Folgende Symbole werden in der Gebrauchsanleitung und auf dem Typenschild verwen-
det.
1. Zum Kennenlernen
Die elektrische Zahnbürste ist für das tägliche Zähnereinigen entwickelt worden. Die Bors-
ten sind abgerundet und haben 2 Längen. Sie helfen den Zahnschmelz und das Zahn-
fleisch in gutem Zustand zu erhalten, indem Sie eine Tiefenreinigung der schwer zugängli-
chen Stellen ermöglichen. Als Ergebnis erhalten Sie ein lang anhaltendes Frischegefühl
und reine Zähne.
Zusätzlich bietet Ihnen die Zahnbürste folgende Vorteile:

2. Bestimmungsgemäßer Gebrauch
WARNUNG
•Kinder unter 3 Jahren dürfen die elektrische Zahnbürste nicht verwenden.
•Dieses Gerät ist nicht dafür bestimmt, durch Personen (einschließlich Kinder)
mit eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen Fähigkeiten o-
der mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu werden, es sei
denn, sie werden durch eine für Ihre Sicherheit zuständige Person beaufsich-
tigt oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gerät zu benutzen ist. Kinder
beaufsichtigen, damit sie nicht mit dem Gerät spielen.
Verwenden Sie das Gerät nur zum Reinigen der Zähne und zur Zahnfleischmassage. Das
Gerät ist nur für den Einsatz im häuslichen/privaten Umfeld bestimmt, nicht im gewerbli-
chen Bereich. Bei nicht bestimmungsgemäßem Gebrauch oder falscher Handhabung kann

3. Sicherheitshinweise
Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung vollständig und sorgfältig! Ein Nichtbeachten der
nachfolgenden Hinweise kann Personen- oder Sachschäden verursachen. Bewahren Sie
die Gebrauchsanleitung auf und machen Sie diese auch anderen Anwendern zugänglich.
Übergeben Sie diese Anleitung bei Weitergabe des Gerätes.
WARNUNG Stromschlag
Die Ladestation steht unter Strom solange sie ans Stromnetz angeschlossen ist.
Es besteht Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag! Beachten Sie darum unbedingt:
•Der Standort der Ladestation muss einen Sicherheitsabstand zu Badewannen,
Duschen, Schwimmbecken, Waschbecken und wassergefüllten Gefäßen auf-
weisen. Gemäß der VDE-Vorschrift 0100 beträgt der Sicherheitsabstand min-
destens 60 cm, wir empfehlen einen Abstand von mindestens 1 Meter. Wenn
die Ladestation dennoch in das Wasser gefallen ist, ziehen Sie sofort den
Netzstecker und lassen Sie das Gerät vor erneutem Gebrauch von einem
Fachmann überprüfen. Dies gilt auch, wenn das Netzkabel oder die Ladestati-
on beschädigt sind.
•Die eingesteckte Ladestation nie mit feuchten oder nassen Händen anfassen.
Fassen Sie die eingesteckte Ladestation nie an, wenn die Ladestation selbst
feucht oder nass ist oder wenn Sie auf feuchtem Boden stehen. Tauchen Sie
das Gerät nie in Wasser und schützen Sie es vor jeglicher Feuchtigkeit.
•Die Netzspannung muss der auf dem Typenschild des Gerätes angegebenen
Spannung entsprechen. Das Gerät darf ausschließlich an einer Steckdose mit
Fehlerstrom-Schutzeinrichtung betrieben werden.
•Prüfen Sie die Ladestation samt Netzkabel sowie das Griffgerät regelmäßig
auf Schadstellen. Ein beschädigtes Gerät darf nicht benutzt werden. Öffnen
Sie das Gerät niemals selber. Wenden Sie sich in diesem Fall an den Kun-
dendienst oder an einen autorisierten Händler.
•Das Gerät und die Zuleitung dürfen nicht mit heißen Oberflächen oder scharf-
kantigen Gegenständen in Berührung kommen.
•Ziehen Sie den Stecker niemals am Kabel aus der Steckdose.
•Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker im Falle von Betriebsstörungen, bei der Reinigung
und wenn die Ladestation nicht in Gebrauch ist.
•Netzkabel nicht knicken oder um die Ladestation wickeln.
•Gerät nicht im Freien betreiben.
•Das Gerät keinesfalls selbst reparieren. Lebensgefahr durch Stromschlag!
WARNUNG Gefahren für Ihre Gesundheit
•Bei den ersten Anwendungen kann es zu leichten Zahnfleischblutungen kom-
men. Falls das Zahnfleischbluten länger als 2 Wochen andauert, befragen Sie
Ihren Zahnarzt.
•Bei chirurgischen Eingriffen am Zahn(-fleisch), die circa 2 Monate zurücklie-
gen, befragen Sie vor der Benutzung dieser Zahnbürste Ihren Zahnarzt.
•Wechseln Sie die Aufsteckbürste, falls die Borsten abgeknickt sind. Wechseln
Sie die Aufsteckbürste aus hygienischen Gründen auch, falls das Gerät fallen
gelassen wurde.
•Wenden Sie sich vor Verwendung dieses Gerätes an Ihren Arzt, wenn Sie
einen Herzschrittmacher oder andere elektrische Implantate tragen.

