number the faster the print (text squeezes in) The higher the
number the slower the print (the text spaces out further).
3. Interval Controls how long the printer waits once it gets a signal from
the sensor before it prints. The higher the number the longer
the printer waits to printer after a sensor trigger.
4. Directions determines which direction the printer prints. This will be
determined by direction of the conveyor.
5.Nozzle The ink cartridge has two line of nozzle but prints with 1 line at
a time. This feature is used for trouble shooting.
6. Sync Encoder if using BP-106 as a handheld printer this box should be
checked.
7. Print Width does basically the same function as speed when printer is
operating manually.
8. Gray this controls one of the darkness features of the text or barcode.
Factory default is 1 you should not go over 2 especially if printing
barcodes. For every digit you increase this value you double the
ink usage.
DPI Screen the BP-106 can print up to 300DPI. The higher the DPI the
Ink you use.
Remote Upgrade. When software is revised this it where you revise it.
