cause the attachment to injure the body.
14
)Always clean the vents of the power tool. The motor fan draws dust into the cabinet and excessive metal powder
deposition can cause electrical hazards.
15
)Do not operate power tools near flammable materials. Sparks may ignite these materials.
16
)Do not use accessories that require coolant. Water or other coolant may cause electric corrosion or electric shock.
Additional safety instructions:
Rebound and related warnings:
Bounce is a sudden reaction force due to a stuck or wound rotating wheel, backrest pad, wire brush, or other attachment.
Jamming or entangling can cause a rapid blocking of the rotating attachment, which in turn causes the uncontrolled power
tool to produce a movement in the opposite direction of rotation of the attachment at the point of the attachment. For example,
if the grinding wheel is wound or stuck by the workpiece, the edge of the grinding wheel stuck into the stuck point may enter
the surface of the material and cause the grinding wheel to climb out or rebound. The grinding wheel may fly to or from the
operator, depending on the direction of movement of the grinding wheel at the point of arrest. Under this condition, the
grinding wheel may also be broken.Rebound is the result of misuse and/or incorrect operation of the power tool or conditions,
and can be avoided by taking the appropriate precautions given below.
1 )Hold the power tool tightly to keep your body and arm in the correct condition to resist rebound. If there is an auxiliary
handle, it must be used at all times in order to minimize the rebound or counter-torque at start-up. If proper precautions

17
are taken, the operator can control the counter-torque or rebound force.
2
)Never place your hands near rotating accessories. Attachments may bounce and hit hands.
3 )Do not stand where the power tool may move when a rebound occurs. The rebound will drive the tool at the winding point
against the movement of the grinding wheel.
4 )Be careful when working on sharp corners, sharp edges, etc. Avoid bouncing and winding of attachments. Sharp corners,
sharp edges, and bouncing have the tendency to wrap rotating accessories and cause a runaway rebound.
5 )Do not attach saw chains, wood carving blades ortoothed saw blades. These saw blades produce frequent bounces and
runaways.
Special safety warnings for additional grinding and sanding:
1 )Use only recommended wheel types and shields specifically designed for use with abrasive wheels. Abrasive wheels that
are not designed for power tools are not fully protected and are not safe.
2
)The guard must be securely mounted on the power tool and placed in the most secure condition, with only the smallest
part of the grindstone exposed to the operator. The shroud helps protect the operator from the danger of bursting wheel
fragments and accidental access to the wheel.
3 )The grinding wheel is only for recommended use. For example: Do not grind with the side of the cutting wheel. The force
applied to the side of the wheel may cause it to crack.
4 )Always use an undamaged, properly sized and shaped wheel flange for the selected wheel. A suitable grinding wheel
flange support grinding wheel can reduce the possibility of broken wheels. The cutting wheel flange may be different from
the grinding wheel flange.
5 )Do not use worn abrasive wheels from large size power tools. Grinding wheels used on large-scale power tools are not
suitable for the high-speed working conditions of smaller-sized tools and may burst.
Angle grinder use precautions:
1 )This angle grinder is used only for grinding.
2
)During operation, avoid scratching or other strong action. Once it has occurred, it must be stopped and checked immediately.
3 )If the tool suddenly starts to vibrate or other abnormality occurs, stop the machine immediately and troubleshoot before
proceeding.
4 )Sparks when grinding metal. Be careful not to let sparks and abrasive dust spray your body.
5 )When grinding stones containing silicic acid, the dust generated is harmful to health.Cannot process workpieces containing
asbestos.
6
)In an environment with excessive dust, the cleaning cycle of power tools should be shortened.
7
)This machine can only be used for dry processing.

produced by grinders during work may contain chemicals that are carcinogenic or harmful to the human body.Eg:
a )Lead in paint.
b
)Toxins are also produced from the reaction of arsenic and chromium with wood.
In order to reduce the harmful effects of these toxic cosmetic substances on the human body, it is necessary to ensure.
that they work in a ventilated environment and wear qualified safety protection devices when working.