5. Inbetriebnahme
Auspacken
WARNUNG
•Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Verpackungsfolien nicht in die Hände von Kindern
gelangen. Es besteht Erstickungsgefahr!
•Netzkabel vor Gebrauch des Gerätes abwickeln und auf volle Länge ziehen.
Entfernen Sie sämtliche Verpackungen und bewahren Sie diese für die spätere Lagerung
auf. Wenn Sie beim Auspacken einen Transportschaden bemerken, setzen Sie sich mit
Ihrem Händler in Verbindung.
Wandmontage
Die Ladestation können Sie mit Hilfe des Montage-Sets an der Wand befestigen.
WARNUNG
Achten Sie bei der Montage darauf, dass weder in elektrische Leitungen noch in
Kabel oder Wasserrohre hineingebohrt wird.

1. Suchen Sie eine geeignete Stelle im Badezimmer.
2. Markieren Sie auf der Wand 2 vertikal liegende Bohrlöcher mit
einem Durchmesser von jeweils 6 Millimetern. Der Abstand der
Befestigungslöcher ist durch die Wandhalterung vorgegeben.
3. Bohren Sie nun die Bohrlöcher in die Wand und setzen Sie die
Dübel (A2) ein.
4. Entfernen Sie die Wandhalterung von der Ladestation, indem Sie diese nach unten
schieben (Bild 1).
5. Befestigen Sie die Wandhalterung mit den beiden Schrauben (A1) fest an die Wand
(Bild 2).
6. Schieben Sie nun wieder die Ladestation von oben auf die befestigte Wandhalterung
(Bild 3).

Akkugerät aufladen
Vor der ersten Anwendung muss der im Griffgerät eingebaute Akku vollständig geladen
werden. Der Ladevorgang dauert mindestens 24 Stunden. Das Griffgerät bietet danach
eine Betriebsdauer von etwa 60 Minuten.
1. Schließen Sie die Ladestation (5) an die auf dem Typenschild angegebene Netzspan-
nung an.
2. Setzen Sie das Griffgerät (4) so auf die Ladestation (5), dass die Bedienknöpfe nach
vorne zeigen. Sobald das Griffgerät geladen wird, leuchtet die Ladeanzeige (3) rot.
Wenn die Ladung zu Beginn des Ladevorganges sehr schwach ist, blinkt die Ladean-
zeige bis zu mehreren Stunden lang rot und wechselt dann in ein durchgängig rotes
Leuchten. Bei voller Ladung leuchtet die Ladeanzeige grün. Durch den eingebauten
Überladeschutz kann der Akku nicht überladen werden.
3. Das Griffgerät bleibt immer in voller Betriebsbereitschaft, wenn Sie es für den täglichen
Gebrauch in der Ladestation stehen lassen. Der eingebaute Überladeschutz verhindert
eine Beschädigung des Akkus.
Sie erhalten eine maximale Kapazität des Akkus, wenn Sie den Akku mindestens einmal
alle 6 Monate entladen. Trennen Sie dazu die Ladestation (5) vom Netz und entleeren Sie
den Akku durch normale Benutzung. Laden Sie den Akku danach wieder vollständig auf.

