and mount combined

●Studs must be at least 2x4 / 25 ga.

●If back side of wall is unfinished, drywall must be installed to a minimum of

one stud left and right of the stud(s) being used to install the mount

●Drywall must be a minimum of 13 mm (1/2 in.) thick on each side of the studs,

and a minimum clearance of 48 mm (1 7/8 in.) behind the wall is required

●Pilot holes MUST be drilled to a depth of 25 mm (1 in.), using a 13 mm

(1/2 in.) diameter drill bit

●This product must be centered on the studs

●Stud type and structural strength must conform to the North American

Specification for the Design of Cold-Formed Steel Structural Members

●Drywall must be secured to studs with screws 304.8 mm (12 in.) on center

CAUTION:Avoid potential personal injuries and property damage! If you are installing Sanus wall mount model VML5 or VMT5 AND choosing the

single stud mounting option from your assembly manual, use two of the anchors 01 in the steel stud and two anchors 01 in the drywall as shown.

was not designed to be used in drywall alone.

Gracias por escoger el kit de montaje en vigas de acero de Sanus Systems. SSMK1 se ha diseñado para usarlo en combinación con los siguientes UL Listed soportes de pared

PRECAUCIÓN: Evite lesiones físicas y daños materiales.

Este producto se ha diseñado para utilizarlo solamente en paredes con vigas de acero.

La pared debe soportar cinco veces el peso del monitor y el soporte juntos.

No utilice este producto para ningún otro propósito que no sea el explícitamente especificado por el fabricante.

El fabricante no se responsabiliza por ningún daño o lesión resultante del montaje incorrecto o el uso indebido.

Las vigas deben ser al menos de 2x4" / calibre 25 y la pared debe soportar hasta cinco veces el peso del monitor y el soporte juntos.

Si la parte posterior de la pared no presenta un acabado, se debe aplicar mampostería al menos en una de las vigas a la izquierda y a la derecha que se empleen para

instalar el soporte.

La mampostería debe tener un espesor mínimo de 13 mm en cada lado de las vigas y una holgura mínima de 48 mm por detrás de la pared.

Esta producto debe centrarse en las vigas.

Los orificios DEBEN realizarse con una broca de 13 mm de diámetro hasta una profundidad de 25 mm.

El tipo de viga y la resistencia estructural deben ajustarse a la Normativa norteamericana para el diseño de componentes estructurales de acero forjado en frío.

La mampostería se debe fijar con tornillos a 30,5 cm del centro de las vigas.

1. Localice los montantes. Nivele la placa mural y marque la ubicación de los orificios.

2. Realice los orificios como se indica en la ilustración.

Para nalizar la instalación, siga las instrucciones del manual de montaje que se proporciona con el soporte de pared correspondiente.

Merci d'avoir choisi le kit d'assemblage pour montant en acier de Sanus. L'unité SSMK1 a été conçue pour les UL Listed supports muraux de Sanus suivants :

VML5, VLT5, capacité pondérale maximale 34 kg (75 lb)

VML10, capacité pondérale maximale 36 kg (80 lb)

VMT15, ML11, capacité pondérale maximale 454 kg (100 lb)

VLL10, VLL5, VLT5, capacité pondérale maximale 56.6 kg (125 lb)

ATTENTION: Évitez les dommages matériels et les blessures!

Ce produit est conçu pour une application sur des montants porteurs en acier uniquement !

Le mur doit pouvoir supporter cinq fois le poids total du moniteur et du support.

Ne pas utiliser ce produit à d’autres fins que celles spécifiées par fabricant.

Fabricant n’est pas responsable des blessures ou des dommages causés par une mauvaise utilisation ou un montage incorrect.

Si vous ne comprenez pas toutes ces instructions ou si vous avez des doutes sur la sécurité de l'installation, du montage ou de l’utilisation de ce produit, veuillez

Les montants doivent mesurer au moins 5 cm sur 10,2 cm (calibre 25ga) et le mur doit pouvoir supporter jusqu'à cinq fois le poids combiné du moniteur et du support.

Si l’arrière du mur n’a pas de finition, une cloison sèche doit être installée au minimum sur un montant à gauche et à droite du ou des montants utilisés pour installer le

support.

La cloison sèche doit avoir une épaisseur minimum de 1,25 cm de chaque côté des montants, et un dégagement minimum de 48 mm est requis derrière le mur.

Les avant-trous DOIVENT être percés à une profondeur de 25 mm à l’aide d’un foret de 13 mm.

Le support doit être centré sur les montants.

Le type de montant et la force structurelle doivent se conformer aux spécications nord-américaines, si applicable.

La cloison sèche doit être xée aux montants avec des vis à 30,5 cm d’écart vertical.

1. Trouvez les montants. Mettez la plaque murale à niveau et marquez l’emplacement des trous.

2. Percez des avant-trous tel qu’illustré.

Pour terminer l’installation, suivez le mode d’emploi livré avec votre support mural.
