Important Safety Instructions
PLEASE READ AND SAVE THESE INSTRUCTIONS
The suitable temperature for product installation is 40~104 F.1.
Do not use other accessories without the manufacturer's permission. If this causes machine
malfunction, the warranty may be voided.
2.
Do not put the product in contact with or near heat sources or open flames.3.
Please replace all filters on schedule.4.
Please place the product on a stable desktop.5.
Refrain from immersing the power cord or plug in water or other liquids to avoid danger.
Please do not disassemble, assemble, and repair the machine without consulting Sans
Support.
6.
Do not insert pins, wires, or other objects into any gaps or openings in the panel or base to
avoid electric shock.
7.
Do not use hard foreign objects such as steel wire balls or corrosive liquids to clean this
product.
8.
Please flush four tanks of tap water before drinking the purified water.9.
Maintenance
Use a soft cloth and optional neutral cleaning product to wipe down the exterior of the
machine.
Clean the glass pitcher and tap water tank regularly. Do not place these items in the
dishwasher.

Getting Started
1.
Install the Drip Tray and Pitcher
Clip in the included drip tray and place the pitcher on top.

Plug In
Connect your Sans purifier to an electrical outlet. With the
pitcher in place, filtration will begin automatically. Allow a
moment for the internal tank to fill.
4.
Run 4 Filtration Cycles
To prepare the new filters in your purifier, run through four
cycles of filling the tank and allowing it to dispense into the
pitcher. Discard the water in the pitcher each time.
2.
Fill the Tank
Wash both the tank and pitcher with soap and water. Fill the
tap water tank with cold (never hot) water until the water level
reaches the Max line. Return the tank to the purifier.

Controls
Filter Replacement Indicators
PPC/RO/C will flash when the filter requires replacement.
Refill Tank Indicator
This will flash when the tap water tank is empty. When replacing, be sure
to empty out the residual waste water first.
UV Running
The internal UV light will periodically activate and this indicator will
illuminate when it is active.
Activate Instant Hot
To dispense hot water, tap Hot and then Dispense. When Hot is engaged,
the button will be illuminated red.
Dispense Water Button
Tap to dispense. Tap again to stop dispensing.
Reset Filter Indicator
Press to select filter type. Press and hold to reset the replacement filter
indicator.

Operating Instructions
Auto Dispense
The Sans Water Purifier will auto-dispense purified water into the glass
pitcher when there is water in the tap water tank. The glass pitcher lid
features a float sensor to control when to start/stop Auto Dispense.
Instant Hot
To dispense hot water, first activate the function by tapping Hot. This sets
the Purifier in Hot Mode, as indicated by the Hot button illuminated red.
Then tap Dispense. Tap Dispense again to stop dispensing. Note: Hot
water cannot be dispensed into the glass pitched.
Empty Out Waste Water With Every Tank Fill
Reverse Osmosis produces excess water as a byproduct of the filtration
process. Your Sans purifier recycles this water many times for ease of
use. The water that remains in your tap water tank is concentrated waste
water that must be discarded. Failure to discard waste water may result in
sediment buildup in your machine, causing invalidation of your warranty.

Refilling the Tap Water Tank
To refill the tap water tank, first lift the hinged cover. Remove the tank
using the built-in handle.
Tip out the residual waste water before refilling the tank with tap water,
between the Min and Max lines.
Return the tank to the machine, taking care to hook the tank into the
machine at the top. Close the flap.

Replacing Filters
Follow these steps to replace the filters in your Sans Water Purifier:
Remove the lid by first lifting the hinged flap covering the tap water
tank and then lifting it off completely.

Remove the tap water tank using the built-in handle to pull upwards.2.
To replace either the Pre/Carbon or RO filter, identify the filter you are
replacing and lift the hinged tab securing the filter.
3.
Pull the filter outwards and replace with the new filter4.
To replace the VOC Carbon filter, first follow steps 3 and 4 to remove
the RO filter. The VOC Carbon filter is located behind and hinges out
from the top. One pulled out, unscrew to remove.
5.
When replacing the Pre/Carbon and RO filters, re-secure the hinged
tap after inserting the filter by pressing it down until it clicks.
6.
After replacing a filter, reset the Replace Filter indicator by tapping the
Reset button to select the replaced filter. Tap and hold to reset.