6. Benutzung der Zahnbürste
Zähne putzen
WARNUNG
Bei den ersten Anwendungen kann es zu leichten Zahnfleischblutungen kommen.
Falls das Zahnfleischbluten länger als 2 Wochen andauert, befragen Sie Ihren
Zahnarzt.
ACHTUNG
•Schalten Sie das Griffgerät beim Wechseln der Aufsteckbürsten immer aus.
1. Reinigen Sie die Aufsteckbürste vor dem ersten Gebrauch mit warmem Wasser. Ste-
cken Sie die Aufsteckbürste auf das Griffgerät. Achten Sie darauf, dass die Borsten in
Richtung der Bedienknöpfe zeigen und dass die Aufsteckbürste fest aufsitzt.
2. Spülen Sie Ihren Mund vor der Zahnreinigung mit Wasser aus.
3. Feuchten Sie die Zahnbürste an und tragen Sie Zahnpasta auf.
4. Um ein Verspritzen zu vermeiden, setzen Sie die Zahnbürste schräg auf die Zahnflä-
chen auf. Schalten Sie erst dann das Griffgerät ein, indem Sie auf den EIN/AUS-
Schalter (1) drücken. Das Griffgerät schaltet sich automatisch in die höchste Ge-
schwindigkeitsstufe (High Speed).
5. Durch wiederholtes Drücken des EIN/AUS-Schalters (1) können Sie wählen zwischen:
hohe Geschwindigkeit, niedrige Geschwindigkeit oder Massageeffekt.
6. Führen Sie die Bürste langsam von Zahn zu Zahn, beginnend mit der Außenfläche.
Reinigen Sie dann die hinteren Flächen der Backenzähne, danach die Innenflächen
und schließlich die Kauflächen. Um Ihr Zahnfleisch und Ihre Zähne zu schützen, ver-
meiden Sie beim Bürsten zu starken Druck!
7. Nach 2 Minuten Putzdauer ertönt ein akustisches Vibrations-Signal. Drücken Sie die
AUS-Taste (2), um das Griffgerät auszuschalten.
8. Nehmen Sie die Bürste wieder aus dem Mund. Spülen Sie den Mund gründlich mit
Wasser aus.
Ersatz-Aufsteckbürsten erhalten Sie im Handel oder beim Kundenservice. Benutzen Sie
das Gerät nur mit den mitgelieferten Zubehörteilen.
7. Reinigung und Pflege
Aufsteckbürste und Griffgerät reinigen
WARNUNG
•Verwenden Sie niemals scharfe Lösungs- und Reinigungsmittel!
•Tauchen Sie das Gerät keinesfalls unter Wasser. Gerät nicht in die Spülma-
schine geben!
Reinigen Sie die Aufsteckbürste und das Griffgerät nach jedem Gebrauch.
Hinweis
•Zahnärzte empfehlen eine Putzdauer von 2 Minuten.
•Es ist empfehlenswert die Aufsteckbürste alle 2-3 Monate zu erneuern.
•Aus Sicherheitsgründen und zum Schutz Ihre Zähne und Zahnfleisch schaltet
sich das Gerät nach 10 Minuten automatisch ab.

