•Maintenance
(1)
Afteruseovera lengthoftime,the
front
glass
becomesoiled
with
foreignmatter
whichwilldeterioratethepassageandreflectionof
light
sothattheymustbecleaned
periodically
with
a cloth.
(2)
Replenish
with
applicationsofgreaseonthe
areas
whichrubeachother(Orings)
betweenthebaseandrevolvingwaterproofcover.
(3)
Emphasisshallbeplacedonthe
following
inspectionoftheinterior.
•Aftercleaning, inspectingandadjustingtheinteriorwherethegearsmesh
with
oneanotherandthesearchlightbody
portion
rubsothersurfaceswhenrevolving,
replenishSilicongreaseasa lubricant.
•CheckthesmoothOperationofthebrushesandslipringsurfacesandwhenwear
has
beenheavy,replace
with
newparts.
•CheckthestrengthoftheSpringspressingonthebrushesandiftheyhavebeen
weakened,
pleasereplacethem.
