when not in use for a long period of time.
• Do not expose these speakers to rain or moisture to reduce the risk of electric shock.
• Place the speakers away from strong electro magnetic environments.
• These speakers are not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given
supervision or instruction concerning the use of the speakers by a person responsible for their
safety.
• Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the speakers.
• This appliance is intended for normal indoor, household use only.

issues.

Remove all items from the packaging. Retain the packaging. If you dispose of it please do so
according to local regulations.

Connections
Ensure all system and devices are turned o before connecting any cables.
Connecting Speakers
Connect the speaker cables at the back of the left speaker to the SPK OUT socket at the
back of the right speaker.
Connecting the Power
• This unit is designed to operate with an AC power supply.
• Connecting the unit to any other power source may damage the unit. Unwind the mains
cable to its full length. Connect the end of the cable to the DC IN socket at the rear of
the unit and then connect the mains plug to the mains socket. Make sure the mains plug
is rmly inserted into the mains socket. The unit is now connected and ready to use.
• To switch the unit o completely, unplug the mains plug from the mains socket.

Connecting Audio Device
1. Adjust the volume to minimum rst to avoid the voice is over.
2. Use a 3.5mm to 3.5mm stereo audio cable to connect your PC or other audio device to
the Right Speaker’s AUX IN socket.
3. Adjust the volume to your desired level by pressing the volume +/– buttons.
4. Check that your PC volume level is sucient.

General Operation
Powering ON/OFF
When you rst connect the unit to the mains socket, the unit will be in OFF mode.
• Press and hold the SOURCE button to switch the unit to ON mode. The LED indicator
will light up.
• Press and hold the SOURCE button to switch the unit to OFF mode. The LED indicator
will turn o.
• When the unit is idle for approximately 20 minutes, it will automatically switch
to standby. The LED indicator will turn o.
• Please turn the unit o completely to save energy when not in use.
Selecting Modes
Press SOURCE repeatedly to switch between Bluetooth and AUX modes. The LED indicator
will light up blue and red respectively.
Adjusting the Volume
Press VOLUME +/– to adjust the volume.

• If the signal strength is weak, your Bluetooth receiver may disconnect, but it
will re-enter pairing mode automatically.
• For better signal reception, remove any obstacles between the unit and the
Bluetooth device.
• This can only be paired with one Bluetooth device at one time.
• Compatibility with all devices and media types is not guaranteed.
• Some mobile phones with the Bluetooth function may connect and disconnect
as you make and end calls. This is not an indication of a problem with your unit.
Bluetooth® Operation
The unit has a Bluetooth function that can receive a signal within 10 metres. Pair the unit
with a Bluetooth device to listen to music:
1. Switch to Bluetooth mode, the LED indicator will illuminate when it is turned on for
the rst time, or when it is in pairing mode, or when it is searching for a device with
Bluetooth® technology. The unit will also beep.
2. “SSP20BT15”will appear on your Bluetooth device.
3. Select “SSP20BT15” and enter “0000” for the password if necessary.
4. To disconnect the Bluetooth function, or disable the function from your Bluetooth
device.
Ensure the unit is fully unplugged from the computer before cleaning.
Maintenance
• To clean the unit, wipe the case with a slightly moist, lint-free cloth.
• Do not use any cleaning uids containing alcohol, ammonia or abrasives.
• Do not spray aerosol at or near the unit.

Hints and Tips
If a problem does occur, it may often be due to something very minor. The following table
contains various tips.
Issue Cause / Solution
No power • Make sure the mains plug is fully inserted into the mains
socket.
• Make sure that the ON mode is selected.
No Sound • Adjust the volume dial, it may not be turned up.
• Check the unit is fully connected.
• Check your computer is not united.
Static Sound • Another device may be interfering with the unit. Move the
device away from the unit.
• Volume is too high. Adjust the volume control.
I cannot find
“SSP20BT15” on my
Bluetooth device
• Ensure the Bluetooth function is activated on your
Bluetooth device.
If any functional abnormality is encountered, unplug the unit from the mains
socket and reconnect it again.