1. Spülen Sie die Aufsteckbürste unter fließendem Wasser. Die Bürste ist dabei auf dem
Griffgerät aufgesteckt und das Griffgerät ist im eingeschalteten Zustand (Bild 4). Achten
Sie auf eventuell spritzendes Wasser!
2. Entfernen Sie die Aufsteckbürste von dem Griffgerät und spülen Sie die Bürste gründ-
lich unter fließendem Wasser (Bilder 5 und 6).
3. Spülen Sie die Spitze des eingeschalteten Griffgeräts separat unter fließendem Was-
ser (Bild 7).
4. Trocknen Sie beide Teile gründlich ab.
Ladestation und Bürstenbehälter reinigen
WARNUNG
Die Ladestation samt Kabel und Stecker darf nicht in Wasser eingetaucht werden
und muss vor jeglicher Feuchtigkeit geschützt werden.
Reinigen Sie von Zeit zu Zeit auch die Ladestation und den Bürstenbehälter.
1. Trennen Sie die Ladestation von der Stromzufuhr.
2. Nehmen Sie den Bürstenbehälter ab und reinigen Sie diesen und den herausnehmba-
ren Bürsteneinsatz mit einem feuchten Tuch. Sie können ein mildes Reinigungsmittel
verwenden.
3. Reinigen Sie die Ladestation mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch. Lassen Sie die Ladestati-
on vor dem nächsten Gebrauch vollständig trocknen.
Entsorgung
Dieses Gerät enthält einen im Griffgerät eingebauten Akku. Der Akku
enthält Nickel-Metallhydrid. Im Interesse des Umweltschutzes darf das
Griffgerät einschließlich Akku am Ende seiner Lebensdauer nicht mit
dem Hausmüll entfernt werden. Die Entsorgung kann über entspre-
chende Sammelstellen in Ihrem Land erfolgen.
Befolgen Sie die örtlichen Vorschriften bei der Entsorgung der Materia-
lien. Entsorgen Sie das Gerät gemäß der Elektro- und Elektronik Altge-
räte EG-Richtlinie 2002/96/EC – WEEE (Waste Electrical and Electro-
nic Equipment). Bei Rückfragen wenden Sie sich an die für die Entsor-
gung zuständige kommunale Behörde.

Explanation of symbols
The following symbols are used in the operating instructions and on the type plate.
1. Getting to know your device
The electric toothbrush has been developed for daily dental cleaning. The bristles are
rounded and are of 2 lengths. They help keep the dental enamel and the gums in good
condition by allowing deep cleaning in inaccessible places. The result is a long-lasting
fresh feeling and clean teeth.
The toothbrush also offers you the following advantages:
•Wall and flat surface mount
•2 speeds and massage effect
•Timer function with vibration signal
•Charge indicator lamp
2. Proper use
WARNING
•Children under 3 must not use the electric toothbrush.
•This device is not intended for use by persons (including children) with re-
stricted physical, sensory or mental capabilities and/or by persons lacking the
required understanding of the equipment and how it is used, unless they are
supervised by a person who is responsible for their safety or they are given
instructions on how to use the device. Supervise children to ensure that they
do not use the device as a toy.
Only use the device to clean teeth and for gum massage. The device is only for house-
hold/private use, not for commercial use. In the case of improper use or incorrect handling,
no liability can be assumed for damages resulting.

3. Safety information
Please read these operating instructions completely and carefully. Failure to observe the
information provided below can lead to personal injury or material damage. Keep these
instructions in a safe place where they can also be read by other persons using the device.
Always pass on these instructions together with the device if you sell it or pass it on.
WARNING Electric Shock
The charging station is live as long as it is connected to the mains supply. Elec-
trocution represents a life-threatening hazard! Therefore observe without fail:
•The charging station must be located at a safe distance from bathtubs, show-
ers, swimming pools, wash basins and water-filled vessels. According to VDE
standard 0100 [German Electrical Engineers Association], the safety distance
must be at least 60 cm. We recommend a distance of at least 1 m. If the
charging station should, nevertheless, fall into water, immediately disconnect
the mains plug and have the device inspected by a specialist before using
again. This also applies if the mains cord or the charging station are dam-
aged.
•Never touch the powered charging station with moist or wet hands. Never
touch the charging station while connected if the charging station itself is
moist or wet or if it is standing on a wet floor. Never submerge the device in
water and protect it against all forms of moisture.
•The mains voltage must correspond with the voltage specified on the type
plate of the device. The device must only be operated from a power outlet
with fault-current protection.
•Regularly check the charging station and mains cord, as well as the easy grip
electrical toothbrush, for damage. A damaged device must not be used.
Never open the device yourself. In this case, please contact our customer
service or an authorized dealer.
•The device and the lead must not come into contact with hot surfaces or
sharp objects.
•Never pull the plug out of the power outlet with the cord.
•Disconnect the mains plug if the device is not working properly, for cleaning
and if the charging station is not in use.
•Do not kink the mains cord or wind it around the charging station.
•Do not operate the device outdoors.
•Never attempt to repair the device yourself. Electrocution represents a life-
threatening hazard!
WARNING Health Hazards
•Slight bleeding of the gums may occur when used for the first time. Should
bleeding of the gums persist for longer than two weeks, consult your dentist.
•In the case of surgical procedures on the teeth or gums performed within
approx. 2 months, ask your dentist before using this toothbrush.
•Replace the brush head if the bristles are snapped off. Also replace the brush
head for hygienic reasons if you drop the device.
•Consult your doctor before using this device if you are fitted with a cardiac
pacemaker or other electrical implant.

