1.1 Measure Your TV Hole Pattern
inch dimensions are approximate
75 mm =7.5 cm ≈ 3 in.
100 mm=10 cm ≈ 4 in.
200 mm=20 cm ≈ 7 7/8 in.
300 mm=30 cm ≈ 11 3/4 in.
400 mm=40 cm ≈ 15 3/4 in.
600 mm=60 cm ≈ 23 5/8 in.
Measure the width and height of your TV hole pattern in mm.
Record your measurements for STEP 1.2.

1.2 Assemble Your TV Bracket
Based on your TV hole pattern measurements
from STEP 1.1 (Wmm x Hmm), determine your
TV bracket configuration: A, B, C, D, E or F.

Use short TV screws 01 .
Spacers 03 not needed. Use long TV screws 01 and spacers 03 to
create extra space between the TV and TV bracket.

CAUTION: Verify adequate thread engagement with your
screw 01 , washer 02 , spacer 03 combination AND TV bracket 04 or 05 .
—Too short will not hold your TV. —Too long will damage your TV.

Position your TV bracket configuration (A, B, C, D, E or F) onto your TV, making sure the bracket is both centered and level over your TV hole pattern.
IMPORTANT: The hanging tab Hon TV bracket 04 must be oriented toward the top of the TV.
Secure the TV bracket using your selection: Aor B.
CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage! DO NOT use a power screwdriver for this step.
IMPORTANT: Ensure TV bracket is securely fastened before moving on to the next step.

STEP 2A Wood Stud Installation

CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage!
●Drywall covering the wall must not exceed 5/8 in. (16 mm)
●Minimum wood stud size: common 2 x 4 in. (51 x 102 mm) nominal 1 ½ x 3 ½ in. (38 x 89 mm)
●Minimum horizontal space between fasteners: 16 in. (406 mm)
●Stud centers must be verified – not all walls have conventional 16 in. (406 mm) stud spacing

Install the wall plate 08 using four lag bolts 09 and washers 10 .
Tighten all lag bolts 09 only until the washers 10 are pulled firmly
against the wall plate.
CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage!
All four lag bolts 09 MUST BE firmly tightened to prevent unwanted
movement of the wall plate 08 .Ensure the wall plate is securely
fastened to the wall before continuing on to the next step.
Go to STEP 3 on PAGE 16.

●Minimum solid concrete thickness: 8 in. (203 mm)
●Minimum concrete block size: 8 x 8x 16 in. (203 x 203 x 406 mm)
●Minimum horizontal space between fasteners: 24 in. (610 mm)

●For concrete applications, the base of the arm 12 (STEP 3) must
remain centered in the wall plate 08 . Keep this in mind when
selecting the wall plate 08 location.

Install the wall plate 08 using six lag bolts 09 and washers 10 into
the anchors 11 . Tighten all lag bolts 09 only until the washers 10 are
pulled firmly against the wall plate.
CAUTION: Avoid potential personal injury or property damage!
All six lag bolts 09 MUST BE firmly tightened to prevent unwanted
movement of the wall plate 08 .Ensure the wall plate is securely
fastened to the wall before continuing on to the next step.
