1. Product Overview
GPS Camera Tracker integrates GPS and GSM functions, which
could send vehicle location and status to mobile and Internet. It can track the
vehicles remotely and transmit image of the vehicle to Internet through camera.
The system structure is as below:

2.1. Real-time Monitoring.
Because of the main communication of the system are GPRS and the
Internet. it makes GPS products can monitoring uninterrupted and
implementation for the second time in the car, GPS control center can
achieve real-time traffic monitoring.
2.2. GPS Orientation, GPS receiver will output a complete
position.
2.3. Automatic Report Position/Status
Data content: vehicle status, ACC status, time, longitude latitude, speed,
direction, alarm information, petrol status.
2.4. History Playback.
You can Replay the track of the car what and when do you want to know
include moving route, speed, time.
2.5. Remote modify vehicle setup,

2.6. Automatic keeps GPRS alive.
2.7. Speeding Report.
When vehicle is out of predefined speed, a report will be generated on
the control center immediately.
2.8. Geo-fence.
When UNIT is out of these predefined zones, a report will be generated.
2.9 Cut off power & gas supply remotely.
Input the password and then click stop car.
2.10 Emergency Help.
With a emergency button to call control center when accident is befell.
When you need help please press the emergency switch for 3 seconds.

2.12 Fuel monitoring
There is signal wire to connect with the oil meter, the oil consumption
record will save in the server, and you can see the total amount petrol on
the software at percent.

Note: The following should add the corresponding optional accessories!
2.13 History data store even power off(optional).
The device can be add a memory chip to store up to 5000 messages
even GPRS network unavailable and system can not send message to
server.
2.14 Network Camera(optional).
You can take a photo in the car and send to the control center via
GPRS .

5. nstallation
5.1 Preparations before installation
A. Open the package, according to the packing list, check whether the
equipment models are correct and the fittings are complete.
Packing list is as follows: Car terminal main unit, power harness, GPS
antenna, GSM antenna, relays, and user manual.
B. This series of products are sophisticated high-tech electronic
equipment, we suggest that you choose professional people to install
and debug.
C. Please install the equipment as the following orders and not invert.
Please cut off the power when install.

5.2. Install the SIM card
Each device need insert a GSM sim card.
A.SIM card test:
Please use the ordinary GSM mobile phone to test the GSM SIM card.
--If the SIM card has boot-strap password, please remove or cancel it.
--dial test
--answer the call test
--GPRS network connection test
B. Sim card install:
There is a yellow button on the right of the terminal device, press the
button, SIM card slot will be pop-up. Fix the card then push it in(SIM card
mustn’t be anti-installed.
5.3. GPS antenna location
1). the receiving surface of GPS antenna should be put upward (to the
sky), and make sure there is no metal covering or shielding it.
2). GPS antenna recommended location
a）Concealment of front shield glass downwards
b）Concealment of front instrument panel（surface is nonmetallic）
downwards
c）Under the decorative board of Rear shield glass downwards
d）Inside of front bumper (surface is nonmetallic)
e）Downwards wiper board（surface is nonmetallic）
Notes: Does change the GPS antenna location in case there is
insulation or heater on shield glass to avoid weaken GPS to receive

signal and malfunctioning of GPS.
3）Put GPS antenna absorb on the metal, or cling firmly through wide
sponge twin adhesive. No dismantling of casing of GPS antenna.
4）Hide the GPS wire and put it near the main unit, and plug the antenna
to the corresponding socket on the main unit.
5.4. GSM Antenna location

a）Concealment of the Front panel downwards
b）Under the decorative board of Rear shield glass downwards
c）Concealment below the seat
2）Hide the GSM wire and put it near the main unit, and plug the antenna
to the corresponding socket on the main unit.
Notes: GSM antenna and GPS antenna can not concatenate. No
twining between GSM wire and GPS wire to avoid interference. Put it as
far as away from speaker.
5.5 Choose the main unit position and fix.
To avoid thief’s damage, the main unit position should be concealed
Avoid placing together with the emission source, such as reversing radar,
anti-theft system and other car communicating equipment; can use
screw or strong double-sided adhesive paste to fix.
Suggesting installing positions:
--in the dashboard before the host seat
--in the dashboard before the vice-seat.
--in the centre console of the car.

Notice: We suggest install the device by the professional car
technician.
5.6. Power Supply
1.) The standard electric supply of this system is +9V-36V, with the red
wire positive and black one negative. Do not make the positive electrode
use together with the following device:
A. Storage battery;
B. Vehicle ignition switch;
C. Other alarming system
2.) The Negative electrode has to connect earth singly, ground earth. No
connecting together with other ground wire.