Unpacking
WARNING
•Ensure that the packaging foils do not fall into children’s hands. Risk of suffo-
cation!
•Unwind the mains cord on the device and pull it to its full length.
Remove all packaging and keep it for subsequent storage. If you notice transportation
damage while unpacking, contact your dealer.
Wall mounting
You can wall mount the charging station (6) with the aid of the mounting set.
WARNING
When mounting, ensure that you do not drill into electrical lines, cables or water
pipes.
1. Choose a suitable place in the bathroom.
2. Mark 2 vertically aligned drilling holes each with a diameter of 6
millimeters. The distance between the fixture holes is given by the
wall mount.
3. Now drill the holes in the wall and insert the dowels (A2).
4. Remove the wall mount from the charging station by sliding it
downward (Figure 1).
5. Firmly secure the wall mount to the wall with the two screws (A1) (Figure 2).

6. Now slide the charging station onto the secure wall mount from above (Figure 3).

Charging the rechargeable toothbrush
Before using for the first time the built-in rechargeable battery in the easy grip electrical
toothbrush must be charged. Charging takes at least 24 hours. The easy grip electrical
toothbrush is then available for around 60 minutes of operation.
1. Connect the charging station (5) to the mains voltage specified on the type plate.
2. Place the easy grip electrical toothbrush (4) on the charging station (5) such that the
control buttons face forward. The charge indicator (3) lights red as soon as the easy
grip electrical toothbrush is charging. If the charge is very weak at the start of charging,
the charge indicator blinks up to several hours long and then changes to light continu-
ous red. When fully charged, the charge indicator lights green. The inbuilt overcharging
protection means that the battery cannot be overcharged.
3. The easy grip electrical toothbrush always remains fully operational if you leave it in the
charging station for daily use. The inbuilt overcharging protection prevents damage to
the battery.
You obtain the maximum battery capacity if you discharge the battery at least once every 6
months. For this purpose, disconnect the charging station (5) from the mains and discharge
the battery through normal use. Then fully recharge the battery.
6. Using the toothbrush
Brushing teeth
WARNING
Slight bleeding of the gums may occur when used for the first time. Should bleed-
ing of the gums persist for longer than two weeks, consult your dentist.
CAUTION
•Always switch off the easy grip electrical toothbrush when replacing the brush
head.
1. Clean the brush head with warm water before using for the first time. Push the brush
head onto the easy grip electrical toothbrush. Ensure that the bristles point toward the
control buttons and that the brush head is firmly attached.
Note
•Dentists recommend cleaning for 2 minutes.
•It is recommended to replace the brush head every 2-3 months.
•For safety reasons and to protect your teeth and gums, the device automati-
cally switches off after 10 minutes.

2. Rinse your mouth out with water before cleaning your teeth.
3. Moisten the toothbrush and apply toothpaste.
4. To avoid splashing, hold the toothbrush at an angle to the tooth surface. Only then
switch on the easy grip electrical toothbrush by pressing the ON/OFF switch (1). The
easy grip electrical toothbrush automatically switches to the highest speed level (High
Speed).
5. By repeatedly pressing the ON/OFF switch (1) you can select between: high speed, low
speed or massage effect.
6. Slowly go from tooth to tooth starting with the outside surface. Then clean the back
surfaces of the back teeth, then the inside surfaces and finally the occlusal surfaces. To
protect your gums and teeth avoid brushing with excessive pressure.
7. An acoustic vibration signal sounds after 2 minutes of cleaning. Press the OFF button
(2) to switch off the easy grip electrical toothbrush.
8. Remove the brush from your mouth. Rinse your mouth out well with water.
Replacement brush heads are available in retail or from our customer service.Use the
instrument only with the accessories provided.

