产品外形尺寸：
安装及操作：
1）安装底架组件脚轮，请注意靠近开槽处为 3" 万向脚轮（小），另一侧为 3.5" 万向脚轮（大）。
2）将两根方管安放在底座槽内，用四个锁销将方管与底座固定，在锁销靠内侧位置用四个开口销锁死。
3）将立柱组件安装在底架上，两侧用斜撑板可靠连接立柱与底座组件。
4）将吊臂安装在立柱开槽处，请确保固定座安装在立柱开槽中间位置，在锁紧螺栓。
5）用螺栓，螺母和平垫圈将油缸组件固定在立柱固定座上。
6）将吊臂托起，用螺栓，螺母和平垫圈连接液压油缸顶部与吊臂底部固定座。
7）将吊臂升到合适位置，将吊钩安装管导入吊臂方管内，并用插销锁死。
8）拧紧所有的螺栓和螺母。
折叠操作：
1）将底座卡槽内与方管连接的的锁销取出，只取靠近吊钩侧的锁销。
2）如锁销卡死，可将手柄下压让吊架略微翘头，即可轻松取出锁销。
3）将方管翻转朝天，转向靠近手柄侧，另一侧方管同样处理。
4）将锁销插入中间的固定孔，卡住方管，避免倒下。

操作步骤：
1）根据所需载荷，参照安装吊臂上的位置孔指示，将吊臂与吊钩安装管组装到位。
2）将吊机移动到指定位置，在举升或者下降前，务必将脚轮锁死以免移动。
3）顶升时，使用压杆开槽，将油缸回油阀旋紧（顺时针），并将压杆装入施力孔，对油泵反复施压。
4）泄压时，使用压杆开槽，将油缸回油阀缓慢旋松（逆时针），载荷下降的速度取决于旋松的快慢。
5）使用时吊臂与吊杆，务必将锁销用开口销锁死，避免意外松脱。
6）移动时，请务必注意安全警告注明的各事项。
排气说明：
1）在使用时，空气可能会进入液压系统，导致提升性能变差。可以通过如下方法排气：完全打开回油阀（逆时针转动），
在吊杆下降时快速下压油泵手柄多次，即可排气。
维护保养：
1）使用完毕后，请确保旋松回油阀将吊臂恢复原位。
2）定期检查柱塞和活塞是否有生锈腐蚀情况，清洁后用涂抹适量润滑油。
3）建议由专业技术人员进行年度检验。

Overall dimension of the product:
Installation and operation:
1）Install the underframe assembly casters. Please ensure that 3”universal caster （small）is close to the groove, and 3.5"
universal caster （large）is on the other side.
2）Place two square pipes in the base groove, fix the square pipe and the base with four lock pins, and lock them with four cotter pins
at the inner side of the lock pin.
3）Install the post assembly on the underframe, and connect the post with the base assembly with the bracing plate on both sides.
4）Install the lifting arm in the post groove, ensure that the mount is installed in the middle of the post groove, and then tighten the bolt.
5）Fix the oil cylinder assembly on the post mount with bolts, nuts and plain washers.
6）Lift the lifting arm, and then connect the top of the hydraulic cylinder to the bottom mount of the lifting arm with bolts, nuts and
plain washers.
7）Lift the lifting arm to a proper position, lead the hook mounting pipe into the lifting arm square pipe, and then tighten it with bolts.
8）Tighten all bolts and nuts.
Folding operation:
1）Only remove the lock pin close to the hook and connected to the square pipe in the base groove.
2）If the lock pin is stuck, press down the handle to make the hanger slightly tilt so that the lock pin can be easily removed.
3）Overturn the square pipe and turn it to the side close to the handle. Handle the square pipe on the other side in the same way.
4）Insert the lock pin into the fixing hole in the middle to hold down the the square pipe from falling.

Operation steps:
1）According to the required load and the position hole indication on the lifting arm, assemble the lifting arm and hook mounting pipe
properly.
2）Move the crane to the specified position. Before lifting or lowering, be sure to lock the caster to avoid movement.
3）During jacking up, carry out grooving with the pressure bar, tighten the oil return valve of oil cylinder （clockwise）, install the
pressure bar into the pressure hole, and press the oil pump repeatedly.
4）During pressure relief, carry out grooving with the pressure bar, and loosen the oil return valve of oil cylinder slowly （clockwise）.
The load drop speed depends on the loosening speed.
5）When using lifting arm and lifting rod, be sure to lock the lock pin with the cotter pin to avoid accidental looseness.
6）Please pay attention to matters indicated in the safety warning during movement.
Bleeding instructions:
1）During use, air may enter the hydraulic system, resulting in degraded lifting performance. The air can be discharged through
following methods: Fully turn on the oil return valve （turn counterclockwise）and quickly and press down the oil pump handle for
several times when the lifting rod falls down for bleeding.
Maintenance:
1）After use, be sure to loosen the oil return valve and return the lifting arm to its original position.
2）Regularly check the plunger and piston for rust and corrosion, and then apply a proper amount of lubricating oil after cleaning.
3）It is recommended to carry out annual inspection by professional technical personnel.

Gesamtabmessungen der Produkte:
Installation und Betrieb:
1）Beachten Sie bei der Installation des Laufrads der Chassisbaugruppe, dass sich neben dem Steckplatz ein 3"Universal Caster（klein）
und auf der anderen Seite ein 3.5"Universal Caster （groß）befindet.
2）Legen Sie die zwei Vierkantrohre in den Sockelschlitz, fixieren Sie die Vierkantrohre mit vier Sicherungsstiften am Sockel und
verriegeln Sie sie mit vier Splinten an der Innenseite der Sicherungsstifte.
3）Die aufrechte Pfostenbaugruppe ist auf dem Untergestell installiert, und die beiden Seiten sind durch diagonale Verstrebungsplatten
zuverlässig mit der Basisbaugruppe verbunden.
4）Bringen Sie den Ausleger am Schlitz des Pfostens an. Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Befestigungssitz in der Mitte des Schlitzes des
Pfostens und am Verriegelungsbolzen angebracht ist.
5）Verwenden Sie Schrauben, Muttern und Unterlegscheiben, um die Zylinderbaugruppe am Säulenbefestigungssitz zu befestigen.
6）Heben Sie den Ausleger an und verbinden Sie die Oberseite des Hydraulikzylinders und den festen Sitz unten am Ausleger mit
Schrauben, Muttern und Unterlegscheiben.
7）Heben Sie den Ausleger in eine geeignete Position an, führen Sie das Hakenmontierrohr in das Vierkantrohr des Auslegers und
verriegeln Sie es mit einer Schraube.
8）Alle Schrauben und Muttern festziehen.

Klappbetrieb:
1）Nehmen Sie den Verriegelungsstift, der mit dem quadratischen Rohr verbunden ist, in der Grundklemmrinne heraus und nehmen Sie