5.9 Installation and Test:
Please test after installation. If you don’t need some functions, you can
disconnect corresponding interface. Please make sure ACC, DC, GND
installed correctly. Otherwise, the device cannot work. Please check the
device status through signal light after power on:
LED1 is off which indicates there is no power.
LED2 flashes for one second which indicates GSM registers
successfully.
LED2 flashes three seconds once which indicates GPS is obtaining

LED2 is on which indicates work successfully that GSM has registered
and GPS has obtained the orientation.
If LED 2 is on 0.1 second then off 0.1 second for more than 3 minutes,
please make sure SIM card inserts well. Without SIM card, the device
cannot work.
6. SMS Operation nstruction

1). ******is the password, Initial Password is 000000
2). cmd is the command ID.
3). Param is the command parameter. Different cmd use different
parameters.All the parameters must use half-angle symbol. Wrong SMS
format or wrong password, it will not get the SMS reply.

Note:000000 is the old password ,123456 is the new password., Reply：
Set Password OK!
6.3 Real-time return setting (002)

(Note: XXX=0 is for STOP, value of XXX is within [15~64800] seconds.)
e.g.A000000,002,30
Message replied after successful setting: Set time interval (30) OK!
Message contains position information will be sent in every three
seconds after successful setting: Longitude E114.04577 Latitude

6.4 Alarm/Listen Number setting
Message format：AA******,003,P, TelNumber
Note:
P=1 is for SOS and listen
P=2 or 3 is the second\ the third listen number.
e.g.A000000,003,1,136xxxxxxxx
Message replied after successful setting：Set Telephone OK!
Keep pressing SOS button for 2 second. The device will send
emergency SMS and dial the number you set as SOS number.

If you dial with your listen number, it can be connected automatically
after the 7th diabol. Then you can listen the voice in the vehicle.
6.5 Over-speed Alarm Setting (005)

Note:
XX is for SPEED, =00, OFF ,=XXX, unit: km/h, e.g.A000000,005,020
Message replied after successful setting: Set Over speed (20) KM OK!
If the vehicle is over speed you set, it will send alarm SMS to SOS
mobile number. E.g. 20 KM/H Over speed!

When XX=0, e-Fence is OFF. And the maximum limited value of XX is

Reply: Set Distance (1000)M OK!When user is out of the bound region
(e.g. 1020m), a prompt message will be sent to the user: 1020m is
further than 1000m!
6.7 Engine Cut-off Setting (007)

X=0 cut off engine , x=1 resume engine

Note：XX is number from 0 to 100, which corresponds to fuel percentage.
For example: if the fuel meter shows 50% fuel, (A000000,017,50),and
the device checking value is 170, it will reply: Oil interval (50:170)!You
can view fuel change curve in GPS Vehicles Tracking system.
6.9 Open/Close camera function (019)

X=0 close camera function, x=1 open camera function

7.GPRS Communications Settings
7.1 Set APN (APN(Access Point NAME)
Message format:A******,012,APN
Length of APN is limited within 100 characters. And APN is required for
the first time use only. E.g:A000000,012,cmnet .e.g.A000000,012,cmnet
“cmnet”is the APN of China Mobile
7.2 Set the IP and Port of Gprs_Server

length of IP is limited within 15 digits and length of Port number is
limited within 5 digits.e.g.A000000,010,121.37.58.10,6903
121.37.58.10 is the IP of GPRS_server, 6903 is the port of
GPRS_Server application (be in communication with Vehicle terminal)
7.3 Open GPRS function
Message format: A******,011,X
(note:x=1 open GPRS, X=0 close GPRS)
e.g.A000000,011,1
GPRS function will be open, and send data to gprs server,otherwise, it
can not send and receive data through GPRS. Users can turn off this
function though SMS:A000000,011,0
7.4 Query the GPRS Setting
Message format:A******,004
The device will send back GPRS setting parameter. You can check
whether the parameter sets correctly by it.
（1）Device ID
（2）APN (China Mobile is CMNET, China Unicom 为UNINET)
（3）Server IP address
（4）Server port number
（5）GPRS open status（0- off ，1- on）
（6）GPRS connecting status（0- Internet is bad，1- work well）

（7）GSM signal value（1~31），lower than 15 shows the signal is weak
and the communication works badly.
8. GPS tracking system on website
8.1 User Login:
Google Map it is support many different languages. It can change
language for different country by itself .
8.2 Vehicle real time tracking
Please enter Vehicle tracking: 1 choose vehicle 2 map mode 

8.5 Fuel graph
Shows as above:
1 It shows normal fuel consumption. The fuel decreases slowly.
2 It shows abnormal fuel consumption, and it decreases straightly. It may
be fuel leak or fuel stolen.
3 It shows the fuel increases straightly. It should be in fuel up.
4 It shows the fuel without change. It should be in parking.