Clean the brush head and easy grip electrical toothbrush each time after use.
1. Rinse the brush head under running water. Here the brush is attached to the toothbrush
and the toothbrush is switched on (Figure 4). Be careful about any splashing water.
2. Remove the brush head from the toothbrush and wash the brush well under running
water (Figures 5 and 6).
3. Separately rinse the tip of the toothbrush under running water while it is switched on
(Figure 7).
4. Dry both parts well.
Cleaning the charging station and brush holder
WARNING
The changing station with cord and plug must not be submerged in water and
must be protected from all forms of moisture.
Clean the charging station and brush holder from time to time.

2. Remove the brush holder and clean it and the removable brush insert with a damp
cloth. You can use a mild detergent.
3. Clean the charging station with a slightly damp cloth. Leave the charging station to dry
completely before using the next time.
Disposal
This device contains a rechargeable battery fitted into the handle. The battery
contains nickel-metal hydride (NiMH). In the interests of environmental protec-
tion the easy grip electrical toothbrush including its battery must not be dis-
posed of with domestic waste. Disposal can take place via the relevant collec-
tion points in your country.
Follow local regulations regarding the disposal of materials. The appliance
should be disposed of according to EC Directive 2002/96/EC-WEEE (Waste
Electrical and Electronic Equipment). In case of queries, contact the municipal

2. Utilisation conforme aux indications

3. Remarques de sécurité
Lisez attentivement l’intégralité du présent mode d’emploi ! La non-observation des remar-
ques suivantes peut causer des dommages personnels ou matériels. Conservez le mode
d’emploi et faites en sorte qu’il soit accessible aux autres utilisateurs. Lors du transfert de
l’appareil, n’oubliez pas de donner aussi le présent mode d’emploi.
AVERTISSEMENT Électrocution :
La station de charge reste sous tension tant qu’elle est branchée sur le secteur. Il
existe un risque d’électrocution pouvant être fatal ! Respectez donc impérative-
ment les consignes suivantes :
•La station de charge doit être placée à une distance minimale de sécurité des
baignoires, douches, lavabos, piscines ou de tous récipients contenant de
l’eau. Selon la directive VDE 0100, la distance de sécurité est d’au moins
60 cm ; nous vous recommandons de garder une distance minimale
d'1 mètre. Si toutefois la station de charge venait à tomber dans l’eau, retirez
immédiatement la fiche et faites contrôler l’appareil par un spécialiste avant
de l’utiliser à nouveau. Ceci vaut également lorsque le câble secteur ou la
station de charge est endommagé(e).
•Ne saisissez jamais la station de charge avec des mains humides ou mouil-
lées. Ne touchez jamais la station de charge branchée lorsqu’elle est humide
ou mouillée ou lorsque vous vous trouvez sur un sol humide. Ne plongez ja-
mais l’appareil dans l’eau et conservez-le à l’abri de l’humidité.
•La tension secteur doit correspondre à la tension indiquée sur la plaque
signalétique de l’appareil. L’appareil doit être utilisé avec une prise de courant
équipée d’un dispositif différentiel résiduel.
•Vérifiez régulièrement que la station de charge, le câble secteur et le manche
ne sont pas endommagés. Aucun appareil endommagé ne doit être utilisé.
N’ouvrez jamais l’appareil. Pour toute réparation, adressez-vous au service
après-vente ou à un dépositaire agréé.
•L’appareil et le cordon d’alimentation ne doivent pas entrer en contact avec

•Ne retirez jamais la fiche de la prise courant en tirant sur le câble.
•Retirez la fiche en cas de dysfonctionnement, lors du nettoyage et lorsque la

