安全操作须知：

角磨使用注意事项：

3 ）若工具起动后，出现明显颤动或其它异常，请立即停机，排除故障后方可继续操作。
4 ）打磨金属时会产生火花。小心勿让火花及研磨屑喷到身上。
5 ）研磨含硅酸石材时，产生的灰尘有害健康。不可加工含石棉材料的工件。
6 ）在粉尘过多的环境下，应缩短电动工具的清洁周期。
7 ）本机只可用于干式加工。

角磨在工作时产生的粉尘可能含有致癌或对人体有害的化学物质。例如：
a ）油漆中含的铅。
b ）砷和铬与木材起反应后也会产生有毒物质。
为了减少这些有毒的化妆物质对人体的伤害，要尽量保证在通风的环境下工作，并且工作时配戴合格的
安全保护装置。
配备：
1 ）非切割片护罩。
2 ）辅助把手。
3 ）扳手。
4 ）法兰。
在某些国家或某些特殊的机型，其所提供的配备，可能与以上所给的资料稍有出入。
操作说明：
1 ）检查供电电压须与铭牌数据相符。
2 ）护罩的安装与调整：
护罩是一种保护装置，用来防止作业中因砂轮破裂而受伤。安装护罩时，将护罩箍上的突起部分与齿轮箱盖上
的沟槽吻合，然后逆时针方向将护罩旋转至工作位置，最后牢固地紧固好螺钉。（按图中的指示方向为安装，
反之为拆卸。）开始工作前，请确认护罩安装好并且紧固。稍微拧松固定螺丝，护罩即可转动并固定在所需的
工作角度，护罩调整完毕后确认固定螺丝是否完全拧紧。

3 ）安装磨片：
不得使用安全线速度低于 80m/s 的砂轮，严禁使用损坏、不平衡的砂轮。
a ）在输出轴完全静止的情况下，按下轴锁定钮来固定输出轴。
b ）将下法兰固定到输出轴上，装上砂轮抵住下法兰，再将有螺纹的上法兰旋接到输出轴上（注
意上法兰的安装方向如下图所示：安装磨片和切割片时用不同的面接触片）。
c ）检查磨片内孔尺寸是否与法兰凸缘完全吻合，并用扳手把上法兰旋紧固定。
4 ）取下扳手，松开轴锁定钮。
5 ）开关机操作：
检查工具的开关操作是否自如，确保插电的开关处于关停状态。

a ）开机：将开关按下，工具启动，再次将开关锁定钮用力按下，锁定工具的工作状态。
关机：用力按下开关后松开，开关和开关锁定钮会自动弹起，工具停止工作。
b ）开动工具后，方可移动工件。
实际应用：
为减少爆炸、电击等危险和伤害，作业前必须检查工件表面下有无隐蔽的电线、气体、供水管道！
请操作者牢固握持工具的主握持部位后再行操作！
1 ）打磨
a ）磨片与工件保持 15 度左右的角度，部分接触，效果最佳。
b ）为避免工件过热、脱色或起纹，请施加轻力，使机身前后移动。
c ）切勿选用切割片进行打磨。
d ）为避免火花及磨屑射到身上，可根据磨片旋转方向，选择适当方式持机。
打磨金属时会产生火花，火花散射范围内，严禁存放任何可燃物料，以免火灾！
工具维护保养：
注意：
进行维修检查之前，必须把插头拔离电源插座。
1 ）避免工具受到震荡、撞击或油脂影响。
2 ）检查安装螺钉。经常检查安装螺钉是否紧固稳妥。螺钉松开极易引起严故。
3 ）定期检查线缆。如发现损伤应立即维修处理。此工具所用电源线为特殊结构，且勿擅自更换电源线。

4 ）保持通风槽清洁顺畅。经常清除尘埃、油污，严防杂物入内。
5 ）更换碳刷。经授权的维修中心检查和更换碳刷，以保证工具长期安全使用。
6 ）必须由授权的维修中心进行维修。只能使用原厂的配件、零件。
7 ）清洁。避免使用造成塑料龟裂损坏的溶剂擦拭塑料零件。建议使用稍微沾湿了肥皂水的柔布擦拭外塑料机壳。
请勿让马达淋到水，禁止将整个机身投入水中，以免引起马达故障及触电事故！

Safe Operation Instructions:
Failure to use or operate in accordance with the instructions listed below will result in electric shock, fire, and/or serious injury.