•Ne coincez pas le câble ; ne l'enroulez pas autour de la station de charge.
•Ne l’utilisez pas en extérieur.
•Ne tentez jamais de réparer vous-même l’appareil. Il existe un risque
d’électrocution pouvant être fatal !
AVERTISSEMENT Danger pour votre santé
•Lors de la première utilisation, vos gencives peuvent saigner légèrement. Si
vos gencives saignent encore après 2 semaines d'utilisation, veuillez deman-
der conseil à votre dentiste.
•Après une intervention chirurgicale réalisée sur les dents (gencives) il y a
environ plus de 2 mois, demandez à votre dentiste si vous pouvez utiliser
cette brosse à dents.
•Changez la tête de la brosse à dents, si les soies sont cassées. Pour des
raisons d’hygiène, changez également la tête de la brosse à dents, si
l’appareil est tombé par terre.
•Si vous portez un stimulateur cardiaque ou d’autres implants électriques,
demandez à votre médecin si vous pouvez utiliser cet appareil.

5. Mise en service
Déballage
AVERTISSEMENT
•Assurez-vous de ne pas laisser les emballages à la portée des enfants.
Risque d’asphyxie !
•Déroulez au maximum le câble secteur avant d’utiliser l’appareil.
Éloignez tous les emballages et conservez-les pour un rangement ultérieur. Si vous re-
marquez un dommage dû au transport lors du déballage, mettez-vous en relation avec
votre revendeur.
Fixation murale
Vous pouvez fixer la station de charge au mur à l’aide du kit de montage.
AVERTISSEMENT
Lors du montage, veillez à ne pas percer dans des câbles électriques, ni dans le
cordon ou les tuyaux d’eau.
1. Trouvez un emplacement adapté dans la salle de bains.
2. Faites un repère sur le mur pour percer deux 2 trous de
6 millimètres de diamètre selon une ligne verticale. La distance
entre les trous de fixation est définie par la fixation murale.
3. Percez les trous dans le mur et placez les chevilles (A2).
4. Détachez la fixation murale de la station de charge en la
poussant vers le bas (Illustration 1).
5. Installez la fixation au mur à l’aide des deux vis (A1) (Illustration 2).
6. Puis, glissez la station de charge sur la fixation murale vissée au mur par le haut (Illus-
tration 3).

Chargement de la batterie
Avant la première utilisation, l’accu intégré au manche doit être entièrement chargé. Le
chargement dure au moins 24 heures. Le manche dispose alors d’une autonomie d’environ
60 minutes.
1. Branchez la station de charge (5) sur la tension secteur indiquée sur la plaque signalé-
tique.
2. Placez le manche (4) sur la station de charge (5) de manière à ce que les boutons de
commandes soient dirigés vers l’avant. Lorsque le manche est en cours de charge-
ment, le témoin de charge (3) est rouge. Si le niveau de charge des batteries est très
faible au début du chargement, le témoin de charge rouge clignote pendant plusieurs

heures puis une lumière rouge reste allumée en continue. Une fois la batterie entière-
ment rechargée, le témoin de charge devient vert. Grâce à la protection anti-surcharge
intégrée, la batterie ne peut pas être surchargée.
3. Le manche est toujours en parfait état de marche si vous le laissez dans la station de
charge pour un usage quotidien. La protection anti-surcharge permet d’éviter tout en-
dommagement de la batterie.
Vous profitez de la pleine capacité de l’accu, si vous déchargez l’accu au moins une fois
tous les 6 mois. Pour ce faire, débranchez la station de charge (5) du secteur et videz
l’accu en utilisant normalement la brosse à dents. Rechargez ensuite l’accu au maximum.
6. Utilisation de la brosse à dents
Brossage des dents
AVERTISSEMENT
Lors de la première utilisation, vos gencives peuvent saigner légèrement. Si vos
gencives saignent encore après 2 semaines d'utilisation, veuillez demander
conseil à votre dentiste.
ATTENTION
•Éteignez toujours le manche lorsque vous changez la tête de la brosse à
dents.
1. Avant la première utilisation, nettoyez la tête en la passant sous l’eau chaude. Insérez
la tête dans le manche. Veillez à ce que les soies se trouvent dans le même sens que
les boutons de commande et que la tête soit correctement fixée.
2. Rincez-vous la bouche à l’eau avant le brossage.
3. Humidifiez la brosse à dents et étalez du dentifrice sur la brosse.
4. Pour éviter toute éclaboussure, posez la brosse à dents en biais sur les surfaces den-
taires. Puis allumez d’abord le manche en appuyant sur l’interrupteur MARCHE /
ARRÊT (1). Le manche s’allume automatiquement en mode « vitesse élevée » (High
Speed).
5. En appuyant plusieurs fois sur l’interrupteur MARCHE / ARRÊT (1), vous pouvez
choisir les modes suivants : vitesse élevée, vitesse moyenne ou effet massage.
6. Passez lentement la brosse sur toutes les dents en commençant par les surfaces
extérieures. Nettoyez ensuite les surfaces arrière des molaires, puis les surfaces inté-
rieures pour finir par les surfaces de mastication. Pour protéger vos gencives et vos
dents, évitez d’appuyer de manière excessive lors du brossage !
7. Après 2 minutes de brossage, un signal sonore avec vibrations retentit. Appuyez sur la
touche ARRÊT (2) pour éteindre le manche.
8. Sortez la brosse à dents de votre bouche. Rincez-vous soigneusement la bouche à
l’eau.
Vous pouvez vous procurer des têtes de rechange dans le commerce ou auprès de notre
service après-vente. Servez-vous uniquement de l‘appareil avec les pièces d‘accessoires
fournies.
Remarque
•Les médecins recommandent de se brosser les dents pendant 2 minutes.
•Il est recommandé de changer la tête de la brosse tous les 2 à 3 mois.
•Pour des raisons de sécurité et pour la protection de vos dents et gencives,
l’appareil s’éteint automatiquement après 10 minutes.

7. Nettoyage et entretien
Nettoyage de la tête et du manche
AVERTISSEMENT
•N'utilisez jamais de produit de nettoyage contenant des solvants agressifs !
•Ne plongez jamais l’appareil dans l’eau. Ne mettez jamais l’appareil dans le
lave-vaisselle !
Nettoyez la tête et le manche après chaque utilisation.
1. Rincez la tête sous l’eau courante. Lors de cette opération, la brosse se trouve sur le
manche et le manche est sur la position marche (Illustration 4). Attention, vous risquez
d'être arrosé !
2. Détachez la tête du manche et rincez-la soigneusement sous l’eau courante (Illustra-
tion 5 et 6).
3. Rincez séparément l'extrémité pointue du manche sur la position marche sous l’eau
courante (Illustration 7).
4. Séchez soigneusement les deux pièces.
Nettoyage de la station de charge et du compartiment des têtes
AVERTISSEMENT
La station de charge, le câble et la fiche ne doivent pas entrer en contact avec de
l’eau et doivent être conservés à l’abri de l’humidité.
Nettoyez la station de charge et le compartiment des têtes de temps à autres.
1. Débranchez la station de charge de l’arrivée de courant.
2. Enlevez le compartiment des têtes et nettoyez-le ainsi que les brosses insérées à
l’aide d’un chiffon humide. Vous pouvez pour cela utiliser un produit nettoyant doux.
3. Nettoyez la station de charge avec un chiffon légèrement humide. Laissez sécher
complètement la station de charge avant la prochaine utilisation.
Elimination
Cet appareil est composé d’un manche contenant un accu. L’accu contient du
nickel-métal-hydrure. Pour la protection de l'environnement, l'appareil avec
l’accu ne doit pas être jeté à la poubelle à la fin de sa durée de vie. Leur élimina-
tion doit se faire par l'intermédiaire des points de collecte de votre pays.
Lors de l’élimination des matériaux, respectez les prescriptions locales. Pour
éliminer l'appareil, conformez-vous à la directive CE sur les appareils électri-
ques et électroniques 2002/96/CE – DEEE (Déchets des équipements électri-
ques et électroniques). Pour toute question, adressez-vous aux collectivités
locales responsables de l'élimination de ces déchets.
